- We loved that our room was on the highest floor and we had a nice view of Munich from our room. - The bed was super comfortable to sleep in, and the shower was actually big and nice. - I like that the table faces the window so we could have a relaxed time with a view

- Location was a bit far and it takes on average 30-40 mins to reach most popular spots - If you expect more space, it will be tough as the room is small. It matches the price but my partner often bumped into the TV because of this

Breakfast is very good and is available from 6.30am. The location is good 15min walk from Lufthansa Express bus. Close to metro and tram line. The surrounding streets are pleasantly tree lined. Its a very green city. The bar area is comfortable for a late evening drink.

A little bit of a problem with room keys not working but it was sorted out eventually.

We liked the proximity of the Hotel to the Nordfriedhof U-bahn station. The 10 min walk each morning to the U6 was mostly enjoyable. The staff was very helpful - we didn't know how to turn the heating on, so they came personally and helped.

The price of the hotel breakfast - 17 euros per person for a modest breakfast (from what I could have seen) is just too much! I did not buy it, as you can find a more budget-friendly options anywhere in the city. TV channels should be a little more FUN/MUSIC and SPORTS oriented: the choice you have is basically a list of German speaking TV channels and a couple of English speaking news channels, which is quite depressive.

We stayed at your hotel from the 20th to the 23rd of November and were very satisfied. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. This is my favourite accommodation in Munich. The value for money is good enough and the city centre is reachable within 30 minutes.

I visit the hotel regularly, so I would welcome it if the management would invest in renovations and improvements. For example, one of the two elevators has AGAIN (it somehow worked in October) a door that is not opening properly for the third year.

First of all, it has perfect location to move between city central. Near the hotel, STR 23 is running from Freiheit U bahnhof to Scwabing Nord, which means you now get access option with 3 stations (Freiheit, Nordfriedhof, and Alte Heide) Second, the employees are passionate and friendly. They trying their best as you satisfy with infos.

Not happened me to directly, but the room cleaning wasn't performed although my colleague told to reception. However, the receptionist did well response. They prepared next room from original, and grant us to access both rooms.

The breakfast was generous and had many choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Last Saturday night (04/27) and early Sunday morning (04/28) I could hear guests talking and laughing loudly in the outside courtyard, I closed my window, but, I could still hear them. There was also a 'disco' beat coming from somewhere possibly the Novotel, an adjoining property.

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

Maybe extra pillows would have been nice (but we didn’t actually ask for more so maybe not a fair comment). The door to the bathroom was noisy. The shower head would not stay in place on its cradle and has the be held by hand or it just sprayed the wall. Reported to reception but wasn’t fixed.

Comfortable bed, very powerful shower. Friendly staff on the bar later in the evening ! Able to gain early check in for free by signing up to be a member.

Located in a business park not so close to Munich centre/ old town itself. However shops/cafes/restaurants located within the business park within easy walking distance & uber easy enough to use. Also within walking distance of the underground.

We had a great stay, the rooms were basic but clean. The breakfast was good. The check-in was quick and efficiënt and the staff was very friendly. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, we had a great stay!! The room had airconditioning and a good shower.

The location was far outside the city centre and the metro/tram connections weren't that great.
