Our initial check in was underwhelming for the price. It felt rushed due to the volume of traffic and there was no WOW factor. It did not feel personal, rather rushed, it lacked a certain welcoming feeling, just another check in guest. Having said that, the check-in staff where amazing as far as the information they gave us and knowledge. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely décor, but nothing extraordinary compared to the other hotel we stayed at which was half the price (with the exception of the automatic toilet which was amazing). However, the views were amazing (to the gardens) from the balcony, the room size was average, but the bathroom and bath were great. The location was great in terms of the views to the gardens and city. Also, having to wait for at least 30 minutes in a queue for breakfast did not scream 5 star hotel, it was not until we went to the infinity pool that we finally got our WOW moment. The over priced accommodation was definitely for the infinity pool. Not somewhere I would stay for my entire trip in Singapore, as there are a huge range of hotel for a better price and overall experience, but something you definitely have to experience once, or at least one night before heading home.

The location is great with shopping, restaurants, food court and casino within the hotel complex. The infinite pool is nice with panoramic views of the cityscape, Garden by the Bay and Singapore Strait. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and well designed. Our room has a nice view of the Garden by the Bay. The breakfast is good with a great selection of everything (Asian, Western, etc.). We enjoyed a leisure walk along the waterfront promenade.

We waited until 4:15 pm to get checked in which is quite unacceptable. If we need to check out on time, then we should get check in on time. If they are unable do so, then they should offer some kind of compensation such as drink or food voucher.

The concierge experience was one of the best in the world that we’ve ever had. From personalized attention to seamless handling of our luggage before and after our stay, every detail was thoughtfully managed. They even surprised us with a special cake for a birthday celebration, making our experience truly unforgettable.

The lack of a convenience grocery store such as Marks & Spencer in the vacinity made for a few long train journeys to find basics not supplied by the hotel. As the hotel owns the shopping centre attached to it a consideration for this type of retail would be appreciated.

It’s was stunning. Staff were the most genuine and friendly that we have come across. Rooms amazing, views stunning, pool incredible with shower facilities post check out.

Breakfast was not included found it quite expensive, however it was very busy but well organised.

That breakfast wasn’t included in the nightly room cost.

I had to change rooms from 1276 in tower 1 to 2179 tower 2becausepf outside construction noise which made me feel annoyed as I wanted to impress with the cost of the room and friends thought it was bad first impressions last…

Low floor offered when obviously better rooms available …not a problem to move but shouldn’t be putting people there in tower 1 of it can be avoided …

Everything was amazing , everything! Thank you to the whole team at Marina Bay Sands for the upgrade on our stay it really made it an unforgettable experience and made it even more special celebration to my partners birthday.

Everything was perfect, wish I could had slowed down time to be able to stay longer and enjoy all the resort has to offer.

Spacious room , with good bathroom facilities. Great view from balcony. Rooftop pool incredible! Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved reception area with the shops.

Unfortunately there was construction beneath our room so it was very noisy. We could move but the room would have been much smaller with no bath (which was needed with a baby). Room had basic decor, which didn’t feel expensive. we had our young baby and therefore weren’t allowed in the rooftop restaurant as only over 9 years. Bar/lounge was always fully booked , didn’t offer any tables for a spontaneous drink which was disappointing given we were staying as guests.

The room was a suite overlooking the city and it was recently redone and fabulous. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was over the top luxurious with a Toto toilet that responded to motion as you entered the room and had a number of bidet type options. The two sinks were separated so we could each keep our toiletries on our own area. The amenities in the room were a Nespresso coffee maker, choice of teas, a teapot, milk and endless bottled water. As you entered the suite the drapes and tv were activated as were the lights. The service staff was amazing in their friendliness and attentiveness to every request and at times anticipating your needs. The rooftop pool is a must with towels, water and sun tan lotion provided. There are a number of fabulous restaurants on the pool level, some with outside seating and terrific views. This hotel is a destination in itself. Elevator and escalator access to the below ground shopping is in the lobby as is the walkway to Gardens by the Bay.

We loved everything and have no comments to make for any improvement. The key point here is the staff - they are wonderful and extremely service oriented.

Things didn’t get off to a good start. We were early for pre checkin but after 2 and a half hours and after the advertised time our room still was not ready. Then some magic happened. We were given a suite overlooking the straits on floor 53 in tower 3. I’m assuming this must be one of the newly refurbed ones as I can’t see it on their website. Wow! The place was huge, not one balcony but three, more gadgets and facilities than you could shake a stick at. It was the ultimate in luxury. Way too much to take in, in a mere 20 hours. The biggest problem I have now is that if ever I return, I will be utterly disappointed with anything less.
