I really loved the place and was very satisfied with my stay. The cleanliness stood out immediately — everything felt fresh and well-kept. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night's sleep. The shower was also a highlight — strong water pressure and modern design. It truly felt like attention was paid to both comfort and detail.

Nothing major, but a few small touches would have made the stay even better. It would have been nice to have an extra pillow in the room, and a coffee maker would’ve been a great bonus. Also, parking costs €15 per day — it would be great if that were included or offered at a more reasonable rate.

The rooms was really spacious and the beds were super comfy. Everything was also super clean and the staff is super nice. They were also very helpful (as we had car issues and were waiting for the adac). 10/10 would book again

In all honesty i think more light in the room would have been possible. we only had one lamp in the corner and the bedside lamps, which were not enought to light up the room. One downside was that in the early mornings I heard someone sanding wood? It sounded like that and it woke me up, so i would have preferred if we were informed on possible maintenance.

Right across the big shopping center. We were there for shopping and then an event in the evening. The breaksfast is worth to buy, had a lot of varieties. It lasts until 12:00 in the weekends which is a big bonus. The staff was flexbile to let us check out 1 hour later. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

15 € for parking is too expensive considering that there are many options around.

Very nice breakfast, loads to chose from. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, porridge, etc. Nice selection of different fresh fruit. For desert there is cake an muffins, also yogurt and other great snacks.

Price for car park could be included in the room rate. Room furniture could be modernized. The rest is alright considering the price that you pay. Overall great value for money that you pay. There is room for improvement.

Parking was uncomplicated, Junior suite was large and enough, with a sofa and a bench seat. Spare electrical sockets were available (even 2x USB-A beside the beds). The bed was comfortable with a choice of 2 pillows, a sleeper and a sit up pillow. Bedside lighting was excellent. I found the breakfast good.

At night the room lighting was not bright, The shower was the weak point of the room, it was poorly lit, there was no splash protection for the shower. Luckily you don't have to spend much time in there. Also take your own cotton buds etc., as there weren't any there.

It was exceptionally clean & tidy. The air conditioner was able to maintain a comfortable temperature. The food choices at breakfast were plentiful & fresh. The hotel staff at the front desk and in the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate us.

It was an older unit that is well maintained inside & out.

We wanted to visit Westfield CentrO for some shopping and to see the Christmas markets. This hotel is at the perfect location to do so, since it's only a few minutes walking away. The bar downstairs is well priced and open 24/7. Room wise, the bathroom is great and the beds were comfy (even if the pillow was a bit soft for me). The staff was nice and helpful, just great overall.

Our room was quite bare. No wardrobe, no minibar, no coffee machine/kettle and no safe.

It's located walking distance from Centro. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. We had a family room with bunk bed, which our daughter loved. The room has a little fridge and toiletries are provided. We only stayed for one night but would definitely book again.

It was really hot when we entered the room. They could have left the window open before we checked in.

Breakfast was amazing. Will suite everyone's taste and appetite, fresh food buffet, nice selection of cereals and tea, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, etc. Yogurt and cake for desert. fresh fruit and muffins.

Price that you have to pay for parking could be included in the room rate. Hotel has massive parking space and it feels like it is just unnecessary charge.

The staff are super! The room was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The bed was firm which was to my liking. The onsite restaurant was good. Again, all staff in this hotel were friendly and very helpful!
