A small, pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. The room and bathroom were unexpectedly spacious and spotlessly clean, but unfortunately the furniture and textiles were clearly well past their prime. The room had a slight retro vibe, but it was comfortable. It is possible that other rooms have already been renovated. We appreciated the staff's willingness to help when we asked if we could make tea and were immediately given a kettle to use in our room. Breakfast is partly in the form of a prepared plate (two options—with or without meat), but it is tasty and sufficient. There was no problem storing our luggage after check-out. There is a very tasty kebab place on the street nearby.

I mentioned the slight feeling of shabbiness of the room, but otherwise we had no problems. The hotel is a little outside the city center, but it is close to the train station and the Residenz.

It was close to all the attractions and shopping and was clean and comfortable.

No lift. There was a sort of mezzanine level that was raised up so that you had to walk up and down those stairs every time you walked to and from your room. They had a tea and coffee table with teabags and coffee and a sign saying it was for guests. But I only saw hot water there once in five days. And that one time I saw hot water, there were no cups, so one still couldn’t make tea. I would have loved it if they had provided tea and coffee supplies in every room. There was a fridge in the room but no tea kettle etc. Also the breakfasts were a bit basic, but the breakfast service was very good

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore all the sights. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, and we really appreciated the spacious and secure bike storage, which was a huge plus. The staff at the reception desk were also incredibly helpful and kind. They answered all of our questions with a smile and gave us some great recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

The room is completely adequate and well thought out. We were comfortable and had no issues. The breakfast was well organized. The staff was young, hip, polite and friendly, spoke excellent English.

No parking lot, no elevator. But we knew all of that ahead of time, and planned accordingly. We were in a different city the night before, and had packed in a small bag everything we needed for the our stay in a smaller bag. We left the big suitcase in the car overnight. The nearby parking garage had plenty of spaces to park.

This is a friendly, clean hotel close to the railway station and a short walk to the city centre and river. No lift but only 2 stories high. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom along with a TV, free wifi and a mini safe. Usual buffet breakfast. Quiet room with plenty of power sockets. Good sized en-suite with shower

Breakfast was lacking some hot items

Very easy to find from the train-station by foot. We arrived after dark so it was difficult to evaluate the area on arrival. However, other than needing carpets replaced, the hotel is very comfortable, in a perfect location with a delicious breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the room we had was quiet. Everything was clean. Staff were all quite friendly.

Minor. Most folk would not notice or be affected but particularly with the heat and lack of good ventilation plastic type smell from modern fittings like bed headboard.

No lift - we were on the top floor! But to be fair, we were informed of this when booking and offered a more expensive room on a lower level. And the man at reception kindly carried my wife’s luggage up the stairs.

This is a good value hotel. Nice and helpful staff. No lift. Our room was dated but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Parking is in a nearby ramp. Short walk to City Center. Restaurants nearby.
