We had a great stay and the staff took a great deal to make our vacation and occasion special. The pool, private beach and restaurants were all fantastic.

Some hotel policies felt out of place and unpleasant: we were told to leave the white sunbeds because they’re for VIPs unless we spent at least $150, big balcony tables at breakfast were VIP only, and we had to pay to upgrade for a genuinely accessible room (room description stated it was already accessible)

The hogel is beautiful

The food system if you have full pension and that you need to pay for the water. However, the water in summer is something that you need; it can't be that you keep charging people at dinner and at the pool for water. It is essential to ensure that guests have access to clean and refreshing water throughout their stay. Therefore, including water as part of the pension package would enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Additionally, providing complimentary water can also contribute to the eco-friendly image of the establishment.

Maintaining good standards, clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful. All the restaurants offered a good ambients and really nice surroundings particularly backgrounding the beach and sunset. Buddha Bar drinks are high quality as we have experienced in their London bar. Great beach. We booked the speed boat sunset tour but had to cancel sadly due to high winds and strong waves. But the fact that that option was there was great. We booked skijets straight from the reception and they picked us up from the hotel beach. Breakfast is exceptionally good and offers a verity of options. Must say that the white sangria available in the Lobby bar was an exceptionally good.

Restaurants are bit overpriced. Wow restaurant steak is pretty much an average steak considering the food we have experienced in Michelin star restaurants. Price is not reflecting the quality of food. Sadly my kids ended up with food poisoning following the meal we had from the Elems Cretan restaurant. We didn’t find that the seafood restaurant offered anything spectacular and we felt some local authentic Cusins offered better food than the hotel restaurant. My kids used the play room mostly to play pool. Unfortunately the ventilation is not the best in the kids play area with lack of windows or air conditioning.

To much stairs. Not suited for elderly people Not mention anywhere. Only mention accessible, what does it means ? That there are rooms you can’t go inside.? We had to pay for an expensiver room, that they called it upgrade from their side . 👎

Friendly staff and good food

We had two rooms ..one was a suite ( duplex) ..the ground floor was cool and nice ..the upper floor where the bed is was extremely hot and unbearable..it seems that the design for the air conditioning makes the air directed to the lower floor and thus keeping the upper floor very hot …the hotel could not do any thing about it ..we ended up having a fan in the room which is not convenient for a 5 star hotel

Beautiful resort, perfect view and great location about 10 minutes by car from Hersonissos. The breakfast was excellent and fresh, our room with private pool was incredible. Very clean, little treats and water bottles everyday, very nice beach and pool area. Perfect for relaxing and also a good spot to head out from to travel around the island.

No streaming service and only foreign news channels on the TV so we only used it to play music. Would have been nice to be able to watch a movie. The restaurants are on the expensive side but that is to be expected at a place like this.

We spent our honeymoon at Abaton and we are very satisfied💫 The room was spotless and cleaned twice a day. The view of the sea was breathtaking, and the whole resort had a calming white and blue design. The pool area and the Buddha Beach Bar were both fantastic spots to enjoy the sun and have a drink. The hotel restaurants are excellent, although quite expensive. Everything was truly perfect, including the breakfast and the friendly staff. What stood out the most was how welcomed and valued we felt as guests. We're glad we chose Abaton.

Service can occasionally be inconsistent — for example, we ordered drinks listed on the menu that turned out to be unavailable. At WOW, the food is delicious, but all meat cuts start at 300g, which may be excessive for those with a smaller appetite.

We had the most incredible 10-day stay at this beautiful resort with our new baby. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — nothing was ever too much trouble, and every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that we never got tired of. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and made us feel completely at home — a real sanctuary for us and our little one. Buddha Bar was a real highlight, especially watching the sunsets with a drink in hand. And we can't stop talking about Bony Fish — hands down the best fish we've ever eaten! The food throughout our stay was consistently outstanding. We’re already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you for making our first holiday as a family so special.

Not much to dislike! Perhaps the room service menu could be improved, additional dishes and vegetarian options. Cooked buffet breakfast could do with an upgrade also, but the a la carte menu is very tasty. Would also be good to have regular top ups of shower gel and tea/coffee in the room - I think we missed these due to baby napping schedule.

The hotel is distinguished by its variety of beaches and their length on the sea. The hotel staff is very cooperative, and various restaurants cater to all tastes.
