Absolutely loved our experience here! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Anytime we needed help, someone was quick to point us in the right direction with a smile. The bar staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and the food they served was fantastic—definitely a highlight of our stay. The location is perfect for families, with everything you need close by, and the entire place was spotless. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and family-friendly spot! Watersports right at the beach next to us made the trip very memorable trip for mom and son.

We had a fantastic stay at Alexandra Beach Hotel in KOS for three nights. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach, and getting to Kos Town was quick and easy by bike or taxi. Our room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the contemporary décor gave it a stylish touch. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good—with plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we met—from reception to cleaning staff— kind, polite, and always happy to help. Overall, we highly recommend Alexandra Beach for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and peaceful hotel with great service and good food. We’d happily return.

Clean rooms kept clean every day. Staff excellent. Nice poolside bar. Lovely pool. Good breakfast. Laid back. No rush for anything. Larger than expected with well kept garden areas. Reasonable location to walk into town with a bus stop at the bottom of the road if preferred. 100 or so meters to the beach and cycle / walking path to town or Psaldi one way and Lambi the other.

We cannot think of anything we did not like. Maybe lack of kettle in the room but was sent one after asking. Bit of pot luck getting a taxi to town if one is wanted. But then it is Greece.

lovely hotel, large rooms, beautiful flowers and swimming pool. Staff were really helpful and felt a nice safe hotel, with 24hr reception. The rooms were really quiet and peaceful. Loved our balcony, was great to sit and rest in the sun. The Day trip around Kos island was brilliant, the Guide was so informative he made the island alive, highly recommend, as well as the 30 minute boat ride to Bodrum in Turkey.

The breakfast was good but they could have had more fresh fruit and maybe some croissants, but the loafs were really good. Reception should give a map of Kos and explain about the buses, that the blue pole across the main street is the bus stop! How the number 5 goes to the Thermal springs etc.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time — it’s our favorite in Kos, and we always love coming back. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful — special thanks to Ms. Anna and the kind young Man at the front desk Reception. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden and pool. Many thanks also to the friendly and kind housekeeping team, especially Ayda and Gülcan. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Great pool, loads of sun beds & a beautiful garden with shade to lay in if you didn’t want to sit by the pool. Most of the staff were really friendly & polite.

Could do with some shade on our balcony, apartment, as difficult to get out of the sun. A male member of the bar staff lost the plot & became load & aggressive later apologised.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was good, and I had one lunch in the restaurant, which was also enjoyable. The pool was clean, though I only sat on the bench nearby. The staff were very helpful; when I needed to extend my stay by one night, they arranged for me to remain in the same room.

While the location was good for couples or families, I would have preferred somewhere closer to the city center or a busier area, as I was a solo traveller and found it slightly challenging to return to the hotel after sunset. There was a quiet, somewhat dark pathway for about eight minutes from the busy area to the hotel.

Loved this hotel. I want to be back again. Pool area is stunning so fresh and modern. Rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of storage. Staff are friendly. I loved that it was just continental breakfast, you really do not need a massive choice of breakfast. Food at snack bar was always great. It's a 25 min walk to the main town or you can hire a bike for the week for around 24 euros. The restaurants a short walk on the beach front are lovely too. I am already trying to book for next year. I didn't want to leave. The gardens are beautiful with lots of fruit growing, bananas, pomegranate and apples, all well maintained and well kept. We got a really good deal on this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the standards and moderness of the out building of apartments and the pool area.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to the beach and a nice straight walk to the old town. The pool was fantastic and we had a full day with no room before our flight, we were still able to use the towels, and shower facilities before departing. The food at the bar was great and very cheap, they even have vegan options which we were really impressed by. Although our room was a little dated it was still bright, fresh and immaculately clean and the beds were super comfy, with air con and WiFi. There are supermarkets either side of the hotel and there are bikes and scooters available for rent very cheap. The level of service was 5 star for me, especially reception staff, I would without a doubt stay here again and couldn't recommend it enough, for couples, solo travel, and families! 10 out of 10!

Clean modern studio for 4 people for one night. Plenty of sun beds and nice garden to find shade. Mix of nationalities staying. Helpful staff.
