Location, location, location - great! Very nice lobby and restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Quiet in the rooms. It's really clean.

Breakfast costs 18 EUR and... - there's nothing, but it's nothing for a vegan. It's not the 90s anymore. - the scrambled eggs looked like powder (I don't think they were) but they really looked unappetizing. - and mega surprise: there's no coffee machine... coffee only in thermoses already brewed... hmm... ...there's something to work on. I spent the previous night in a hotel also in Eisenach where all this was for breakfast and the breakfast cost 10 EUR.

Breakfast! We loved the breakfast, especially the Brötchen. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay here when we return. We did have to laugh when I asked about parking. It seems that the entrance to the parking was definitely was made for a Trabant. :)

Good location and clean rooms. In house restuarant seems well reviewed, though we only had breakfast there one morning which was fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending things to see and do. The Christmas markets and main shopping district are a 5 minute walk away, which we enjoyed.

Driveway through to parking lot is a tight squeeze. We had an Audi A6 Avant and it took some careful manoeuvring to fit through. Also 13 euro a night for open parking or 15 for underground. Bathroom was fairly small, with basic shower in a bath arrangement.

Great location right on a square in the city and not far from the AWE museum which, if you are a car person, I recommend. Friendly staff and nice room. Even had a water bowl available for my dog. Nice breakfast with plenty of options.

Not a fault of the hotel, but the public parking garage they recommended would not take any of my credit cards including my debit card. Maybe it only accepted the EC card? In the end, I had to find an bank machine, get cash, and get my car. Again, no fault of the hotel, but it took more time than expected.

I had a quiet room at the side of the hotel. Nice to have a large full bath, rather than just a shower.

The car parking is difficult due to the narrow entrance and the tight spaces in the underground garage. I managed not to scrape my car this time (as I did last time I stayed here).

The hotel is an easy 10-minute walk from the train station and is well located in the old city. The view from the front of the hotel is very pretty and the interior of the hotel has an old-fashioned, pleasing look. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel last minute because it was the one night of our vacation when we did not have a hotel reservation. We needed a place to stay in the area, and fortunately found this hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and in the center of the town. The night we arrived, we ate dinner at its restaurant, Leander. It was honestly one of the best meals we had during our stay in Germany. The same restaurant hosts the daily breakfast, and it was also delicious. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, everything was good. On-site parking is convinient.

Our room was on the first floor and all we could see from our window was a wall. The bathroom had a really strong smell of mold even though it was well cleaned.

This was my second time at the Thueringer Hof and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. Everything is perfect, from the friendly and attentive staff to the rooms, perfect location (5min by foot from the train station and close to all attractions and the walking street with many shops) and tasty breakfast (huge choice). The hotel's Leander restaurant deserves kudos as well - it features a great menu (...and tapas to accompany an after work drink) and prices match those of the restaurants in the area.

Location was perfect, close to the main station and main attractions. Many restaurants around the hotel so you don't need to walk much to get food. The rooms were big and clean, same as the bathrooms.

The beds could be renewed. They were a bit worn.
