Good location of the hotel. Easy to find the hotel. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Cozy room. I was very pleased to have a shower and bath!

I was notified that the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction. It didn’t bother me, except that the corridor near the door of my room was dirty and very dusty. It was very dusty in the room on furniture. The TV does not connect to channels or YouTube. There was little sugar for tea. I was disappointed with the bed, which consisted of two mattresses; they kept moving apart. And it would be great if they offered guests a robe and slippers.

Van der valk is one of the best hotels in Holland and the staff is mostly very nice !

Some new staff not as nice as they should be and there was not much guests waiting so they had time to be more friendly but maybe young, new and not teached how to be really nice to all guests and of course i compare them to the staff i met back in the years i been staying at Van der Valk 2-4 times a year !

Rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfy, good temperature considering outside was freezing. Amazing view from 13th floor.

The waiter at dinner was really unprofessional or inexperienced. It took 3 times talking to make him understand a heavy allergy, still the dish came out, sent back and out again with the allergenic we were asking to avoid.

every thing from start to finish at this Hotel is always enjoyable, Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms, Breakfast and dinning is exceptional. although they are having extensive building work carried out increase their room capacity and facilities this did not in anyway detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

When I registered at the hotel, the hotel fee was taken from my credit card by the receptionist. The same hotel fee was charged by boking.com in advance . So I paid the hotel fee twice.After 4-5 days, the hotel fee was refunded by booking.com.This is an unpleasant practice.

Fast service, elevator in the morning - that was nice. All strangers were smiling to each other, great way to start the day

I received 10 messages in Dutch through booking messaging. The app does not offer translation option. I don’t know what they wanted of me. And it was too many messages.

Close to the expo hall, and had one of the best bath tub jacuzzi’s 🙂 excellent restaurant for dinner, and excellent breakfast

Happy with everything, would have been nice to have bottled water for the price. Also had a mini fridge that was not in good shape but overall a very good stay!

Very clean, extremely quiet rooms. Nice facilities. The location was good for work.

They had a problem with the water, which was causing a lot of noise/vibration on my second night. Despite apologies, though, it was still continuing in the morning. Although this isn't something that would be a problem at other times.

Hotel rooms (nice & spacious) lobby bar, breakfast, restaurant Were not there for work but the room had a nice large desk with good lighting

Issue with the reservation (hotel or booking?): I’m almost 100% sure that my reservation was breakfast included, and in the end it was not and had to pay it extra

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was of a superb quality, varied and plentiful, very good value for money. The dinner was also very good, very fresh and well-cooked. The room, on the 16th floor, was also lovely.

It would have been good to have some bottled water in the room available. Also perhaps a small snack/biscuit in the room too. But there was nothing really not to like, the hotel is very good overall.
