Ideally located at a 6-7 km from the center of Utrecht (20 mn by bike along parks and canals - bikes available for rent at the property), the large apartment is in a quiet and green environment: possibility to park your car for free on premices, access to a beautiful terrasse, garden and a common indoor space. It is worth staying there several days to discover Utrecht and easily reach Amsterdam, den Haag…etc by train. Have dinner in the city center and come back afterwards by bike along canals to enjoy a quiet evening at the property. The apartment is charming, well equipped and comfortable. Very good breakfast and very welcoming hosts. Excellent accommodation that we highly recommend.

Ron and Marieke's flat was wonderful as were they. Very welcoming and friendly. Flat is well appointed , large with excellent beds. Quiet location, restaurants near by, short walk or two minutes drive. Connections to Utrecht Centrum by tram and bus, every 10 minutes, journey time 12 minutes. Tram and bus station 5 minutes drive from flat and conveniently located near large park and ride with very cheap fees for parking combined with tram/ bus tickets. No need for expensive parking in the city. Breakfast was plenty and brought to the flat by Ron. We loved the place and we recommend it.

The peaceful location is perfect for relaxation while being conveniently close to Utrecht, making it an ideal base for exploring the Netherlands. The fully equipped kitchen is available for your use, adding to the comfort of the stay. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly owner. Her hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home and she provided helpful recommendations for local sightseeing and dining options. I was treated to a delicious and elaborate spread that catered to all tastes and preferences. From freshly baked pastries and bread to an array of fruits, yoghurt and cereal. The location of this B&B is simply unbeatable; surrounded by picturesque scenery, it provided a serene and peaceful environment.

I had a wonderful stay at Ron and Marieke. They are very friendly, hospitable people. Available whenever you need them! At the same time, I had a lot of privacy in my spacious studio on the farm. It had its own kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle), living/dining room (tv, lounge set, big dining table), and two super comfortable beds. The shower was also amazing! And last but not least, the garden is beautiful. Breakfast was served every morning, or the night before when I needed to get up very early for work. Marieke asked me about preferences and allergies and made sure I felt spoiled every morning. Would definitely repeat!

Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were made very welcome and were shown the kitchen area where we could cook and socialise with other guests if we wished. We took the breakfast option and it was delicious and highly recommended.

The property is a bit out of town but took us only 20 mins along bike paths to get there from the centre of Utrecht. It is a peaceful spot although you can hear the motorway in the distance

The location and excellent attention from the host and hostess. the breakfast was just superb, and included fresh eggs from the owner’s chickens, that were free range and beautiful ‘ladies’! Nothing. was too much trouble for.Ron, we had only to ask, and it was resolved. Thank you to you both.

We had a wonderful stay, we felt like home, the owners are so nice and the whole place is beautiful, not only the rooms, which are so well decorated but also the common room and the garden, there was even a glass house with a chimney. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room, and the city is easy to reach by bike or bus. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, hope to come back soon!

The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We weren’t able to advantage of it, but the outside garden area looked really nice.

Not a deal breaker by any means but maybe an updated TV so you could access streaming sites.

It's so beautiful here, with a beautiful yard and sun room, you don't even need to go out, just enjoy a sunny weekend. Beautiful enough for a small wedding. The host is great, the breakfast is great, the Netherlands never disappoints.
