A very modern place in the heart of the town. Very well furnished and decoarted. Spacious room and bathroom. The hotel offers a car parking and a secured bicycle room and has a small SPA area on the last floor (actually, only a sauna).

A bit loud during the night and breakfast was only average.

The decor was nice. Staff was great with very nice breakfast in the morning.

The parking situation is great if you can find a spot. Staff didn’t mention that there’s an extra parking lot right next door (I paid 0.10 cents for the overnight parking) and you can walk through the back passage way to the hotel. We made so many drives around the hotel area to look for parking (about 35 mins) and finally found this parking lot area. Also, be aware that their showers/bathrooms do not have a door. If you are traveling with friends or family they will have to leave the room when one person showers.

Location was phenomenal, very close to the lakefront. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The rooftop sauna was exceptional as well, and there are even two mountain bikes at the hotel for more adventurous guests. The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of hearty food options to suit different tastes. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly, answering all of our questions about the room and surrounding area, and making us feel welcome. The customer service definitely stood out :)

Shower in the room this system was really stupid,first come cold water you have to wait till come hot water.To change from small to big shower head is complicated.When you want quick shower you need time to figure it out how it's working.Breakfast was expensive 24€/person and not a variety what we used to for 4*hotels in Austria,bad coffee,missing warm breakfast.I'ts only a snacks not a breakfast buffet.

This hotel is really stunning. It’s so modern and chic with beautiful fixtures and finishes. The room we were in was large with a good sized walk out terrace. The shower and tub in the room were great, it was liking being at a spa! The staff was always working to keep the facilities in pristine condition. The location was just perfect. Centrally located. Only a few minutes walk from anywhere you’d want to be. We would definitely recommend. Especially in the cooler months.

The only things that travelers should know is that the hotel does not have AC. Many people are used to this and don’t find it to be an issue. Also seems like most of the hotels in Gmunden do not have AC (like many European destinations). So if you are traveling during the warmer months, just be prepared, plan for plenty of cold dips in the beautiful lake to offset the heat. We were lucky to get some cooler weather in the evening and thunderstorms which helped to cool the room down. I’m sure this is not a year round issue. We just happened to come during a period when the temperature was in the high 80s. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel experience. I would definitely come back and recommend for others!

Room was very nice, clean and very quiet. I liked that we received the code in the sms so getting into the parking lot and room was very easy without the need to contact anyone. Bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Just small details: we really missed powdered milk for the coffee. We had breakfast included and we were missing "hot kitchen" some omellette or sausages would be nice.

There were very loud sounds probably from one of the other rooms. It sounded like furniture was being moved. Our dog is usually very calm bug he was barking at the sounds an it was honestly very uncomfortable.

The hotel is amazing! Everything is beautifully done. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a party of 14, people with 4 generations. The smallest member 4 months and Opa, whose 70 birthday we were celebrating. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant and also enjoyed a lovely breakfast there. They thought about everything and even called me to ask if I needed a cot for my three year old son. Dani was especially helpful and offered to make reservations at a restaurant with a lake view for our second night. I can only recommend the amazing hotel! Thanks for making our family celebration so special!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was over the top with wide range of food. SInce it was raining steady, ee elected to have dinner here. The dinner was top notch! The room was ultra modern as far as bathroom and LED lighting, which once you learn the switch operation......it was a plus.

the quality of the furniture and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. the pink sofa bed was excellent!

the way how the invoice was issued was awful. I requested a certain way of issuing the invoice and it took ages and was incorrect, even though I requested it up front in a certain way in writing. should be improved, because the hotel deserves almost top score
