Our initial check in was underwhelming for the price. It felt rushed due to the volume of traffic and there was no WOW factor. It did not feel personal, rather rushed, it lacked a certain welcoming feeling, just another check in guest. Having said that, the check-in staff where amazing as far as the information they gave us and knowledge. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely décor, but nothing extraordinary compared to the other hotel we stayed at which was half the price (with the exception of the automatic toilet which was amazing). However, the views were amazing (to the gardens) from the balcony, the room size was average, but the bathroom and bath were great. The location was great in terms of the views to the gardens and city. Also, having to wait for at least 30 minutes in a queue for breakfast did not scream 5 star hotel, it was not until we went to the infinity pool that we finally got our WOW moment. The over priced accommodation was definitely for the infinity pool. Not somewhere I would stay for my entire trip in Singapore, as there are a huge range of hotel for a better price and overall experience, but something you definitely have to experience once, or at least one night before heading home.

The location is great with shopping, restaurants, food court and casino within the hotel complex. The infinite pool is nice with panoramic views of the cityscape, Garden by the Bay and Singapore Strait. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and well designed. Our room has a nice view of the Garden by the Bay. The breakfast is good with a great selection of everything (Asian, Western, etc.). We enjoyed a leisure walk along the waterfront promenade.

We waited until 4:15 pm to get checked in which is quite unacceptable. If we need to check out on time, then we should get check in on time. If they are unable do so, then they should offer some kind of compensation such as drink or food voucher.

The concierge experience was one of the best in the world that we’ve ever had. From personalized attention to seamless handling of our luggage before and after our stay, every detail was thoughtfully managed. They even surprised us with a special cake for a birthday celebration, making our experience truly unforgettable.

The lack of a convenience grocery store such as Marks & Spencer in the vacinity made for a few long train journeys to find basics not supplied by the hotel. As the hotel owns the shopping centre attached to it a consideration for this type of retail would be appreciated.

It’s was stunning. Staff were the most genuine and friendly that we have come across. Rooms amazing, views stunning, pool incredible with shower facilities post check out.

I had to change rooms from 1276 in tower 1 to 2179 tower 2becausepf outside construction noise which made me feel annoyed as I wanted to impress with the cost of the room and friends thought it was bad first impressions last…

Low floor offered when obviously better rooms available …not a problem to move but shouldn’t be putting people there in tower 1 of it can be avoided …

The infinity pool on the 57th floor was unreal.

Depending on which Tower you stayed, the elevator you use changes. I stayed at Tower 2 and was required to take 2 elevators on and off to get to infinity pool.

The room was fantastic. It had everything you might need, was extremely comfortable and had a beautiful view over Marina bay. The staff were also excellent. The staff servicing the rooms in particularly were exceptionally friendly, always going out of their way to ensure your comfort. A big thank you should go to them. The rooftop pool is a highlight and is worth the room rate alone in my opinion! Spectacular. Thank you for a great stay.

A wider range of food options at the pool, particularly Asian cuisine options, would be great. Otherwise no areas for improvement identified. Thanks.

Amazing hotel, incredible attention to detail in the rooms and the staff who clean and present the rooms do such a beautiful job. The bathroom was incredible from the huge bath and shower to the amazing Japanese toilet... And the nice complimentary toiletries including a pack of children's toiletries for our young child. The facilities in the rooms are top notch and the pool is beautiful. The staff are highly attentive and very helpful. Great views from the observation deck. Nice location in Marina Bay for all the activities there and easy access to the enormous shopping mall with a reasonably priced and very varied food court at one end.

Slightly surprised that showering before going into the pool was not required or recommended...I think the water in some other hotel pools in Malaysia and Singapore looked cleaner!

Everything except the internet. Spent 2 hours all-together waiting for an IT guy to show up, telling me as an IT pro what should I do to get online. I was there for business, and waiting hours to get connected for this price is insane. I had to purchase an e-sim so I could answer my emails.

It's like a tourist attraction. It's as crowded as an airport. The breakfast area is way too small for this many guests. The second morning, we had to sit outside, sweating in the heat and humidity. No thanks. On the last day, they just offered us a 1-hour extension for late check-out, after wasting many hours of my precious time waiting for an internet connection in the 21st century. (again. I was there for business ) Would I complain about this otherwise? No!!! But for the price I paid, the least I can expect is a secure internet connection. Upon check out, they offered us a handicapped toilet for changing our suits to travelling gear. For 700 euros per night, this is not expectable.
