Everything was perfect! The best aspect of this hotel is the quanlity of the hotel staff. They were very welcoming and took care of every need starting with early check-in. They were super kind, polite, and knew their jobs. The hotel location is perfect. Many must-see tourist attractions are at walking distance. Taxi cab guys are easily available (both normal cabs and the ones on Grab). MBS is just across the helix bridge. Airport was a 15 min drive. Breakfast at the hotel is very good with a variety of items from different cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Singaporean, Western etc.). Food is good for vegetarians. In-room dining also has decent options for vegetarians. They'll also fix something not on the menu to suit your dietary requirements. The art inside the hotel is also a must-see. We had a good time going around checking various paintings and sculptures. Ritz-Kids is a great idea. My daughter loved it. This hotel is the kind that makes your holiday. I will highly recommend staying at this property.

Would be nice if we had gotten a room at a higher floor as we could see the construction of the floating platform..or at least lower floor rooms be at a discount since we booked facing Marina Bay for the view actually.

We came all the way to Singapore to celebrate National Day, but the night was way more crowded than we expected especially around Marina Bay Sands. We ended up stuck in the crowd, and my partner had a panic attack. He wasn’t feeling well afterwards, and by Sunday, August 10, he was completely down. At first, we were given late check-out until 2 PM, but after I explained our situation, the reception kindly extended it to 3 PM. That extra hour really helped, and after resting more, my partner felt so much better. I’m really grateful for that. The food was delicious, we loved our in-room breakfast. Dinner was nice too, although the nachos weren’t quite to our taste. The view from our room, even without the Marina view, was still gorgeous. Overall, I truly enjoyed my first stay here. No need to describe the facilities — it’s the Ritz-Carlton, so everything was just as excellent as expected. What more could you ask for? I came to Singapore just for J-hope’s concert from BTS, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The stadium was very close — we could even see it from our room. One morning, while our in-room breakfast was being served, we had a lovely chat with the staff member about BTS and concerts in Singapore. It was such a small but memorable moment. And what truly touched me — the hotel left a handwritten note in our room saying “Enjoy the concert!” It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It was truly a special stay that I’ll never forget 💜

Everything is amazing

Clean facilities, breakfast was great. Mr Pang Jie Le was excellent at our checkout experience. Friendly and prompt, v professional. We enjoyed a full view of the NE show fireworks which was great. Room service personnel were friendly and prompt.

Ms Atiqah at check in seemed distracted and it took a long time. We were not offered chairs to sit even though we were tired after coming from work. Requested newspaper which she keyed in apparently but papers did not materialise until we called concierge. We had a dirty and very dusty toilet roll delivered to us when we called for more toilet paper too. It was unusable.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore was to perfection, from the moment we arrived and checked in till the moment we left, the staff welcomed us warmly and offered and exceptional warm welcome, especially Ms. Miho who assisted us in checking in and asked about us during our stay and the staff at the door who were always smiling and greeting us with joy. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and we really loved the details in the lobby; in the room; the facilities and the bathroom, all practical and as to our needs. I must mention the breakfast buffet which was lovely, almost all cuisines and options are available and nothing tasted less than perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

The bath tub view was exceptional (even with the noise from the construction). The sofa bed was comfortable and sofa. Perfect after a day of exploring. Complimentary dessert on our first night was very thoughtful and the dessert was very delicious! The staff was friendly (especially at breakfast). Breakfast food option was perfect and plentiful. The selection was just right. So yummy! The bathroom amenities was just right. Love the rain shower. The room was spacious. Our overall stay was truly exceptional!! We love the turn down service with the choc treats.

The room was very large and comfortable, with a separate seating area and a desk for using a laptop. The bathroom was also large. Housekeeping was done well and the room was always clean and tidy. Unfortunately the weather was poor during our stay so we didn't get to experience any of the outdoor facilities such as the pool. The hotel is in a great location only a 5-10 minute walk to the Marina Bay Sands shops, we also walked to the Gardens by The Bay as well.

There were some renovations taking place during our stay which resulted in some consistent noise above us, while we were informed at check-in, it would have been good to be made aware of this prior to arrival. Naturally this will only be temporary. There was also quite a bit of noise from the hallway outside the room, compared to most hotels I have stayed previously you normally cannot hear any noise (people walking, talking, etc) from the hallway while you are in the room. Unfortunately on a Thursday night the hotel could not accomodate our party of 2 for dinner (we had not made a reservation), which was surprising given it was off-season and a weeknight, so we walked to the Marina Bay Sands and had dinner at a restaurant there.
