The breakfast was amazing!! The room was clean and had everything we needed (fridge, coffeemaker and teapot). We had a side view at the Eiffel Tower (room 303). There’s a French balcony, so it was nice to enjoy the view! The bathroom was a good size! They use dyptique 😍 as a showergel/shampoo/conditioner. Also soap and lotion. Staff was also friendly and helpful

Nothing tbh Location is 30’ walk from the Eifel tower. It’s rly okay, but after a long day walking it seems a bit far. But we knew it, so it’s not a problem. Maybe adding some milk powder next to a coffeemaker would be nice.

The minute we walked in the front door, the experience was warm and welcoming. The people working at the desk, the cleaning crew, and the gentleman in the dining room were kind and polite. The location is so safe and easy. We chose to stay here again because all of these factors made our stay so wonderful.

All was great, but if there was something that was noticed was the noise from other guests opening and closing doors. That is not anything the hotel can help. It would not keep us from staying there again.

Great location of the hotel only 5 minutes away from metro station Vaugirard on line 12. The room has fully functional air-conditioning which had made our stay during a heat wave in Paris so much more pleasant. Although extremely tiny but there's a lift that can take up to one person and one big luggage on each ride so do expect a bit of waiting time but it is still better than having to carry luggage up stairs which is not unusual for Paris. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Room assigned to us were new and stylish with separate bathroom and toilet.

The housekeeping staff may need to pay more attention when cleaning the room. We found one day that the rubbish bin from the toilet was put on the counter top where the coffee machine, cups and glasses are placed which caused some hygiene concerns. Supplies in the room such as coffee capsules and toilet paper rolls were not replenished everyday. Love how the hotel does not offer plastic bottled water for environmental concerns but water should be refiled diligently as there's only one bottle of drinking water for purposes of also tea/coffee.

This elegant boutique hotel was exactly what we wanted. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, very professional with the check in and check out, and most accommodating. I experienced a minor injury in route to Paris and needed to apply ice and the staff went to a neighboring facility to secure ice for me. They were exceptional! My adult daughter and I arrived a few days before her birthday for a short stay. In chatting about this at check-in, they upgraded our reservation to a room with an Eiffel Tower view. When we returned to occupy our room we were informed that a surprise gift was awaiting us. We were excited to find a beautiful printed birthday congratulation memo, pastries from the nearby bakery, chocolates, and champagne glasses for a later champagne toast. This was so especially awesome, thoughtful, and very much appreciated. We can't thank the entire crew enough for their royal hospitality. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean and decorative. The beds were very comfortable, pillows nice and fluffy. The bathroom was large, bright and well lit. I most loved that there was both bathtub and shower for either to be enjoyed. There were plenty of toiletries and a hair dryer. The beautiful wall tile decore in the bedroom was repeated in both the bathroom and the separate toilet water closet. The colorfully patterned room carpet was clean and spotless. The room darkening tied-back drapes were rich and a fine compliment to the carpet and total room decor. The lighting in the room was excellent and there were plenty of mirrors for dressing and adequate light for applying makeup. The room had a mini refrigerator stocked with beverages for purchase, also a safe. We were late sleepers and didn't take in breakfast. We totally enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. We could not have asked for more. We have already sent photos to friends that will soon visit Paris.

We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect for us.

I travelled to Paris with my teenager son and we both absolutely loved the hotel. As we turned onto the street it is on, we were greeted with the view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a lovely surprise. The hotel is about 30 mins walk away from the Eiffel Tower and about 3-5 mins walk away from the closest Metro. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bakery on the corner sells beautiful pastry, which is what we ended up having for breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Oh, and the toiletry provided was beautiful.

When we arrived, we were told that the lift was broken and our room was located on the sixth floor. Whilst our suitcase was taken upstairs for us (poor guy), climbing the stairs was challenging after dinner, nevertheless, it proved to be great exercise. Thankfully, the lift was fixed during the second day of our trip and we did not have to climb to the top after having walked over thirteen hours in the city. The view from our room was not the greatest, but it did not ruin our experience.

Room is very clean, well equipped, kettle, coffee machine, minibar, good shampoos, good hair drier, bed is very good, pillows and blanket as well. Great shower. Big bathroom. French balcony. Room was facing the street but there was not traffic noice from the street. Airconditioner in the room (I did not use it but looks it was adjustable). Everything was great! Do not take breakfast (18 euros) as next door is boulangerie with super good coffee 1.30 euros and amazing selection of pastries. Few meters away is a cafeteria where you can enjoy full breakfast sitting outside (near the small park).

The only problem is that because it's old building, walls are thin, I was in room 304 and my neighbours talked very loud and I could hear everything, when I turned on TV, it dim their voices. Luckily, it did not last in the night. The next night I did not hear people in the next room. Despite this, I would stay again, as this was really lovely hotel.

The people were great there. The food was wonderful. The rooms were exceptional. My room had an actual living room and then a bedroom the staff they treated you as if you were family

The stairs kind of sucked going up to the room, but that would be the only thing that that I didn’t like just because I’m handicap. It did have a small elevator, but it was really tiny so my wheelchair did not fit into that.

Location was perfect and in a very friendly, safe neighbourhood. A good selection of nice 'eateries' nearby including two superb bakeries, a corner-shop creperie and a charming bistro (Le Blomet). Room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Views to Eiffel Tower from street entrance. Metro station a very easy (2 mins) walk away.

Great location, very nice and helpful stuff. Close to metro no 12 and 3 bus stations in around 30 meters from the building. Room was clean. Every two days new coffee tabs. Bathtub in the bathroom, cosmetics and show gels included in the price. No noise from the street. Very easy to get into the hotel.

You need to leave the keys in the reception, every time you leave the room. There was not even a small cupboard in the room. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our room to be prepared and ready, even though the check-in was from 2pm. Fortunately, it was possible to leave our luggage :-)

Absolutely loved the pleasant location.Being close to the metro and bus station made it easy to explore the city and have a quiet home base to return each night. There was a lovely bakery on the corner. Our room didn’t have an Eiffel Tower view, but it was so nice to be able to see the Eiffel Tower when we stepped out the door of the hotel. We had a room for three and I was surprised by the amount of space we had. We loved the comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with high quality bath products. Staff was friendly and helpful. You do have to leave your key with the front desk when you leave which some reviewers have mentioned not feeling was safe, but I felt like it was perfectly safe. Plus we never had to worry about losing the key while we were out. I think this hotel is a great value in the city and I would stay here again.
