I love the love the location , the hotel is clean , rooms perfect , housekeeping very good . Reception staff especially Sofia top class friendly , helpful goes above and beyond . Breakfast good . Pool perfect immaculate , management of the pool and pool bar and hotel owners Nic and Pavlina run an an amazing pool they have no bad behaviour but fun only ! The food and drink is excellent and the service is first class always . Angela who works at the pool bar also first class . The beach bar is also great with really good food and drink and an amazing view . Toilets both at beach bar and pool immaculate and so are showers very well maintained and clean . The hotel resturant and bar that opens in the evening is also very good a lovely place to relax again with great staff . They also have a free pool table which we found handy , we have stayed here many times and it really is the hotel that keeps giving and cannot wait to go back soon .

The hotel is very nice and clean - the pool area is lovely and it is a good swimming pool as well - just be careful if you don’t know how to swim as some parts are pretty deep. The hotel and the room is very clean and pleasant with toiletries - the bed is comfortable and the linen is comfy :) Breakfast is amazing and delicious - the yogurt is just perfect! All of the staff is amazingly friendly and so nice! I really liked the location as it is close to the airport, close to Kalamaki beach and Laganas - there’s plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.

I enjoyed everything about my stay!

The beach is the hot point for this location.(very long and sandy beach near location) Breakfast is ok, same things each morning but many alternatives to alternate. I had a room with 3 beds, beds were comfy. Fridge and AC available. All you need is in the room.

The beach taverna is nice, but the prices vs what you get in return is not ok. I expect there a higher quality dish since the tavern is right on the beach and the view from it deserve better food.

A very nice hotel in excellent location with a wonderful pool area and direct access to the beach. Our room (203) was nice, with a lovely view to the see. Fortunately there are no Jet2.com teenagers so it is a really perfecft stay for relax and having a pleasant holiday. Most of the staff was friendlly.

The breakfast room should be somehow re-organised. A vending machine would be good in the lobby area. AC is not working when you lesve the room.

Everything was very good, the hotel is located in a nice environment and offers comfortable rooms. You can spend the whole day in the pool, eating and drinking in the pool bar, which offers tasty food. The sea is few steps away. Maybe a drink/sandwich vending machine could be useful for the nights :)

Location was great

It was a surprise trip for my wife's birthday and they would not even put a bottle of wine/bubbly in the room for my wife any other hotel I have ever stayed at in Zante have always done this little special thing just felt a bit sad they they could not afford a bottle for about £7 euros to help make her day extra special its all the little touches that make it ! Sadly won't be going bake there will stick to the Venus Hotel And Suites

Proximity to the beach, updated hotel aesthetics. Staff was nice, we were allowed 1h delay on our check-out day. Breakfast was good but drinks were poor (especially the coffee).

They had beach access but you had to pay for the sunbeds on the beach or garden close to the beach (even after mid-September). Only pool sunbeds were included in the room rate. The room was nicely decorated (deluxe room) but tiny and there were stains on the bed cover. They could have included the beach sunbeds in the room price as you don’t get too much for the room rate as is.

Welcoming staff Sofia on reception excellent customer care . Immaculate hotel , rooms high standard and very clean . Breakfast good. Pool very clean , friendly staff at pool bar , nick , kathlina and Angela , great food and drink served at pool bar reasonably priced . Perfect location right on beach and near strip with lots of restaurants and bars . Amazing hotel highly recommend .

Nothing at all it is perfect

Friendly staff, very helpful. Our flight was late in the evening, they allowed us to stay the whole day near the pool area and use all hotel's facilities. Great location - near the beach, quiet street. For dinner I highly recommend a restaurant in the hotel - tasty food and relaxing atmosphere.

These are things to improve: Breakfast is the same every day, very poor choice. We expected more diversity of main dishes. Coffee is awful. Smoking is allowed everywhere in the public spaces - near the pool, outside the restaurant, on balconies. It was impossible to open the balcony or spend time near the pool without breathing this stinky smell. About 80% of visitors are non-smokers, there are many children, so the hotel should think about their comfort and organize separate places for smokers. Hard beds - would be good to invest into better mattresses.

Location was great : a few minutes drive from the port and close to great neighborhoods. The beach was great : super clean and a great view. The reception staff were very helpful and helped us book an excursion which ended up being the highlight of our whole trip to Greece.

Room was a touch small, as was the bathroom. But very clean and modern and comfortable.
