The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The facilities were excellent, with the spa being a particular highlight. The location was perfect, especially for traveling with a pet—plenty of greenery nearby while still offering great connections to the city center. However, I found the €30 extra charge for pets to be on the pricier side.

I found the €30 pet fee a bit pricey, but since I was informed in advance, it wasn’t an issue - especially considering the overall stay offered great value for money.

Good location, public transport available relatively (+/- 1 km) close by to reach city center and airport (lufthansa express bus for EUR 11 one way), breakfast was great, good size of room, good beds, well equipped room, preferred this hotel over Marriott

Would prefer walk in shower instead of bathtub shower, could be more difficult and dangerous for elderly people, also the sofisticated soft touch operation of shower should be very challenging for elderly people, not cheap

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Loved the quiet location. I felt very safe and secure at this property. They cleaned the room every day and did an excellent job. Also, the room was very spacious! Very nice room

I thought the breakfast was very expensive. Ended up going to a bakery just 2 blocks away heading towards the U line station. Also I would have liked it a bit cooler in the room. The glass between the beds and the wash area would have been nice to have a pull shade for privacy.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable , but the photo of the room on the website was not the same from what I got. I understand that hotel is big and there is a variety of rooms, but usually when I choose the type of the room it should be shown the photos of what exactly I will get, at least this is how it always worked with other hotels. I would like to know for what I pay and not to end up with expectation/reality.

overall, it's exactly the level you'd expect from Steigenberger - spacious room, modern design, friendly staff, excellent amenities, all excellent!

I did find the room rather badly ventilated and the air a bit stuffy; windows can only be tilted, and aircon didn't really work (and I'd argue they are aware of the problem, bcs. there was already a ventilator in the room...)

The hotel was close enough from the metro station, around 5-10 min walking distance. The room was big and spacious. The glass windows were also big and clean with views from more than one side.

Would have been appreciated if there was a team to help with the luggage. The breakfast lacks variety and the baked goods did not meet the expectations.

Good calm location, definitely a business type hotel but we enjoyed it as a family too. Great sauna and spa facilities. Spacious room. Lufthansa bus (10min walk away) takes you straight to the airport in 25min, very convenient! Fast check in and check out.

Room was a great price and we were upgraded to a room upon our check-in. The shower was amazing in our room with a waterfall option in addition to the shower head. The sauna "wellness" area was such an amazing amenity. 2 saunas, 65 and 80 C, in additional to a steam room and a relaxation room.

Location was a bit in the north, but the U6 was a 8 min walk away with a 15 min ride to central.

The breakfast was great. The spa was lovely. The room was stylish and bed very comfy. The restaurant looked lovely but we didn't eat there.

The room wasn't quite as nice as i'd hoped, it was stylish but a bit cold - lots of grey and not enough hooks to hang things. No milk for the coffee. But that's splitting hairs. There was nothing not to like.

Very clean hotel with an exceptionally good breakfast, A lot of variety and a good bar area with an excellent menu.

I think the armchair in my room could have been a bit more comfortable. Otherwise nothing I could really fault with the hotel.
