definitely location and the great room design.

2 things: room air conditioned didn’t work and pillows. pillows too stiff and bulky so I couldn’t sleep well.

I’ve stayed here many times, it’s not perfect but overall I like it a lot. The staff all know me and everyone treats me well.

It’s not that I didn’t like this but it was definitely an unusual experience: Soft knocking on my door woke me up, the clock showed it was midnight. I looked through the peephole, a young man was there, shabbily dressed, holding a small child’s hand. Without opening the door I said ‘not here, wrong room’. No response, they turned and walked away slowly down the corridor. I suspect they were ghosts.

Great price for the location, being right in heart of Chinatown and connected to transport node with nearby train stations. Clean spacious rooms, breakfast included with friendly reception, and room service. Mostly quiet at night except for occasional noisy car or motorbike with loud exhausts passing by in the middle of night.

Breakfast can do with more varieties, its the same rice and pasta every morning but cooked/seasoned differently. No hot water shower at night, the water can suddenly jump from freezing to scalding hot. Bathroom in my room in quite bad shape. Mouldy ceiling and ventilator is not working and the toilet is always damp with water.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Petaling Street and local eateries, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed especially the request to check out an hour later.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacks adequate soundproofing, being close to a busy road meant that traffic noise was also a constant presence. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs.

Very convenient location. Pasar Seni MRT station was just behind the hotel. Chinatown/Petaling Street was just a stone's throw away. Central Market selling crafts and Malaysian souvenirs is just across the road. Lots of good food around. The washing machine and dryer was easy to use (just ask the counter staff) and cheaper than the laundromat that was across the road. Laundry room also has an iron and ironing board to use there after your washing. Helpful staff. Overall, good place.

Bathroom was a little bit dirty but no major issues. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower only dispensed a little liquid each time, had to keep punching for more.

The location was really nice near the city central , LRT STATION just 2 min walk beside the hotel, having parking in the basement. The price is cheap and affordable. Around the petaling street there are many foods that can be found in that area . Security okay the lift, main door and backdoor need card access . Except for morning until 10pm the main door only started requiring card access. Oh yeah air con is super cool good job 👍 hahahaha very like this hotel

Erm nope so far so good everything is nice

•Compact and clean room with the basics, but everything you need for a short stay. •Superb location! Ideal for transport connectivity throughout KL, close to Pasar Seni Central & Petaling Markets for food, souvenir and boutique shopping. •A simple breakfast (at the adjoining restaurant) but sufficient to kick start your day.

•Just be aware that there are No english speaking Movie or TV channels.

The location is good for the KLIA airport link, public transport and China Town. Great multiple U.K. / Asia plug sockets + multi USB bedside points. Clever lighting options. Good views from higher rooms. Mini Safe. Mini Fridge + Free Water. Free Wifi. Strong AC. Extra pillows, (in a secret drawer,) 1x firm & 1x soft pillow option. Well done 👏🏼 Very helpful staff and constant lobby vigilance by the ever present security officer.

Minor irritations that could very easily be sorted out - (Otherwise would have scored 10.) BBC News Channel listed but not available. (NO English speaking channels available.) No "sink" soap dispenser. (You have to step INTO the shower.) Not ONE single door or wall mounted coat "hook" in the entire room. Almost invisible, hazardously sharp, toe breaking step down into ensuite. (Ouch !) Most SE Asian capital hotels offer free loan umbrellas. (Not this one.)

Check in simple, room was as expected with balcony, nice and clean. Staff very friendly and location was spot on. Bathroom and shower exactly as expected.

Breakfast was average at best. Typical asian fair kept in covered "warming" plates. Fruit, cakes and bread just left out in the open with no cover. Temperature of food was not hot and it was a restricted choice. Staff in restaurant did nothing to engage.

Close proximity to everything! LRT metro, central station, Cinema Town and Little India. Loads of places to eat, even upstairs in Central Market which is like 1 min. walk away. A bus station is also I close by, if you, like me, prefer to see the cityscape. For some reason I remember the shower being just perfect and provided a good start to the day. Don’t bother with breakfast, lots of options close by. Staff were excellent…and ‘well behaved’ ( a term used in many reviews in India). Excellent wifi, though a little hit and miss during the daytime due to heavy usage. Lobby area was amazingly welcoming with couches everywhere.

Check-in somewhat tedious. Otherwise, excellent stay.
