1- location - central location . Walking distance to city attractions. Very close to main train station & bus stop of Zakopane. Lots of restaurants and shops and cafes nearby. 2- Room - very spacious with smart setup & furniture & balconies. 3- Breakfast- rich with lots of food and choices with wide indoor dining hall and pleasant outdoor tables. 4- Staff- most of them friendly yet professional employees. Special thanks to Mr (Pawel & Mathus ) whom are welling to go the extra mile to make the hotel guest more comfortable and happier. 5- parking lot- very wide and spacious indoor/ outdoor parking spaces against acceptable minimum charges

Bathrooms are with semi- transparent glass doors which may not be comfortable with some guests. Few staff members are very conservative in taking & smiling with international guests

We are deeply grateful to the hotel for their incredible hospitality. We traveled with our small dog, and were warmly welcomed with a special package just for him: water, treats, a toy, a bed, and even recommendations for dog-friendly hikes. Unfortunately, a serious incident occurred: our little dog swallowed a sock, which can be very dangerous for small breeds. The hotel reception helped us as if it were their own dog, they arranged a taxi, found an open vet on a holiday Saturday, and supported us every step of the way. Thanks to their help, our dog received care in time and is now doing well. The hotel itself is fantastic clean, with a 10/10 breakfast and a wellness area that’s also 10/10. It was my fifth stay in Zakopane, but the first time in this hotel. Of all the hotels, Nosalowy Park was probably the best. It was in a pleasant and quiet area, just a short walk from the city center. The room was big enough for 2 nights, it had a terrace and large french windows, I liked the bathroom which also had a large window overlooking the park. We stayed in the hotel with our dog, the staff prepared a toy, a treat, a water bowl and a leaflet with tips for walking the dog, which was really nice. There was some nice little gift for us as well, handmade chocolates. Parking is for a fee, but I think it's a normal thing in Zakopane. At least we had a view of the car from our terrace and the parking lot offered enough parking spaces. The wellness part was very nice in terms of design. The outdoor hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, the selection was huge, gluten-free bread was also available, I was surprised by the huge selection of cakes, they were very tasty as well. The staff was always kind and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back again 😊

As a minus, I have to mention that the heater in our bathroom did not work, even though it was set to the highest temperature. So when we went to the wellness twice in one day, I had to wear a wet swimsuit and a bathrobe and I was cold. We were a bit bothered by the colder water in the pool and I think the light was too bright for this area, I would have chosen some more intimate lighting. The wellness area was accessed by elevator through the reception and past the bar, so it was a bit strange walking by in bathrobes, but nothing can be done about that.

We are staying the second time in the property and we like it, the hotel is nice, pretty new, good breakfast and spa. Also we love that the hotel is pets friendly. Big parking very close to entrance, beautiful territory and nice bar.

The last year there were cups for a to go coffee on the breakfast, this year they removed it so it’s sad. Also no toy and treat for the pet as last year so they cut the budget significantly looks like. Also we asked to check in a bit earlier, they said they will call us when the room is ready, we were sitting in the lobby, no one called and when we went to ask - they said we were out of service Also we paid for the parking on check it but had issues with entrance a few times

breakfast buffet, spa/gym facilities, swimming pool, beds & bathrooms; all in all a very luxurious and relaxing experience

Not the hotel's fault, but note that if you drive an electric car, you will be charged a huge fee for every hour you leave it attached to the charger when the battery is full. We had to pay a 50 euro fee on top of our regular charging fee because we left our car on the charger overnight (we should have gotten up in the middle of the night to move our car to avoid the fee...). This is not custom in NL, Germany, France, Austria etc. Just something to be aware of in Poland in general.

everything! beautiful big roomy room, great location less than 10 minutes from the center, great pool and 3 jacuzzis (one very private and unique located outside of the pool area and is the best in a cold night, great breakfast, perfect customer service

threats that if you smokes in the balcony you will be charged a fee of 800 zloty...if someone take a shower the bathroom light lit the whole room which is uncomfortable in the morning if your partner is still asleep, also light in the bathroom is not good enough for applying makeup, and the light in the mirror didn't work... ..

Saunas have “no swimming suites” rule, which is not followed and not enforced. Either remove it or control. To facilitate it, tinted sauna windows might work - there is too much light. Paid parking for guests seems excessive - I would be pleased if it is included, even with increased price.

Property is well taken care of, very good style overall. Clean room with generous size, nice facilities. Coffee and tea in the room. Room service is fast and polite. The staff speaks English fluently. Breakfast was great. Loved the underground parking garage, so convenient. Great value for money, recommended.

The main pool was cold for wellness use. I think the water temperature should not go below 30C in such a facility. Towels could have been bigger.

Stay at hotel Nosalowy park was really very nice. Even the area of hotel looks classy. Room was very nice and clean, bed was comfy and bathroom also very clean and roomy. The breakfast exceeds our expectation, also the service of hotel staff. Hotel is near by city center (aprox. 5 min walk). Also the wellness was classy and clean.

As a hotel guest you have to pay for parking inside of hotel area, but it is not downside in fact and it's not expensive.
