Great breakfast; plenty of options available. Cleanliness; rooms and pool area well maintained and cleaned daily. Friendly staff; staff were always smiling, approachable, and there to help if needed. Location to resort and beach; across the road and down some steps and you're right there.

Initially not enough sunbeds and people putting towels out early but after mentioning it to the hotel there seemed to be more sunbeds. Also the hotel should address ground floor rooms having more than the allocated two sunbeds. Night time entertainment could be loud for rooms near the pool bar.

The whole set up of this hotel is just fabulous, and it's within walking distance of amazing beaches, bars, and restaurants. Staff are fantastic, and the place is spotless.

My only negative point is that the pool didn't stay open late enough. Closing the pool at 7 pm when there is at least another 2 hours of day light seems a little silly. Also, the reserving of sun loungers by the pool is crazy, so many loungers were reserved by people placing towels on them, but then those people never actually used the loungers they'd reserved. The hotel does have a policy of no reserving loungers, but it's not policed at all. Small criticisms I know.

Lovely modern clean apartments and pool area. Lots of choice for breakfast. Comfortable spacious bedrooms and eveything needed for self catering, big balconies overlooking the pool and plenty of sunbeds. Lots of entertainment around the pool for adults and children during the day. Short stroll to the beach and restaurants. Overall a lovely stay

Shows could have been a bit better for families as kids not too interested in the likes of Queen and Buble and other singing acts. Bedroom was facing the road and was quiet noisy at times

Great location in San Matías beach, 5 minute walk to the seafront and some excellent restaurants. It was great having a ground floor room as our kids could come in and out all day while we sat on the patio. You got your own loungers and table and chairs. Nice pool (unheated) and our kids (8 and 6) enjoyed playing darts, pool, ping pong, air hockey. Buffet breakfast and pool side bar were also good, and just generally and easy relaxing stay. Some toiletries, cleaning supplies, kettle, washing up liquid, toaster were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket next door and ten min walk to Aldi.

The front door was really hard to open, had to give it a big shove and our kids couldn’t get in on their own. Would have liked thicker cotton sheets, the ones on the bed were so thin and kept slipping off. People saving sun beds, this would get super annoying in summer. Buffet dinner. While the breakfast was ok (not the best I’ve ever had but lots I liked, plenty of choice, fresh fruit every day) the dinner wasn’t so good - whereas the food cooked at the snack bar fresh to order was fine, and you could order take aways or cook yourself. We were in a room near the outdoor bar/entertainment area which meant it wasn’t quiet till about 10, would be 12 in high season. So if you have a small baby or like to go to bed early get a room on the far side. Fine for us though!

Location and kids entertainment. Alex was very engaging and knowledgeable with good language skills. Reception staff and bar staff attentive. Cleaners pleasant and helpful. Parrot show and magician were excellent

Two of our live entertainment for adults were below standard. The Ska tribute was only just passable as an act. More of a Karoke and the Mr Majorca- similar. We had better acts last year. Magician was good and also the parrots were amazing.

Overall Experience: I was very pleased with almost everything at the hotel. Here’s a detailed look at what I liked: Location: The location is excellent. It’s not too close to the sea, avoiding noise and crowds, yet close enough to walk. A small street with a staircase in front of the hotel provides direct access to the seaside and the bus stand. Essentials like ALDI, TEDI, SPAR, and attractions like the Kathmandu theme park are just a short walk away. There’s also a supermarket right next to the hotel for any needs. Pool: The pool area is great, especially for kids and young adults. Enough area for Sun bathing. It includes small water slides and pool toys – perfect for spending quality time. Room: The room was spacious and clean with all the basic kitchenette amenities. Elevator was there for 2nd floor. The highlight was the very large balcony. Bathroom: The bathroom was clean with basic toiletries like shampoo, body wash, towels etc Dining: The breakfast offered a decent variety, although there were limited options for non-meat eaters. The coffee was excellent. Note that seating can be tight during peak times. The dinner buffet is the only option and similar in space. The staff was exceptionally polite and caring. A special THANKS to the chef who went out of his way to prepare a vegetarian pasta for my family, which wasn’t on the menu. Activities: Major attraction was the activities/events/entertainment for Kids at the pool and in the evening. It was real fun. Hotel Staff really made these events/activities fun for whole family. Thanks: A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Bed: The bed setup was less than ideal; it consisted of two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed!! The mattresses were worn out, resembling a concave shape, which was uncomfortable. A significant concern was the 'gap' that tended to form between the two beds, posing a risk if a child were to sleep there. Fortunately, we used an additional bed in the living room to avoid anyone sleeping at the junction of the two beds. Dishwasher: No dishwasher....!!! I booked the room with Kitchen so that I can cook (as eating outside can be very expensive and can be unhealthy) and paid premium for it also. Moreover, I didn't travel to Mallorca to wash dishes by hand either.

As a couple travelling without our child (she's on a week long school trip, so we've made good our escape 😉) for a short 5 night break, we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. All demographics were easily accommodated for, young, old, couples, mobility issues and families. Not sure I saw any lone travellers but I'd happily visit on my own, no problem. I, as a big kid, loved the parrot show and there were activities every day for young and old alike. Freddie Mercury can really belt'm out and if you're into the hokey cokey, you're in luck!. The food, we had breakfast inc, was plentiful and I now need a bigger belt!😆 We've already planned our main long family holiday next year, we'll be at the Cassaboners for sure. Tiny minor gripe and its nothing to do with the hotel or staff, people should shower before entering the pool. It's a courtesy that needs education I guess. Maybe some signs?

Rooms were well equipped clean and comfortable. We were on bed and breakfast board and breakfast was excellent and a great choice.

Noisy guests getting back at about 4am and waking us up. It was very busy around the pool and guests were putting towels on sun beds to reserve early in the morning.

We got a 1st floor apartment, which is very nice to access pool area straight from your window. Pool is quite deep as well so its safe to jump in, temperature of the pool is perfect. Cleaning staff visited every day with a smile, all staff was superb and pleasant. Overall the place is cosy with enough parking spaces every day. I rented a bike and personnel was not against holding the bike in apartments.

The breakfast can be better with more options to eat, also the menu did not change in 2 weeks at all. The rooms are a little bit smaller than expected. Would be nice to have a washing machine in the apartments.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise being a 3-star hotel. The reception area was very inviting and had a detailed list of daily activities and evening entertainment. Decor was nice and the pool area was fantastic. Breakfast had a varied choice and suited our family of 4. Would definitely recommend to others.

The only negative is that it's obviously a very popular hotel, so you could see some signs of wear and tear. However, the overall hotel was clean, friendly, and inviting.
