The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants and a supermarket across the road. The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of hot and cold, pastries, bread, fruit etc. Room was comfortable.

The photos can be a little misleading. There isn’t a clear view from the pool to the sea and the views from the ‘sea view’ rooms (well the one we stayed in) are not as depicted in the photos. Some of the nearby hotels are run down but there’s nothing Arte can do about that.

Excellent position and excellent staff. The staff was available and kind for my requests. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The swimming pool is outstanding. The rooms (at least in the portion I was staying) are brand new.

Some minor fixes in the rooms can be made: there no place to put towels in the bathroom, some minor aspects in the drywall could be improved (I think due to recently finished restoration works something was left behind). In my room the lights for asking for not disturbing or cleaning the room were reversed (green for not disturbing and red for asking cleaning the room) creating some confusion with the cleaning personell.

We were 4 guys staying at this hotel. I recommend if you are 3 or more, dont get a single room. The night shift staff were great, easy to talk to and good talks. Day shift was also good. Location is great, daybeds are great. Again night shift was great, food was ok, and the hotel was nice all in all.

A bit annoying that you cannot bring own food/drinks to the pool area, especially when they dont have that kind of food/drink in the bar. AC did not work, not at all. I believe multiple people had the same problem at the hotel. We had to sleep with open door which lead to 25 degrees in the room aswell as getting bit by insects. The hotel has a bit of weird location so sun is not always on the daybeds, only a few places.

Lovely staff and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a great location and very good value.

Our room was one that had been 'modernised', and the design was impractical. Despite the size of the room, which was fairly spacious, there wasn't enough storage space, the clothes hanging rack was too high for me, as an average-sized woman, to reach. The bathroom had been deconstructed into a separate toilet room and shower room and with the only sink in the bedroom. The sink design was bizarre, almost impossible to describe but suffice to say no plug. This is not a criticism of the staff, who were wonderful. The breakfast/dining room was stark and the repetitive piped music was tedious.

The location is excellent. Right across from the beach and perfectly placed on the outskirts of Rhodes Town. The reception staff were super responsive and lovely. We stayed an additional two days here we liked it so much.

The only thing that could be improved was the housekeeping staff knocked on the doors even when the do not disturb sign was on. So had a couple of lie-ins interrupted!

Friendly hotel stuff, Rose was very kind and everyone in the dining area, reception not very helpful, but we managed everything we wanted. Location of the hotel is very good. Renovated rooms, but not all rooms are the same, we had town view booked, perhaps the lover levels are better. Overall recommend

The hotel was amazing. The service was great. We arrived earlier and left our luggage at their dedicated room for luggage next to the reception. When we checked out, they let us check out an hour later. They also helped us book a taxi to the airport. The cleaning was perfect. The breakfast was very rich. The hotel is 1 min away from the beach and 15 mjns walk to the old town.

The hotel was very clean, including the rooms, and offers great value for the price you pay. The location is very convenient and close to everything. But the best part is definitely the staff – warm, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. I stayed here as a solo traveler and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay that’s close to all the main attractions.

Breakfast was good, the usual, the classics. Overall, a very nice stay. Very clean room, with a very small fridge. The location was very good, not too far from the old town, 20 min walking distance.

The only minus would be the fact that the hotel housekeepers didn t provide everyday with shower gels and shampoos.

When ordering, there was a choice of two single beds, but my sister and I were provided with a big bed and another blanket. The mattress is very soft, not everyone can sleep on such a feather bed, and the boards under the mattress fell several times even when you sit on the beds
