Perfect location, comfortable bed, park view from the bedroom, good air conditioning, no visible mold despite high humidity outside, very precise instructions how to get to the property and access to the room. The check-in process was complicated, but the host was very responsive and helped us through the WhatsApp app to sort everything out. I don’t know what happens if you arrive late at night and the face recognition required to get the key code doesn’t work. If the host answers the phone, that’s great, but otherwise, I’m not sure what you would do.

The location and view were amazing! The accommodation is unique, though quite small. I would not recommend it for more than 2 adults (+kids). Some things could be improved, like cleanliness in general, bathroom would need renovation soon. But staff were very responsive about our concerns and tried to make our stay much better, thank you!

Would love it to be cleaner. Two beds are separated by the curtain only, fine if you are staying with kids.

Lorraine is just the best, so kind and helpful. No fuss and always willing to help and accommodate. It's right by the gardens, so you just walk around the corner and your smack in the middle of Gardens by the Bay. It is amazing. Was a bit nervous because we thought it would be secluded, but it really isn't, and transport was easy to book and catch from the Pod. If you love nature and walks, this is such a great place. It also has its own kind of garden. Everything was perfect.

Location was superb. We especially enjoyed waking up in the midst of Gardens by the Bay. We were able to do a late evening stroll and morning jog. Space was also ample for the entire family of four. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a patio and a small garden space.

Bathroom is a little small, but we understand its constrained by the size of the container. Blinds were also absent from one part of the container, which made the living space not so private.

It’s cozy and well hidden despite the location so central. And there is a nice Japanese influenced garden in front to make you feel you are in resort.

Your neighboring unit is actually right next to you and some how there is the last blind panel missing and one can see the next door living rather clearly, which is rather awkward. Please install one more blind at the lower level.

Fantastic location, especially for our 24hr layover...we just got a taxi there from the airport and then explored the beautiful Gardens by the Bay. Very private and well equipped. Great garden and city views, quite unique place to stay.

Bathroom was tiny, although fine for us. We would have liked some bedding for the sofa bed downstairs.

There isn't a better location available in Singapore. The Garden Pods are in the center of a major attraction. You are only a 15 minute or less walk from the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Marina Bay Sands, the Supertree Grove, and the OCBC Skyway.

Because the Garden Pods are self contained units they don't have a Concierge. Communication is through WhatsApp. Check in is relatively late at 3:00pm so the minimal Staff can have the Pod ready. Early Check-in is unlikely.

Electric grill was available upon request. We received complimentary parking. The bath towels were clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were adequate for our needs. Even salt and pepper was provided. Overall, I think the design and landscaping was thoughtfully executed.

The bathroom could be bigger but we understand the space constrain.

Location is great, private, quiet, surrounded by greenery. Staff members are very friendly and attentive.

The facilities are more like an Airbnb’s than a five star hotel’s as advertised (Murphy bed legs not working properly, light mold in the toilet).

Amazing place to wake up at the edge of the gardens. Short walk to all our needs and restaurants. The Hopscotch restaurant was exceptional. Perfect for a short stay. Our transport was late but the host was very accommodating and helpful assisting us in.

The second bed was very firm.
