The relaxation zone is an ideal spot for focused laptop work – a pleasant atmosphere, plenty of natural light, and comfortable seating all support concentration and well-being. It's perfect for those moments when you need a change of scenery without fully switching off.

A small fridge in the room and a microwave – for example near the relaxation area – would be a great addition for heating up a quick meal or snack.

Our wash hand basin was almost entirely blocked , reported it on arrival had to report again the next morning but then it got fixed quickly No room cleaning tidying service, bar clean towels, for a stay of 4 nights. We had put our ‘yes’ signs up outside on the door every morning as by the time we got home it was too late to chase it up. The overall ethos of not cleaning the room will promote tree planting is honourable, but we do a lot for the environment in our daily lives already and it would have been so lovely to have this little bit of basic caring done when staying in a hotel. We did mention it at reception.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. I had to stay there after the unexpected death of our dog on our way back home to Switzerland. Everyone was so understanding and friendly. I had to wait for the cremation and couldn't give a clear checkout date but they were so flexible :-)

A small fridge in the room would have been practical and an easily accessible microwave. The bathroom could use a deep clean but was clean enough.

All was good with the hotel- close to the station for commute to the city (5 mins on the train to x City centre) . We could park our car at the hotel while we explored Uterecht for the day. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We had a comfortable spacious room. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on this - maybe next time!!

The breakfast was great. The usual suspects were available at the buffet, such as croissants, sandwich meats and cheeses, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fruit, etc. The hotel had a very sleek and clean vibe. Looked like it was recently renovated. Coffee and tea in the room. Room service available.

The room was very cold when I checked in. Had to leave the heating on for a good while before it was warm enough. Took a nap right after check in and I was quite cold under the blankets…

Nice staff, friendly attitude, even in the hotel restaurant, went for couple of drinks - took longer that we are used to, but nothing horrible. Two rooms we had were close together We had a 🐶 with us, we were offered water and everything, there is nice lawn around the hotel and possibility to go on a walk. Free parking

We had two rooms (one double and one twin), we got the cards, went to the rooms but in one of the rooms there was someone already staying in it - we went back to reception and got different room, but makes you wonder how can this happen 😅 Missing fan in bathroom - air conditioning is nice, but after taking shower it takes quite a while to vent it out Kinda expected the rooms would be cleaned in the morning but one of the housekeeping staff surprised us around 6pm - and he was suprised by our dog 😅

Location, just a short run to the Ferry Port at the Hook, easy access via an A road 700m away. The hotel has a large free car park with both Tesla fast chargers and conventional charging points. Our room, although a little dated now, was a good size, clean, with a comfortable double bed. Working air conditioning. The bathroom was well maintained, if a little cramped. Everything functioned as expected. However, there was no hairdryer... We had an evening snack and drink, both excellent and reasonably priced, as was the breakfast buffet, with a mix of continental and hot food. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. What more can you ask for at under €60 per night.

This is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel offers exactly what you would expect. If you have a car, it is very comfortable and next to a highway. For public transport it is quite far from Utrecht Centraal, but it is very easy to get there with a bus stop a 5 minute walk away (something to consider if traveling in the rain).

The bathroom is quite snug. I would not recommend for people sharing a room.

Breakfast's so good and the room for three of us's clean and great ...and excellent staff, they're so helpfull and have a big smileee .. i love them

No ice machinne, i looking for ice cube because the weather's so hot , over all .... The hotel' s excellent

The this i liked the least was: not having a safe in the room and the cleaning service is 8/10
