I cannot speak highly enough about our stay at the Regency Salgados. We went in early January and found our stay to be the most relaxing holiday in ages. The staff (especially Luciana) could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The Hotel was modern, clean and close to the beach and local restaurants, the spa and outdoor pool facilitates were excellent also. The breakfast was amazing and the Hotels Ivy restaurant was exceptional.

The hotel is in the outskirts of Albufeira town centre but this was what we were after, the Old town is easily reachable by a 10min bus or Uber which were frequently available and affordable.

Hotel was in a quiet lovcation so it was nice to go back there after the crowds in Albufeira. Staff were brilliant...extremely helpful...all of them!! Breakfast was great...really good selection to choose from.

The rooms were really nice, very large, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. There were great facilities with a nice pool, pool bar, restaurant, shop, gym and spa. The breakfast was really good.

If I stayed again, I would definitely rent a car. Also, the restaurant buffet dinner could have had more vegetarian options.

I really liked the location of the hotel, as it was close to the sea. The area was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff maintained cleanliness very well, and the personnel were pleasant and helpful. The pool and the overall property were wonderful. Additionally, I appreciated the free towels provided whenever needed. The WiFi is free and great speed which is somewhat rare so it is very appreciated.

The breakfast options could be more varied. Additionally, the gym needs improvement, as the equipment is quite basic and inexpensive. Some essential items are missing, and even with the small space available, a better gym could be arranged.

hotel was accommodating from the start organsing a pick up from the airport to the hotel. check in was smooth. room was very clean and spacious. bed was good and pillows were fine. throughout the stay, staff were always friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was a good start to each day. pool and pool area was always clean and a very nice spot to chill for the day or a few hours. pool bar was nice and food was quite tasty there. staff also quite friendly and helpful. didn't eat at the restaurant or have time to go to the spa as was on a wedding trip. beach is 10mins walk from the hotel and is about 2 miles long. golf club 10mins walk in the other direction. nice course also (salgados course). approx 10mins to albufeira old town by taxi. very quiet resort in the evening as it's in its own spot. really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend.

This boutique hotel exceeded expectations. Not the least expensive but fairly priced given the level of attention the front desk, food/drink servers and staff provided. Facility is relatively new but its location was perfect for us. Cheap Uber rides to old town and other parts of the algarve with the beach just around the corner. We were able to disconnect and relax during the day and then pick different areas in the evening. Italian restaurant around the corner was quite good.

Dinner selection ok but predictable.

Went above our expectations - First 10min after check-in we extended our stay for another night. Very good service, staffs, for someone who is maniac about cleanliness, I was very comfortable in the room and outside as the personnels made sure everything is always clean. Amazing pool and garden where one can chill and have some quiete peaceful time. Gym, Spa, Sauna and pool, you can spend the whole holidays inside the hôtel 😁. There is a beach like 5min walking from the hôtel very quiete and 20min from City Center of Albufeira with bolt, around less than 10 euro. Will definitively book again next time we are in Albufeira.

When it was time to go back home😭

Never before have I stayed in such a perfect hotel! Amongst the many amazing things were: 1)Attention to detail- they thought of every little thing that a guest might need and absolutely enhanced a first class experience of it! 2) Such friendly staff 3) Some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had 4) They give you beach towels! 5) Wonderful place in every possible way, shape and form, emotionally and physically! My friends and I were so very happy with this hotel- it was a major contributor to our happiness during our stay in the Algarve
