The hotel facilities were very good, the staff friendly and professional. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The snacks, in our case pizza, were ok the beer was more than acceptable. The prices for both pizza and beer were very reasonable.

The car park at the hotel is not large enough for the number of rooms. This necessitates a walk to a car park some way away (700metres multi storey). This means your vehicle is not within sight. If you have luggage this can be a problem and likewise if one isn't able to walk the distance easily but doesn't possess a disability badge.

Brealfast, well the breaksfast was poor, only scrumbl'd egg Any sausages or bacon, simply boiled or frtyed egs woul be an extra a bit, we stay'd 5 nights and for my husband wasn't too much what to eat, either me i don't eat srumbled eggs so i would be happy for that.Too much bread and pastry's thar xould swap with more food.But breakfast lady with courly hair was so cute, like a mum :)

Our stay at Village Hotel Basingstoke was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing helpful tips for our journey to Stonehenge. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the adjustable glass wall in the bathroom was a fun and unique touch. The coffee was hands-down the best we've had in a hotel, and the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site was a game-changer. The hotel's location is ideal for travelers, being close to the motorway and offering ample free parking. We would definitely stay here again.

The friendly atmosphere and interaction with the staff was a welcome surprise and greatly appreciated, the buffet style breakfast was 1st class, everything from the ease of use to the excellent selection available, a well presented hotel from front of house, the rooms and the breakfast area, definitely a recommend to friends and family

The room is nice and clean. Staff are nice

The walls are not that soundproof you can hear your neighbors. The shower could have a door to prevent water from getting outside. The breakfast for a plant based person, is very restrictive, you can have a vegan pate, and some crackers and cucumbers. There could be some vegan milk or yogurt, or a vegan cheese as well live in 2025, and these products are available and not expensive.

Perfect location for a weekend of shopping (Westfield mall is just across the street with free parking) and visiting Moviepark Germany (20 min). Breakfast always included and large choice. Staff helpful and very friendly .

Well-placed for an overnight stay in Oberhausen, a couple of minutes walk from the CentrO shopping mall, and a range of other restaurants offering a selection of different cuisine. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was well appointed and clean.

A minor point - insufficient parking spaces for guest vehicles.

We had booked 2 rooms and we requested 2 rooms next to each other. Because we stayed with 4 people, my husband, my 14-year-old twins and me. What we got was a real surprise. We got 2 rooms next to each other with a connecting door. We really liked it. Although our twins slept in another room. But because of that connecting door, my husband and I felt like we were staying in the family room. We really enjoyed our breakfast, especially hot chocolate. Hmm.. yummie 😋😋 Thank you so much Holiday Inn team 😍😍

Located right across the street from Centro mall. Breakfast included and quite good. Coffee and water heater in the room. Staff was friendly.

Room was a little small and the price was a lot but typical these days. Parking costs extra, but there's free parking around the back or at Centro mall. No vegan options at breakfast.

The location was incredibly convenient for those attending a concert, as it was within walking distance to the venue. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere to rest after a long day. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking space for its guests, which made it easy to find a spot even during busy times. Another great feature was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection that allowed me to stay connected and up-to-date during my stay.

Despite the many positives, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. First, I noticed that there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient as I had to purchase my own. Furthermore, the breakfast options were quite basic and could have used more variety to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
