Our experience at Mamaison Le Regina Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was especially impressive – delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. The interior design of the hotel is stunning, full of charm and elegance. I truly felt like I was in a fairytale! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special and memorable stay in Warsaw.

Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience that pleasantly surprised us. The staff were incredibly kind and positive, always ready to help, even though they weren't wearing big smiles. This unique approach added a sincere touch to their service, making our interactions feel more genuine and appreciated. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The interiors of the hotel are cozy and welcoming, creating a comfortable ambiance that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the quaint spa area. The sauna and pool, which were available to us even after typical hours, provided a private and relaxing experience that we greatly valued. It felt as though we had a little exclusive escape all to ourselves. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a good variety of choices that catered to our tastes perfectly. It was a delightful way to start each day, filled with flavors that were both comforting and invigorating. While the hotel may not boast grandeur, its charm, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities make it a very good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were genuinely impressed by how well everything came together, ensuring our visit was memorable for all the right reasons. We're already thinking about when we can return!

All-around amazing. Great location, easy walk to the old city, and the river and great restaurants. The facilities are excellent a real taste of luxury. The first time, I've had a giant mirror in a room that was also the TV!

Location was excellent, just a short stroll to the New and Old Town. We also liked the room (112) and bathroom. The shower was excellent! The quality of breakfast was very good overall.

The staff were a little too unsmiling and clipped. The exceptions were housekeeping and the reception lady on our last morning who had more warmth.

Building is historic but modern. Location is great - close to many main sights. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast with sophisticated menu. My foody husband was impressed. I loved the swimming pool and spa - great place to unwind after a long day.

The lighting in our room could have been brighter - but we noticed lighting in most Polish hotel rooms is dimmer than we are used to.

It was clean, we arrived at night and it was well lit; my Polish is horrible but their English was great! The room was huge, my children wanted me to order the beds they had for their rooms At home- they were that comfortable. Can’t beat the location in old town.

I always find hotel breakfasts overpriced for what you get- the sitting area was beautiful though and they do have champagne!

Great location near Old Town. Perfect for walking. The hotel and room were stylish and very restful and serene. Staff was very polite and attentive.

The hotel is perfect, very comfortable bed and awesome breakfast! Amazing location in the city center but also a very calm street so you can rest. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cool and quiet. Only two stories, everything for your needs. Complimentary water replenished when needed. Fresh milk to put in your room fridge for tea ,clean beds and pillows.

Two nights some one in the room above shouting and banging until 2am. Second night same until 4am. Thumping across the room sounded as if they were throwing things. They checked out so did I did not complain.

Great hotel- clean and comfortable. Wonderful bathroom, robes and slippers. Fantastic breakfast! Mostly, extremely kind and helpful staff!! Can’t say enough good things about our stay!
