The Staff was very friendly. The location is remote, but you're 10 mins from the city. The view from the Restaurant & from the rooms was exceptional, a small stream, some birds, horses. The rooms were very luxurious, it was so clean, the beds were very confortable, decoration was stylish, I absolutely loved the bathroom & shower area. The restaurant area looked very nice, the view was calming and they had some good food.

The only complaint I can find: the price. This is not to blame on the owners, hotel prices in Holland are high, it is what it is. If the stay was cheaper, it would be perfect, but I know it's too much to ask. Nothing was wrong with the hotel or the staff. The complaint is more about hotels being expensive in Holland, compared to other countries.

What a gem! Just off the main route to Utrecht, you'd think on first view that this was a typical Motel. You'd be wrong! The communal restaurant space is eclectic and rustic, staff very friendly. The room was paired back of boho and industrial, tasteful and practical. Lovely bathroom, outdoor space looking out on to the river, beyond a field of Horses- we were even visited by some Chickens! The beds comfy, very clean space. Dog friendly, easy free parking. Breakfast overlooking the water was also a lovely treat! Would definitely recommend as a perfect stop off for those travelling to The Netherlands and beyond.

Nothing - impressed by facilities, location and value for money.

This hotel is in the middle of nature, your bedroom, terasse and the breakfast terasse is right by a canal and overlooks a field with horses. It was incredibly peaceful, lots of birdsong, ducks and fresh air. The rooms are clean, cosy, the beds are comfortable. Delicious food in the restaurant and yummie breakfast.

The only negative remark I would have is that the breakfast only started at 9.00, and for early birds like us it was a bit late.

Absolutely amazing place. We travelled with our dog by car and this place exceeded our estimations. It is a perfect location near Utrecht, modern apartment with a view to the nature and horses, lots of parking spaces. Separate toilet and bathroom, the apartment could be divided into two rooms using sliding doors.

Room a little bit warm needed the door open on the back patio there seamed to be a ventilation system but we could not work out how it worked however this was totally minor and we got a good nights sleep

The location is quiet with a lovely restaurant onsite which was very convenient. The restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Nice sitting area outside the rooms. The rooms have a nice sitting area, large bathroom and comfortable beds. All round quite luxurious and peaceful.

What a lovely place! A great view of the fields and beautiful horses; a quiet place to be; a nicely decorated room; and a warm welcome for us and our dog. Breakfast in the restaurant was also very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The only (very small) complaint I might have is that the "sitting area" of the room is a bit dark, and could maybe use one more lamp. Otherwise, it was all amazing!

What a surprise, it's right next to the motorway A27, but what a VIEW from the room itself...these are nice new cabins, which faces towards the country side and the view is spectaculair. We absolutely loved staying here...what a nice surprise.

Surprising location, perfectly new, sparkling clean and the restaurant was a very nice bonus. Seeing the horses in the misty morning was so beautiful!

There is very little light in the rooms, i would have liked the possibility of more bulbs.

I loved the interior design of the room. It was a very nice surprise . Also I enjoyed very much the restaurant and yhe food was very tasty

The location near the highway is not ideal but there a nice vue toward a canal and field
