The reception staff housekeeping were absolutely stars! Also the staff at the pool bar ,really professional ans friendly

Shame that the people at breakfast they were so rude . We arrived late the night before , My kids were really tired from the travelling till late at night , I asked if I could bring something to eat in the room as they would have skipped breakfast, they were really rude and then they also accused me to wanted take a vantage and bring a lot of food for a lot of ppl and they were so rude !! Travelling with young kids is not easy , at least they could show some empathy

Everything. The location, the cleanliness, the way the hotel is built (just two rooms on top of each other and not a big building with many floors), the staff was friendly, especially the reception staff. We had half pension with buffet and it was quite nice too. Also was great that there was cleaning every day and they did not make a big fuss about the towels. The bath towels were changed every day and the beach towels could be changed at the lifeguard at any times. We tried other places where it was very limited how and when you change the towels.

Small thing: the bathroom has frosted glass door and a glass towards the living room. If you want to use the bathroom in the night, and turn the light on, both rooms were lit up - not so good if you travel with children who wake up from the light😕 Also our children’s sofa bed was really bad, uncomfortable and squeaky noise every time they turned or moved😅

For us, the best features of this hotel were location (walking distance to all the restaurants and bars, etc), the cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast really was superb. We were B&B so can't comment on other meals. The pool bar was good for lunch if you don't want to go out and actually, amazingly well priced for food and drinks (quite unusual for a hotel pool bar). It has a lovely seating area too. This is also where the evening entertainment was hosted although we didn't experience that as we went out every night. Corralejo Sands is a really lovely mid-sized hotel which was spotlessly clean both in the rooms and the communal areas. The staff were friendly and speak many languages. Our standard room didn't overlook the pool which we were grateful for because it meant our little terrace was especially quiet and private. The pool area was clean and there were enough beds everyday for everyone. In fact, the pool is roped off until 9am to prevent people reserving beds before breakfast although there wasn't a big bed reserving thing at this hotel anyway. We were there in June, so the guests were mainly older couples. The kids pool looked great for families and even had a little kids pool bar which was a nice touch.

This Hotel is amazing everything about it was brilliant,it's spotlessly Clean breakfast great pool bar has great food very reasonable prices it's our 4 time there and it's always lovely restaurant in the hotel as well serve great food if you want you can have the room cleaned every day tea coffee provided, pool fab 2 children pool's, lots of Supermarket restaurants shops Front of the road it's a very clean place and very Quiet at night I would give this fantastic hotel a 10 Star rating enjoy...😍🍾🌹😎😎🤠🤠

I can't think of anything I didn't like truly speaking...😁😁

We booked a deluxe double with spa bath and we had a terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs and of course the spa bath. The room was beautifully decorated and fresh with lots of little gestures to make the stay comfortable. It was also very quiet, so although you were in a busy hotel, we were tucked away round the corner from the pool. We booked the DBB rate and food and service in the restaurant was excellent with different themes each night for dinner. Drinks prices are very reasonable and we were able to get plates and cutlery from the poolside bar to eat snacks on our terrace in the afternoon. It is just off the main street into town, so location is excellent with lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. Plus not far from the bars and restaurants. Cant wait to go back!

Excellent Hotel! Central location close to everything. We had a suite and it was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and extremely clean. Very large and comfortable bed which ensured we had a very comfortable night's sleep. We booked B&B and the choice of breakfast was very good and they even cook fresh omelettes and bacon for you! The pool bar had a decent menu so we sometimes had lunch there. Nice large pool and no problem getting sunbeds. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. This was our second trip to the Barcelo Sands and we have already booked for next year! Well done to all the staff at the Barcelo Sands!

The only thing I would say is the food service at the pool bar finished at 16.00 so it would be nice if this could be extended by an hour or two if possible. Otherwise, no negatives to report!

Spectacular hotel, such a great location barely half an hour drive from the airport and a few minutes walk from a lovely beach with cafes and bars. We parked for free immediately outside on the street. Spotlessly clean rooms - ours was enormous with separate sofa bed room for our eldest and a cot for our youngest and an outside patio area. We particularly noticed the efforts the hotel made to be environmentally friendly such as no disposable straws/glasses/plates, encouraging 4-minute showers etc. The hotel is relatively compact and very well laid out so everything is close to hand. Our room was right next to the children’s pool area where the kids club is and on the other side of the room was the pool bar and main pool area. The food was so good, lunch in particular was delicious we didn’t eat outside the hotel once as couldn’t get enough of the garlic prawns!! The kids club was brilliant, activities on every day: whilst we were there alone there were Easter egg hunts, massive inflatable dinosaurs, making their own kites, mermaid swimming, kids yoga, foam party…I could go on and on. The staff in the kids club were so warm and friendly with the children, in fact all the staff were charming with them: our eldest is usually very shy with strangers but warmed to them all immediately which speaks volumes to us. We cannot rave enough about this hotel - we even took a photo of the brand of pillow in the bedroom as we couldn’t believe how comfortable it was and want to buy the same for our own home! We will be back for sure.

Great location, not too far from music square and is basically in the middle of the town. Good pool area, good breakfast, good spa facilities, ok gym and it’s very clean. Nice spacious room and balcony.

Walls may be a bit thin as I good hear my neighbor snoring one night. We had a bit of an ant problem in our room around the entrance inside.

Breakfast was very good, good selection But need to have take away cups visible for coffees to take away as can’t take coffee cups out of breakfast area and same for plates if take away plates could be visible if want to bring breakfast up to balcony of room

Some staff need to more aware of their communication, at times came across abrupt But most staff were lovely

The staff are all amazing, from Paula on reception who ckecked us in. To Mario, michael, laura , maria and all the others inthe pool bar. Cleaning staff so friendly. Alicia and the animation team. Some sort of activity to do every day of you want to..The location was perfect. Food great cocktails amazing. All inclusive great value for money. Always something to eat at breakfast and dinner as a great choice in the buffets. Everything was so easy.

Loved everything . Have nothing bad to say. I would loved to have the delicious baked potatoes more often!!!!
