The bed was one of the most comfortable in my experiences as a traveler. The room was cleaned thoroughly. It was quiet as well. The buffet breakfast was inexpensive (but not super exciting...but they did have salad every day). They had a couple of old PCs available in the lobby and I needed to use one, so that came in handy (only the one nearest to reception was actually useable).

The shower was only lukewarm, and the warm water became colder. The boys in blue sometimes forgot to put a bar of soap in the room . You could hear people talking in the hallway and occasionally through the wall as well

This is the first review where I can't really say much in both fields for likes and dislikes. It was ok, just normal, nothing special. The bed was comfortable, it was clean, personnel was good and friendly, breakfast was poor (lot's of pots but nothing much to eat). So just "basic" would be the right word.

The location isn't very good, even though it is not far from the center with regards to kilometers, but the area is not the best for walking (just roadways). It was pretty humid in the room, so we switched the AC to dry mode, but with windows closed there was lack of air and we couldn't sleep well. Just be aware that the window still has to be open to provide some fresh air in the room.

First of all the staff, starting right from the ever smiling and helpful Mr Bishnu Parsad manning the main entrance and the extremely polite and helpful front desk staff ( sorry for not mentioning them by name as I only remember 1 name ) it would not be right if I don't name everyone 😀. The house keeping teams, all of them were exceptional. A big thanks to all of them.

The place where the ironing tables are placed has no proper air-conditioning and should be improved. The breakfast, the live counter was not serving Omlettes ( my wife cannot have breakfast without them ) so she did not have a good breakfast on any of the days. The staff should have a few smiles on their faces. The teaspoons were not very clean, more care should be taken.

While the property is situated a bit farther from the heart of the city, I truly appreciate its impeccable cleanliness. The rooms are especially well-maintained, featuring pristine linens, sparkling surfaces, and a fresh scent that makes for a welcoming atmosphere. It's evident that great care is taken to ensure a comfortable and tidy environment for guests.

The neighborhood has its quirks. There are a few empty buildings nearby, but it has potential for improvement and a unique charm!

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. The shower was nice and it was surprisingly quiet in the room despite being on the street side. The hotel is a bit old, but they are maintaining it pretty well. They could do with a bit of remodeling. The breakfast buffet was only 15 ringgit -- nothing special but it was OK. There are some really good local restaurants around there. They had two PCs in the lobby, which I really needed to use so I was happy 😁! The staff were very nice.

Some wear and tear are showing. The bathroom window was damaged and was hard to shut.

I have traveled lots of countries. So this one added to my favorite hotel list. The facilities of this hotel are very good. The bathroom and other areas of the room are very clean. The most special thing is the breakfast. Breakfast includes delicious food and drinks that will never be forgotten in life. Very tasty fresh and clean. Thank you very much to all the cooks and kitchen workers who are currently working. The hotel management should pay high attention to these employees for their service. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the main city. But it's a good place to go freely. It is very convenient because all business places including restaurants, train station, super market are located around the hotel. Within 5 minutes there are shops where you can get all the food and goods you need. I will definitely come back if I get a chance. Because here from the security personnel to the receptionist, I was treated very friendly. Looking forward to the same good service in the future.

Just before I came out of the hotel, suddenly the emergency horn and the fire alarm started blaring simultaneously. Not knowing what the reason was, I approached the elevator to come out of the room, but it had stopped working. I was scared because there was no person in sight. The hotel did not give any prior notice about this. I was on the 12th floor. I ran down using the stairs with very difficulty. When i came down and inquired about it, they said it was normal. But if someone is frightened by sudden shock, the sound of this warning horn is strong even to get sick. It lasted about 15 minutes. I actually thought it was a sudden fire. It shocked me.

Big room and toilet. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good water pressure in the shower. Got fridge. Near mrt station. Covered linkway to hotel from mrt station. Staff are friendly especially the tall security guard at the entrance.(Didn't get his name)

Not recommended to take mrt if you are carrying heavy luggages as there is no lift. Need to climb stairs. Breakfast is simple and could be better. No clothes hanger in the room. Under the bed is not clean as there are dirty tissues and dust. Water heater is not working. Sound proof wasn't the best as we can hear people talking, walking or closing the doors very clearly. I got inconsiderate hotel guests staying on the same floor as me who talks so loudly, shouting and screaming at each other, playing loud music at 1am. Not recommending these hotel to friends and families to stay too as the toilet wall is transparent(tampered glass wall)

After several room changes I was upgraded and really enjoyed the room. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, nice big bathroom with rain shower and ample hot water. There was even a proper little fridge in the room and not just a mini-bar fridge. Daily room cleaning was always done and appreciated. When booking it is already known there is nothing right next to the hotel. There are little mini-markets. I did however walk to both Velo city and Ikea which can be a little tricky because of the roads and sometimes the oppressive heat but it is doable. Took me only 10 to 15 minutes. If you make it to Ikea, it is a very short semi-covered walk to Velocity. Tonnes of shopping and restaurants in both places, also accessible from Chan sow lin metro. One day I walked all the way to KL Sentral. From the Chan sow lin metro there is a walkway that takes you into the Fraser Park Mall (which sits abandoned) and to the Days Inn. Can be tricky if you have suitcases as no elevator and the escalators to the ground floor are not operational. Zoe at reception stood out to me. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff that were very helpful.

When I first checked in, I was given a room where I could not see the thermostat display and the bathroom window did not close all the way. I then moved to a second room but the small double rooms all looked a little dated a not four star at all. Then the A/C was not working on the whole floor and I had to move again. At this point I was not happy. They upgraded me to a floor where the A/C worked and the room could be rated 4 star at least. I had other days booked and they thankfully kept me in the same room. TV was very poor for a 4 star hotel with only AXN as an english channel. Did not have a smart TV
