The breakfast was great! Kids enjoyed the water slide and the hot tub.

We stayed for 2 nights. We requested a rollout bed when we booked. On the day of arrival, a staff member confirmed about it at check-in, but then we never got it the first night. Called the front dask, they said they dont have anything left, so all we got was whole bunches of blankets. We used, put the sofa cushions for a bed, and put all the blankets to sleep on. It was already late at night for kids, so we talked to the front desk the next morning, and we did get a rollout bed, and it was all good. One thing, their toilet paper was really poor quality. Something you would see in Cuba. We had to buy a bag of toilet paper.

The breakfast was amazing! Full hot breakfast with good options. The room was clean. Shower had good pressure and temperature stayed consistent and hot.

The mattresses are pretty hard. I was okay but my husband did not sleep well. The hot tub was not working. That was one of the primary reasons we picked this hotel so imagine our disappointment when it was closed. I wish hotels would give you let you know ahead of time when this happens so we could have made other arrangements.

that room sounded like you were in an old house . the floor squeaked when you walked on it so loud that you could follow the goings on in the room above you . I stayed in a lot of hotels of all price ranges but I have never in a hotel that the floors squeaked so bad .I did not want to hear every time the people above us went to the bathroom when I was trying to sleep or tell the ones below me when I was

Was not far from our provincial swimming event. Room was very accessible and with a lot of space for all of us. commodities in the room were very appreciated like having microwave and minifridge as our child is gluten free and we had to prepared food for him. The breakfast was nice when the bacon was present!

Toilet mechanism required to be fix as water was not stopping. Hall going to the pool was very noisy will we were trying to rest between swimming events. Could not get more than 1 hr. extra for late check out! So, from 11h am to 12h pm, outside this you add to pay extra!

The breakfast was excellent, as was the lady working the morning we were there. We asked for a room change due to very loud guests in the room above us. I've never had to switch rooms before but the staff was very accommodating.

Noise traveled easily between rooms. After switching rooms due to noise coming from above, the guests beside us could easily be heard. Good news was they were all quiet by bed time.

The property was so nice and close to so many necessities. We really appreciated the multiple entrances and the extra dog bags that were outside

We travelled with a small dog and so were on the first floor but very close to the pool. The kids screaming at all times was really unfortunate. In future it would be nice if we could be further away from the pool

First off when I checked in the lady at the desk was great. I believe her name was Jaycee. Sorry if it's spelt wrong. She was so friendly and had let us know about the facilities in the building along with different areas of NB. We were on a road trip from ON and she recommended some nice places to visit. Her Co worker, I didn't catch his name, was great as well. Anytime we needed help with something he got on it right away. The kids loved the water slide. Probably their favourite pool out of all the ones we went to that week. The rooms were nice and big. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Hopefully get to visit again next summer.

Lovely little pool, fantastic water slide for those brave enough, and a lovely view of Saint John. Close to shops and restaurants, but perched upon the hill so there isn't imposition from the surrounding businesses with sounds etc. Dogs are welcome and they even give you a little card for the door that tells the staff that dogs are present.

The hot-tub/whirlpool was not working which was disappointing, and the pool is a bit small, especially when the water slide is running as it displaces significant space in the "deep end." Otherwise the room was fantastic and comfortable and the deep tub made up for the lack of hot-tub!

We liked everything except the pillows, too thin, gave me a headache, and the toilet ran the whole time we were there, the employees were the best that I ever encountered, they were very polite and helpful, I have stayed at a lot of motels and they were the best, very helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioner was noisy, but that probably is the same in every room. The breakfast was great as well, no complaints about the food or employees.

The location was great for our purpose, staff were friendly and ready to assist if needed. The hot breakfast was excellent as well which makes a great start to your day.

Although there is lots of free parking it is a small lot. Also there should be a way to go around the reception area when a big vehicle like a bus is parked and unloading or loading.
