The place was so beautiful ! The pool and the beach was the best I’ve been in ❤️ lovely place lovely staff

When all the people wake up early and put the towels on the beds and then go for hours and the pool is almost empty but no one bed I can sit on

The room was good and spacious, A/C intense, and the beach amazing. It is a very quiet place; we did not hear anything after 11 pm. This is a good hotel, with attentive staff. But it seems that they never sent the letter that we asked them to send.

The menu in restaurants and room service is quite limited. Some days later, we had already tasted everything and could not decide what else to order. Some dishes served in the room were not tasty, but the price was high. And it is a shame, as there is no other place for lunch in this area.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location, with a nice and clean pebble beach (you need swimming shoes). The hotel amenities and facilities are excellent, nice pool, good restaurants, great spa. Although we were there in August during the high season, it never felt too crowded. Almost all staff are very friendly. We gave some feedback for minor improvements while we were there, and it was amazing how the staff dealt with it. They sent some sparking wine and fresh fruits to our room, which was a very nice gesture. They also surprised my husband with a birthday cake. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and we’ll definitely go back.

The rooms are ok, but I think there’s room for improvement given this is a five-star hotel. Especially the doors are not sound-proof and you can hear the noise from the road.

Staff were so nice , from cleaners to bar staff, waiters, beach staff, etc They were all so helpful and sociable Food in Fresh and Emerald restraunts was great Breakfast in the PR restraunt was great Music in beach bar was the best Definitely planning a revisit next year.

As an Elite client, we felt the free all day drinks and buffet location was located in a bad place, windowless room with no view on level 2. We were reluctant to come indoors to have these freebies , so did not avail of the service as we thought we would. Were advised we had to eat and drink in the room. Who goes on a sun holiday to sit in a windowless room ! Perhaps a better ,outdoor location or a space on RL with a sea view. As an elite client we expected to use the Serenity facilities I.e the pool but were told only if we paid or had a treatment. The Serenity pool never seemed used that much, which is a shame.

Very clean and wonderful staff

I emailed your property about booking an excursion ahead of time and was clearly told I don’t need to do it ahead of time and unfortunately, by the time we got to the hotel everything was booked. We were extremely upset and your hotel did nothing for us to make good on the bad advice they gave us. They didn’t upgrade us. They didn’t do anything they didn’t even apologize.

The personnel was very friendly and kind. Especially Katerina in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady on the fifth floor. They were always ready to help and serve for every issue. The pool was amazing and much better than the pools of other similar hotels in the same area. The breakfast was extremely good and varied. Finally, there was a free room upgrade.

The hotel is located in the middle of the road between Faliraki and Rhodes. I had to take the bus every day to find economic or traditional restaurants and taverns. In the room there was an espresso machine but not capsules.

I choose Elysium Resort in Rhodes to spend a full week holiday with my wife and my son. The location is perfect for a holiday that gives you the opportunity to enjoy a holiday in a location in front of a lovely beach with clear and warm sea water. Here you have my opinion about advantages and disadvantages of Elysium. ADVANTAGES LOCATION: the hotel is located in a very peaceful and clean harbour of Rhodes. from the hotel it is very easy to reach the city center by bus. Buses stop in front the hotel. Buses are cheaper than taxi in Rhodes. BEACH : I was impressed by peaceful atmosphere around the beach. Always silent, quite and relaxing. sun beds always clean. All facilities (showers, bar service, WC) working properly. MEALS ; breakfast was included in the price of my accommodation fee. I general, breakfast was perfect. They served a very complete breakfast. I enjoyed for a couple of times dinner with an extra payment and I would say that in general , the dinner buffet including the main courses for the dinner are quite excellent. Lunch can be also served at the beach. The hotel allows customers to order food with the APP or QR code. SPA the SPA is very clean, I booked a massage and I would say that the staff is very professional and kind. SPA includes very clean and modern sauna, external jacuzzi and external pool. EMPLOYEES: All the staff working for Elysium was very kind and professional. I really appreciated the kindness and professional approach of the team working in Elysium. Let’s say that July is a stressing month for the employees at the hotel. Nevertheless, all the team have always a friendly approach. ROOMS: Rooms are clean and always silent and specially during sleeping hours. DISADVANTAGES ATTRACTIONS AND ANIMATIONS FOR CHILDREN. The Hotel at the moment is not offering animation and a variety of playgrounds for the babies.

The Elysium is great. We stayed for two nights there and really enjoyed our stay. The sea view rooms are great, and the facilities are lovely. It’s a huge hotel to navigate and lots to do. For me, the shining star was the hotel gym which was really well equipped compared to other hotels. The staff were always welcoming and helpful as well. We booked into the sauna and steam room on our last day and really enjoyed it too.

The food wasn’t incredible and not what you’d expect from a 5 star resort. But, there were plenty of choices at breakfast to try out. Arguably, a five star hotel should have some kind of barista or proper coffee service as opposed to machine made coffee. So, that would have been welcomed!

Everything was simply perfect. The hotel paid attention to every detail—the facilities, the cleanliness of the rooms, the wonderful and pristine beach with all amenities, and the fresh food with a wide variety of choices. The staff was incredibly friendly. Nadia from guest relations organized our wedding proposal with her team, and the entire staff was amazing and helpful. Special thanks to Marios and Giannis at the reception, Harris, Katarina, and Evelina, who kindly took care of my dietary needs during pregnancy, the funny waiter Evgenios, and Georgia, the captain of the beach club bar. We would definitely come back! It's the best place we've ever been.

Fabulous Hotel on a lovely beach. It was a bit Stoney but a beautiful location. Everything was second to none and the staff were very helpful with anything you needed. My son is a Celiac and the service manger could not do enough for him. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes

The only thing about it was that you had to get a bus or a taxi to shops and restaurants outside of the hotels facilities but that was it
