I loved the breakfast-room robot! I hadn't come across a bike cage before, but it worked well - a member of staff locked my bike in and took it out again the next morning. The Karlsruhe light rail was very convenient to get into town.

I couldn't find anywhere local to eat, so I finished up going into Karlsruhe, where I failed to find anywhere to my taste. Not the hotel's fault.

It is in walking distance of the exhibition centre and transport links. There is a supermarket a few metres away, so catering for your day and getting emergency forgotten items is easy.

Prices for the rooms are variable, and if I stayed over Friday and Saturday, it would have been too expensive for me, and would not have been good value for money at all - considering that it is a basic but adequate place to overnight.

I was allowed to bring my dog into my room. It was a large room and there was plenty of space for him to sleep. Staff were excetionately friendly. It was brilliant for a single night. Breakfast was excellent.

The location of the hotel was ideal to take my doggie for walkies. However, it there were no restaurants in walking distance. I had to buy food at the local supermarket and make sandwiches in my room. Fortunately the bar was later open so I could go for a beer

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, good location of the hotel. Flexible reservation terms (no pre-payment needed). Great accommodation option for travellers.

A bit complicated check-in processes. I booked 3 rooms and couldn't collect them altogether at once and pay for them. We had to split the reservation between me and my family and pay for each room separately.

The rooms were big with comfortable beds.

The connected family rooms were not really like 2 bedrooms in an apartment. There was a passage in between with the secured personal door. The room doors were so heavy that kids cannot open themselves. We were provided with a wedge to keep the 2 doors open at night. The breakfast menu was very limited. We were there at around 9:30 for breakfast and had to ask for bread since the basket was empty and not refilled.

The room planning is a bit unusual. Family room consists of 2 separate suites connected with a hallway- 1 with 2 beds and another with 1 queen bed. So in case of family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) booking offers 2 rooms (1 Family room (2 suits inside) + 1 double room) - which considers 1 child will be sleeping separately. However after discussing this with booking com and hotel stuff - we kept only 1 family room. Fast response and reaction.

The rooms were very clean and it was easy to check in even after 11 pm with great help from the super friendly and polite staff on the phone. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very spacious and comfortable.

The only thing that would have been a great addition to the rooms is a small refrigerator, everything else was wonderful!

We had to find an affordable hotel for our family of 4 on the way from Italy back to Netherlands, something not too far away from highway and not in the busy city, as our car was not doing well going on low gears. This was an exceptional find! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpfull staff.

It was a really nice hotel. Plus points: - good shower - comfortable bed - nice and clean rooms - decent breakfast - plenty of free parking space incl. charging for electric cars

Only minus was that the airco didn’t seem to work and the pillow was too soft.

The staff was extremely kind and available: I really appreciated the comfort of the room and the accessibility of the spaces. I enjoyed and relaxed myself in an very quite and super nice hotel in a smart position for travellers.
