The property is well maintained and well located. Many malls and restaurants nearby, and is very close to the beach too. The only downfall is that the hotel doesn’t “own” its private area on the beach, it’s only a public beach. The pools are amazing, with salt water, at perfect temperature and plenty of lounge areas surrounding them. The spa is magnificent and the staff is very friendly and always happy to accommodate. The breakfast buffet is good and offers large choices of everything.

At first, they gave me a room that wasn’t the one I paid for (downgrade) and I had to request the change. Of course they knew they “made a mistake” and changed it right away the next day. I find this technique to be wrong however 😑 The food isn’t the best, except for anything with fish & seafood. (maybe my Standards are high because I’m French? 😅) Lastly, charging 50€ for a late checkout (3h extra) is a bit much, especially since I’ve stayed a full week in a suite and already paid a lot for it.

Excellent hotel. Large and well appointed rooms. Very large rain shower. Several restaurants to choose from. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Food excellent and extremely varied. Several swimming pools all heated and very clean. Excellent, helpful, efficient and very polite stall. An excellent pampering break.

We had several maintenance issues (clogged shower + sink and dirty running water in the hot tub) that I wouldn't expect in a 5 star hotel. The staff took care of these issues for us quickly.

The room was excellent, large bed with a perfect matress, good showerhead and a Nespresso coffemaker in the room. The garden has a lot of space between benches, nice live music in garden. Breakfast is similar to other hotels nearby, could be faster in the omilette making for there was always a line. The gym is perfect, the aroma smell in the entire hotel was great. But I have NEVER had such a lovely staff, specially in the lobby, they where GREAT, loved them !!!

The largest pool has seen better days, broken in the bottom and needs a repaint, I was missing an outside sitting are with a bar like the Jardin hotel close by has. And there could be also white wine and red wine at the Gold level, I found the extra paying not quite worth for only beer, cava, water, coffe and soda, just something to think about.

Amazing hotel, it’s in a great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We had a deluxe double room, it was very spacious and clean. The staff in the hotel are amazing, they are very friendly and kind, always there to help. The service in every bar is great. The staff work so hard, and are there all day long and deserve to be complimented. The swimming pools are lovely and well kept, plenty loungers, umbrella’s and towels. One thing that we noticed that was brilliant for us was that there was no smoking in the bars or near the pool area, there was designated smoking areas so nobody was smoking while you sat eating or near you on the sun loungers. There is entertainment during the day for adults and children, but it is also nice and quiet. The entertainment team are lovely and friendly. There is good music during the evenings in each bar something different. The rooms are nice and quiet despite the music. The gym is very well equipped and clean. The spa area is amazing, the steam room, sauna, and the pool area are very clean and spacious and staff are lovely. We had 3 massages and they were lovely.

Design of bathroom, no proper door, or wall to have personal time. Just feel uncomfortable.

Very good hotel, it deserves its 5 stars Amazing staff, nice people at the reception, excursion place (especially Roberto🤗), at breakfast all people were nice (big hi to Mussa) very good and different animation program (we tried all sports event), best for family with children (they gave us not only baby bed but also baby 🛁 bath, it was the first from 4 hotels where I was with my 11 month son that did it), big and nice gym that works all day. Location is perfect, and despite performances every evening it’s not so loud as the nearest hotel GF Victoria. We had and amazing view from the window😻 I would definitely come back

The air conditioner didn’t work properly, sometimes at night it stopped and we woke up. Not comfortable pillows on the bed, I had a back pain that yoga classes took away every morning. We didn’t like animator that works with pool fitness

The room were very spacious and decor modern and well maintained. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The staff, particulalrly at reception, were very friendly and helpful. The facilities like the pool and spa were great.

Just a couple of minor things. The lift that enabled people with any disability to get down to the main pool, was out of action because of refurbishment works. This made it difficult for my elderly mother to get to the pool. I overheard another guest complaining it would prevent her elderly relative getting to the main pool. I'd advise to get the pool access via lift confirmed with the hotel before booking. When we arrived at the hotel I asked reception if the spa had a sauna and steam room and was told there was neither. We didn't go to the spa until the last day to use our free pass, and found it had both. We would have probably upgraded our stay to include access if we had known. Anyone on reception should know about the spa facilities, given its a 'spa & wellness' hotel.

The room we had was AMAZING! We had a view to the right as well as to the left of the hotel building, so we could overlook more or less all of Costa Adeje. Plus, the jacuzzi was awesome too ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even had one staff member cone and bring our luggage into our room for us and greeted us with a welcome drink :) The hotel has many facilities to use and explore as well as live music entertainment each evening at the bar. It's very close to many shopping and dining locations which is a big plus :)

The room could've used another bin in the bathroom and it would've been nice if the floors in the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly (I oftentimes had dirty feet when walking barefoot on the floor).

Staff were amazing. 11 out of 10.

Rooms are a bit dated. We took a suite (> 80 m2 in size), it was spacious and nice, however, bathroom was a bit depressing Also it was two separare beds rather than one. They offered a matress on top, however, ir was not very comfy ans we chose to send it back.

When I checked in, I was told that I could leave my car in the garage and that whenever I needed it, I could simply call the lobby and the car would be brought to the entrance within 10 minutes, regardless of the time. However, at 7:30 in the morning before the breakfast , when I needed to leave for the airport, I asked at the lobby if my car could be delivered to the entrance. I was told that no staff were available at that time and that I had to go to the garage myself. I don’t mind picking up the car on my own, but it was disappointing because at check-in I was promised this service would be available at any time. As a result, I had to rush to make it to my flight.
