Breakfast, dinner excellent, congratulations to chef's restaurant Manager went the extra mile to sort out an issue with hotel that manager should have dealt with but all good in the end, thank you XXX

Reception staff were not aware I was disabled, and did not understad that if I had asked for a disabled parking bay, to not then offer me a room on the third floor, this compounded by the lift broken on that day, eventuall secured a room on the ground floor, 5 to 5.30 AM contractors using the hotel going off to work, and sitting there with engine and lights on disturbing our sleep directly outside! Night manager ineffective in dealing with issue! Took the restauarant manager to resolve situation, to our satisfaction thank you

it is a very quiet hotel and you can sleep very well even during the day. I have been coming to this hotel for some time because I have a job in the area and I work at night and sleep peacefully during the day. the price is ok, cleanliness is. K

the only problem, if I can call it that, is that it seems strange to me to see at the reception office, walking in the computer that has confidential characters...all the hotel staff have access to the computer data. I have seen many times waiters and bartenders using the computer at the reception, which I think is not normal maybe a manager there can make a rule with this

The hotel is situated in a little village, the area is quiet and charming. We checked in late after work and nothing was a problem plus ample parking facilities for our vehicle. The hotel interior is slightly dated but comfortable. It’s worth walking into the village and getting coffee and pastries from the local artisan cafe.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. I did ask for a coffee at breakfast but it was from a machine and didn’t taste great. I was also woken early in the morning by noise of delivery van seem to take a long time and was quite noisy.

Very pleasant and warming hotel just outside of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Very clean and comfy room, beds were great and good circulation of air within the room. The whole facility was extraordinary.

Breakfast was being told to start at 08:00. We had to leave about 07:45 so they told us that we can’t have breakfast there, and of course we did not have to pay for that, but there was a whole buss of people eating breakfast as early as 07:00 when we were about to check out. I asked them if they could have made an exception for us, we had traveled a long way and was about to do the same the morning in question. The morning staff told us that - yeah, that exception could have been made, IF the night personal would have listed us. So, yeah that was the only downside of the whole experience, other than that, great visit.

Good Location not far from.Ammersfoort in small wasy to walk village, beautiful area. Employee gave us a tour of the historic place with the old history behind it. Good parking, nice room, very clean, comfortable. Really nice massage for great price. Elevator.

Good parking facility on the hotel property (free), quick and friendly check-in, spacious room, very quiet, warm during the cold autumn weather), clean bathroom with a shower over the bath. A lovely walk to the centre of the village for shopping and eating. A good breakfast.

An upgrade of the bathroom shower i.e. not over the bath, but a separate walk in shower.

Exceptional peace, quiet, comfort, good location, nice staff, 24h reception. Convenient parking around the hotel

Stained sheets, dirty curtains, dust and cobwebs on the lampshades in the room. Bathroom comfortable but a bit worn, the shower hose was leaking, one lamp was not lit, the silicone around the bathtub eated by fungi, the door and mirror frame are made of MDF, they fall apart when wet. Despite the assurances of the staff, the free WiFi was not working.

Very kind staff. Good location. Big and comfortable room. Girls at reception were very kind and polite. They also worked at the bar. Excellent service

The hotel is conveniently located, good access from the highway. Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants. The hotel also has a good restaurant and rooms are spacious.

Clean and silent hotel with free parking. Helpfull staff. Fair breakfast. Free wifi works well in all areas.

Additional charge for SPA. Rooms need to be renovated.
