Our room was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is really lovely and feels really luxurious. It is also located across the road from Old Town, so it’s nice and close to many restaurants and shops.

The aircon in the room is controlled by the main reception which means if you want to switch it off, you need to call main reception and ask them to switch it off. Main reception are EXTREMELY accommodating and always helped, but we would have preferred to have had control of the aircon ourselves.

The room itself, roomy, clean, and up to date. The bathroom lay out was outstanding. Providing ample space between toilet and shower. The Breakfast dining area was very well thought in design. In addition to providing a well balanced buffet. There was of course a additional breakfast menu options to choose from free of charge of what you are already paying. The location of the Hotel in the city was again very ideal if you are visiting for pleasure. One side of the hotel looks to the Old City and the other entrance gives you views towards the new city. The staff were always helpful, professional, and patient. The Restaurant KUK was superb with great attention to detail and of high standards with the cuisine. The bar was also very well run. The overall balance of clientele was good, when staying at high end places there can sometimes feel like you don't belong. This was not the case at all. People from all walks of life. Of course a bit of common sense when coming down for breakfast, dinner, or usage of other public facilities on the hotel grounds in regards to dress code should be a no brainer, not in your hotel slippers, soccer jersey, and a pair of shorts. Its a fine hotel and its ok to be a peacock once in a while, not a plucked chicken.

The one and only issue I had was upon driving for 10 hours to get at the hotel and checking in the hotel staff did not offer to take my luggage, I would have declined anyhow but the gesture would have been appreciated. But but if this is the only issue I can find that should tell you something.

The hotel is centrally located. Beautiful building, great decor. There is a great balance between the classical and the modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.

We arrived by car and we were outside waiting for a while to come in with nobody coming to give us an indication where to park until we had to call the hotel to let them know that we were waiting. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us the room in front of the elevators and lobby and windows facing the busy entrance of the hotel. Once we asked for a different room they solved the problem right away. Mattress very soft. Gave my husband a back injury. Some of the staff from the restaurant were very polite. Some of them looked unexperienced. Overall a good experience but the price quality ratio didn't seem in balance.

Beautiful hotel, impressive architecture, the room was very big, clean with premium furniture and modern look. The breakfast was amazing also the terrace is beautiful.

The shower was leaking in the bathroom, the door was not closing very well. We had a room at the ground floor and we can hear everything and everyone that was passing by. Also the bar was close to the room and we can hear all the people that were there. The staff did not asked us once if we need anything or if we are enjoying our stay.

The design of hotel is fabulous. The staff from reception is great. The bed is very comfortable. it is very quiet. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is wonderful. old town just locates outside. Devices in the gym are quite new and well-maintained and it is not smell at all.

There is not a bathtub and water keeps leaking out of door while taking a shower. the floor became very wet. Swimming pool was under construction. it is a big shame. Due to language barrier ( some of staffs' english is not so good), misunderstanding happened couple of times. overall, it is a very nice hotel to stay. Probably because of it is 5 star and it is not cheap; so my expectation is quite high. Therefore, I am bit disappointed by those minor details.

The people, the service, a comfort level breakfast everything was excellent. Christopher and Victoria at the front desk were the most helpful and kind and considerate people. Very good at their jobs. I hope that they will stay there until I visit next time I hadn’t planned on visiting again, but because of my experience at the Verte I definitely will return

Large room with beautiful bed linen and an excellent shutter that can be opened or closed with a click of a button. I arrived late to the accommodation, due to a flight delay, and they had already closed the shutter for me. As I was late, I ordered room service which arrived promptly. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge and had plenty of counter top to place items on. I had breakfast one of the mornings which was delicious. The building itself is beautiful with easy access to Old Town. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel and location were perfect couldn’t fault it.

I felt that the reception staff when we arrived were standoffish and quite unhelpful. We weren’t shown to our room and we were left to try and figure out electric window blinds ourselves which resulted in calling reception which was also a faff. On our first morning I said good morning as I left but no one responded!

What a gem find this is. It’s a new hotel on the map of Warsaw but yet so different than other 5 star hotels in the city. Set in the old town it’s really convenient if you want to do some sightseeing. Rooms are spacious and decor is superb. Very clean, attention to every detail in the room. I absolutely love it! Staff is friendly and professional and the whole building is an architectural masterpiece. I feel the best hotel in Warsaw has a very strong competitor now. Rooms are equally good and for the fraction of the price. My new favourite place to stay (and I stayed in ALL 5* hotels in Warsaw over the years).

Beautiful property, lovely Christmas decorations.Immaculately clean and wonderful fragrant lobby,halls and bar. Best breakfast we’ve had it’s truly wonderful. Fabulous location right next to the old town. Room was much nicer and bigger than photos. Super comfy bed.

The staff at breakfast were a little slow and forgetful. Check in wasn’t great. Bathroom was huge but no bath. Swimming pool was being renovated.
