The deluxe room is big enough and i didn’t expect that much. I love the ambiance. There’s a small fridge with lot of free drinks which surprised me🥰 they put 4 waters, 2cola, 1 beer. There’s also a coffee maker with free Coffee, tee, and cacao powder drinks too. I also like the location coz its very convinient, near to transpo and restaurants. Its just 12 mins walk to the test center where we took our exam. The staffs are very friendly too😊 The continental breakfast is delectable and luscious🍴

The local is perfect. It’s a short 20 minute walk to the Marienplatz and under 15 minutes to the English garden. Also there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes it super easy to get anywhere. The breakfast was really good and the staff was great. Unfortunately, we forgot his name but the gentleman working the night shift at the front desk was exceptional. Thank you so much for everything! Everything was clean.

We would definitely come back! The rooms are small but you don’t want to spend your time in the room anyway.

Staff were great, breakfast really nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great just a 15 min walk into Marienplatz.

Could do with a little more flexibility on breakfast times. We needed to leave early but couldn't grab a quick bite as breakfast had not started, although we only wanted a hot drink and some croissants. Not the full meal. Reception tried to help but kitchen staff would not budge... nothing big though and didnt spoil our stay.

Location was great for the reason I was there. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety and breakfast room staff are attentive and helpful. Front desk staff are excellent

The breakfast is very good, large verity. It is convenient to have the sushi restaurant downstairs for lunch or dinner. Good connectivity by bus or U-Bahn .

The rooms are very different, you do not know what you might get at the same price level. some are small some are OK. this is from my previous stays. That is why I ordered a larger room this time ( higher priced) and got a spacious room. It was fine.

We were looking for an affordable but good accommodation in Munich at a walking distance from the center and this hotel satisfied our expectations . It is a clean hotel, quite cozy, with friendly and helpful staff, more or less 30 minutes walking from Marienplatz. The breakfast was good. We had a very small but modern bathroom, it looked recently renovated . The room was a bit small, but sufficient for our needs.

Breakfast is amazing and reception are very helpful + friendly. Very close to everything in Munich and we just walk around to explore the area. The hotel is surrounded with a lot of restaurant and bars/pubs, so there is a lot of things to do in the area.

We did a mistake of walking from Central Station to the hotel, and there are a lot of roadworks happening. We should have taken a taxi or maybe not as there are climate activist blocking the road at the time we arrive. I will say we are just unlucky at the day of our arrival. The elevator is very small, if you have big wheely luggage, it can only fit you and the luggage.

They provided a baby bed free of charge, the room was ready before official check in time. Personnel was extra friendly and helpful. Parking options for an extra cost, however great to avoid searching for additional options and/or paying more expensive options nearby

There are stairs to access the elevator, as well as to access some rooms, making it very difficult to maneuver the stroller.

Room big and clean.There is a kettle in the room and a large selection of drinks, mineral water of good quality. glasses, wine glasses and everything you need. TV with a large selection of programmes. Quiet and pleasant room. In the bathroom there is a bath gel and body lotion, a shaving set, a comb and a cosmetic set.Service nice and very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area. Close to restaurants, bars and the river by which you can walk. Safe and peaceful surroundings.

If I order a room with one double bed, I expect the bed not to split into two halves in the middle of the night. It could be taken care of. Because it's a bit hard to get up in the middle of the night after falling to the ground. The shower and mold in the grout leaves a lot to be desired.The 19€ fee for car parking is a big exaggeration.

Location and the room were great! It was about a 20 minute easy walk to Marienplatz. Good restaurants and shopping easy to access. There is a great bakery across the street for quick pastries and coffee. Tip: If you have luggage, just take a taxi to/ from the train station. I learned the hard way during a very sweaty midday walk to the hotel with my heavy backpack.
