The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, also there is a shaded park near by which is perfect especially if you travel with your furry friend. I was pleasantly surprised about the approach of the hotel regarding pets, they have a special sign for the door to let the housekeeping know that the pet is in the room so none of them gets scared. Breakfast is great, with plenty of options and some variety depending on the day. On the ground floor you can find a Lidl so you have access to some grocery in case you needed. Around the hotel you have some good restaurant options and it's a short drive to the beach as well. All in all a good place if you are more into going to the beach. If you want to visit Gdansk it's a bit far away from the city center, but public transport is across the street.

Hampton can boast a great location. We used city trains every day, and were beyond happy that train station Oliwa is so close to our hotel. Busses and trams are literarily across the road. Personal was helpful and nice, breakfast - favourite part of the day, always fresh and tasty, with wide variety of dishes. And the Oliwski Park nearby is definitely worth a visit.

The only complaint is about the shower in room 115. The water did not want to flush away down the drain quickly, so the bathroom floor was overflooded with water if to spend more than 5 minutes in the shower.

The hotel is clean and elegant, yet cozy and welcoming. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with varied options, also vegan ones. High quality ecological cosmetics in the bathroom need a special mention. Great location just between tram joint and a train station (but very quiet too!)

The room could be a bit bigger, and the pull out sofa for the extra person wasn't super comfy.

The best was the shower and the water pressure. It was exceptional. They could make the glass "curtain" a bit longer so it's not wet all over the bathroom after a shower. Wished they had offered a smart TV to log in to your own account on Netflix/YouTube (and to be logged off at checkout). It's located a walking distance to the train station Gdansk Oliwa.

Dinners at the hotel were terrible. It's likely that they don't pay attention to it since there are many good restaurants out there that are too close to compete with.

Everything was great , the location was perfect , near the zoo , near Gdansk parkrun, just one train ride into town . The bus you get to and from the airport stops right outside the hotel , bus number 122 . There’s a Lidl just next to the hotel too . Lovely breakfast.

Could do with a modern tv - smart tv for on a winter’s evening after a day of sightseeing

Seems like everything was great, just as what you'd expect from Hilton brand. Extra credit to hotel staff, who were just lovely.

Well, there was some type of running competitio in Gdansk and that went around the hotel, so it took half an hour to get out with our car. I'm sure hotel staff should have told us that, we'd park our car somewhere else for the night.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious, temperature easily controlled, room I got was on the more silent side, beds are wide and comfortable, there is everything you might need for shorter or longer stay. Hotel is very close to the train station, which is added bonus. Staff speaks perfect English, everyone is super nice and helpful. Garage is also spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has nice selection of food for everyone's taste. Couldn't ask for more, thanks.

It was clean, comfortable and in a very good location close to where I was working and in front of a park. The breakfasts were also excellent

It’s an anonymous building above a supermarket, so not much “character”, but that didn’t actually matter to me at all for this trip

Exceptional breakfast! One of the best onees I hav ever had at the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. Bottled water and a little chocolate waiting in the room. Nice big lobby with a bar and patient staff.

Noise from the street when the window is open - I could hear cars, trams and an automatic voice warning pedestrians about the tram approaching from like 4 am.

We are returning guests so we are quite happy with standard and service. Nice bonus is "breakfast experience" with fresh and hot waffles which you can made by yourself.

Breakfast could be starting 6:30 or 6:45 (it starts 7:00 which was a bit inconvenient for us) but that's rather our specific case.
