The hotel is very nice, we had the impression that all equipment was brand new. Everything was very clean and the staff was always friendly and professional. The breakfast was great, there was never a problem with parking. There is possibility to buy small snacks at the hotel, and the bar and restaurant are open quite long, too.

The hotel is located outside the city, but regarding the character of the region it is not a problem. When you come to explore Saltzkammergut region by car, you may not mind that the hotel is located cca 20-30 minutes walk from nearest restaurant.

i know the hotel; i often go there

as i came on 21/4, there was nobody in the hotel. I had to register myself with the "machine" to get the key. That is so. The big problem is that the key board of this machine does not allow to use many complex characters like ()_€ etc etc. It was impossible to enter my email "[email protected]" because the "_" character is not existing ... not acceptable

This Hotel is quite nice, great breakfast, a nice view and was easy to get to. The spa and sauna was included with our stay, but we did not get a chance to use it, as we were busy travelling around. The hotel has a great location (if you have a car- it’s upper Austria, forget public transport) and it’s close to one of the nicest lakes in Austria, also close to all the touristy spots

The room itself was cold, even with the heating turned all the way up, not sure if it worked properly

The breakfast was great. Not a huge selection but everything was tasty and fresh. The coffee automat could serve hot chocolate as well (currently only coffee)

The sauna was nice and operated properly but no cold water dip, ice or bucket and the sauna area is generally very cramped. Still better than without any wellness but more extensive facilities are expected nowadays at these prices.

Rooms are cosy, modern, nice and clean. Hotel located by the A1 autobahn, so keep in mind it might get a bit noisy if you keep windows open. If closed, you hear nothing. Excelent breakfast, wide menu, even vegan and vegetarian options. Sauna is a plus too, though if there was some cool down area, it would be a huge improvement (now there is just a shower and a bench outside the sauna).

Hairdryer in the bathroom was pretty much useless, no warm air and it had almost no power.

The breakfast was very good. I would like to point out how good the breakfast room and terrace were. Clean, light and enjoyable. The staff was very nice and attentive. Parking was also good and easy.

A minor problem was, the doors do not close completely automatically. You must close the door actively, otherwise, someone strange will pop into the room at 5 a.m., as it happened to me the first night. But I learnt the lesson. Another irritating thing is, why it is Das Zeit and not Die Zeit? Das Hotel? Whatever...

New property with good amenities at a decent price. Great breakfast and hospitable staff, had a great stay!

The checkin process (outside of normal hours)! Had a nightmare trying to checkin on the machine when I arrived around midnight. After 15-20 mins of trying and the machine not accepting any of my 4 cards for payment, I eventually resorted to calling their emergency number to get my room key.

Room was excellent and better then we expected. It is a new hotel. Each room had electric kettle for tea, safety deposit box and other usual stuff. The TV had this option to connect to you smartphone (iphone or android) so that you can watch netflix or disneyplus or anything from your phone on to the TV. You can rent e-bikes also from the hotel. Breakfast, although expensive, had good buffet variety.

While showering, some water gets sprayed outside the shower area. The hotel may want to consider installing shower curtains. The location is next to a highway which is great for travelers, but during the night if you open the window to cool down the room then there is some traffic noise continuously. Some items in the breakfast would run out (croissants, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fresh fruit) and would take quite a bit of time to get replenished.

- Our room was very big, clean and modern - We liked the location: near the highway. It is ideal when you are by car and plan to stay for a short time. - Friendly staff.

- There is no staff in the hotel when you're a little earlier than the check-in time.

Near highway but chill and quiet (it was perfect as a transit stop). Super clean and comfortable bed Big shower. Free parking. Check-in is only until 22.00 (not 22.30 as written on booking but after that you have the option of self-checkin).

It was a little bit chilly in the room we tried to change the thermostate settings, it didn't worked.
