The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, space for a suitcase, a big mirror, and a big window to have light inside. The person at the reception was the nicest when we were checking in:)

The bathroom does not have a window and apparently no ventilation (possibly, I could not find the switch), that is why after a hot shower, it was unbearably hot in the bathroom for the next couple of hours. The door to the bathroom cannot remain open as it is very heavy and closes automatically.

A great little 3-star hotel providing a clean, quiet, and affordable option. Breakfast for 16 Euros was outstanding value—there’s no way you’d be able to duplicate the choices, offerings, and freshness at same price. My room/bed/shower were indeed spartan but very nice, clean, and quiet. There’s also no microwave or refrigerator, but I was touring/visiting local sites, so I didn’t miss, and knew in advance. About 10-minutes walk to Laim train station, and access to anywhere using the Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) train/bus system. The front staff and breakfast workers were amazing and very helpful, and spoke perfect English. If you want 5-star service/room you’re gonna have to pay double, but I’ll definitely book here again for any of my future stays! Outstanding overall

No top bed sheets (like all of Europe). Twin beds pushed together, were easily shifted during night.

The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Check-in and check-out went super smooth, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Bathroom comes with shampoo and everything, very modern too. (I travelled with a friend and we didn't have any issues with the milky bathroom "window", it's pretty opaque and gives enough privacy) I was amazed by how soundproof the rooms were. Definitely one of the most quiet hotels I've been at. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic!! The selection was great and the staff there was very nice and friendly.

The bathroom got very steamy after the showers and we didn't get to air ventilation to work properly but the staff was really nice and checked for us. The rooms are a bit small if you travel with two suitcases but we made it work.

The room was too hot at night and we couldn't cool it down. I suspect this is due to conserving energy which I understand.

The hotel is very close to the Lime station apox. 8 min walk which makes it a good starting point for all your Munich journeys. The reception is 24h so you can check-in regardless of how late you arrive. This hotel offers good value for the price but is nothing to be amazed by.

The rooms are a bit small and no kettle or coller is available inside. The beds are also small and the mattresses are of the very soft kind ( same as the pillows ).

Excellent value for money in Munich! Very close to public transport (5-7 mins walk), which can quickly and easily take you anywhere you need to go in Munich and the surrounding areas. Excellent breakfast - good quality and a lot of choice. It was spotless clean and had very comfortable beds. Staff was really nice and prepared breakfast bags for us when we needed to check out early, at 5 am. Thank you very much!

The rooms are quite small, especially when travelling with a toddler, but we knew that when we booked.

- Staff was ok. Were not able to provide any information on restaurants and excursions but they were polite. - Location is a 6' walk from Lime train station and another 10' ride till central Munich. 5' walk from the hotel is a very nice bakery! - Room was very clean, bravo to the housekeeping team!

- They dont have double beds, twins for us were not very comfortable. - Room is very small but ok for a 2night stay.

The room was clean, staff was very helpful and daily cleaning in the room was working well. The long table in the room is super practical. The location of the hotel is hard to beat: 5 min walk to S-Bahn station from where you can get anywhere. In the neighborhood there is edeka, rewe, aldi, whatever you might need.

The room could be a bit larger but that's all.

The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

There wasn’t an option to signal the cleaning staff that we didn’t need our rooms to be cleaned. Plus: They exchanged our towels with new ones every day even though we kept them on the hangers to avoid that. Not very environmentally conscious.

The staff were very helpful, kind and efficient. The Rooms were super clean.

The price of the room was very high. Probably it was not the fault of the hotel. The prices could be high because of the location and the amount of tourist during that time. However, it did not felt value for money. Secondly, I would definitely wont recommend for romantic weekend. Instead of a double bed, it was two single beds kept next to each other.
