Peaceful secure location, exceptional customer service there is a friendly human at the front desk not an AI kiosk. Walking distance to the bank, Oxxo, restaurants, support local Mexican-Hermosillo businesses is the best antidote to crime and violence plaguing Mexico. Nice comfortable bed, great place for concentration, clean with nice AC, with loaded bathroom and restroom I look forward to staying here again in the Sonoran desert.

I notice the TV was not a smart TV with internet streaming services. Breakfast room service for a fee I dont mind someone bring me breakfast and coffee ☕ that way don't waste food.

I love the location, close to the airport. They have nice dispensary bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hand and body lotion. They do have complementary bottles of water in room. It would be nice if they had in room refrigerators.

Not too much to not like about the hotel. The one suggested I would like to see made would be having an in room refrigerator.

I left an Apple Watch and less than an hour after I left it was located in the hotel, so I went back, but the room had been cleaned and the watch was no where to be found. I kept getting its location in the hotel until all day long, it even moved within the hotel. Last location given was in the hotel’s parking lot. Great hotel, just don’t leave anything behind, it will be gone.

close proximity to the airport, great value for the cost. Breakfast is very good, breakfast hours are doable up until 11 AM which is great. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Would’ve been nice to have a refrigerator in room. Some carpets need light steam cleaning.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. I really like the in-room coffee, it had a real coffee make with real cups, nit those plastic things. The staff was very pleasant and spoke perfect English; all of them. I chose this hotel based on it's proximity to the baseball stadium and was not disappointed. Plenty of places nearby for food, although not within an easy walk, but I had a car and didn't care about that.

There wasn't anything to complain about.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle.

When traveling it is nice when you can leave a light on at night in the toilet area so you can find your way. We couldn’t do that at this hotel because the light for the toilet area and the light for the in-room sink area are on the same switch.

Excellent location just 10 minutes from the airport but close to many restaurants and downtown Hermosillo. Breakfast is from 6:00am - 11:00am everyday. The staff was very friendly, they always acknowledged you entering and leaving all hours of the day or night. I also needed a late checkout, which was not a problem, I really appreciate that.

there’s not much to not like about the property, the one thing that I would suggest would be too put refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.

Grateful for the shuttle pick up from airport. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast, would stay here again. Great value compared to the hotel next door. Restaurant Los Olivos was delicious. Portions are big and shareable. Ordered the Panini and Club Sandwich.

The only thing I didn't like is that there aren't many food options available near by. But I highly recommend Los Olivos.

Location of property to the airport was perfect less than a mile and a half.  There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Not too much that I did not like about the hotel. The only downside of the hotel is that you don’t have an in room microwave and refrigerator for cold drinks that would be a big plus if they had that in every room. 

Shuttle service is the deal breaker for short-stay travelers.

Restaurant is not open all the time, except for breakfast hours. For lunch or dinner you have to look elsewhere.
