Conveniently located close to airport - 12 min shuttle bus ride - which was the purpose of our stay having returned from a cruise and flying out the next day. They gave us a room right away which was greatly appreciated. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, really nice fully loaded hot & cold buffet. Also the meal we had in the bar lounge was very good. No need to go elsewhere.

There’s not much around the hotel, but then again it’s an airport hotel. The bars & lounges could have had TV screens with sports playing like in a roadhouse restaurant; this could have made for better entertainment during our short stay.

No airport shuttle alternatives for guests travelling with bicycles or any explanation why they couldn’t make an exception. We were the only guests on the shuttle, which could have easily carried our bikes, luggage and passengers. We selected a nearby airport hotel to simplify the transport of our bikes. We didn’t learn until closer to the travel day that their shuttle would not allow bikes. This caused us further complications dealing with dishonest Uber/Bolt drivers trying to force us to take separate rides to transport our bikes. Only the local taxi services seemed willing to help us with our bikes.

We got a big doble bed, the location was convenient because of the shuttle bus although we had a hard time finding it and when we saw the bus coming, the driver didnt even wait for a minute while the other bus there were waiting for their passengers. In the morning we had an early flight, so having a shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. If you want to go to the city center, you can walk around 10-12 minutes to the metro. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fine. The stuff were all friendly. We were able to check in early as we arrived around 12:00. We were very relived about it because we were exhausted from the flight.

The driver of the shuttle bus in the airport didnt even wait. We saw the bus coming and we were already running to catch to where it is parking but then we were surprised it drove quickly and didnt wait for passengers.

This was one of the quietest airport hotels I've ever stayed in both in terms of airplane noise and hallway/adjoining room noise. Front desk was very helpful and gracious .... and the dinner was good and surprisingly affordable. As a traveler I often am irritated by the inflated prices in airport hotels ... not here. Also .... the shuttle bus a 3:20 AM was right on time and the driver was very gracious and professional.

The only little gripe I had was having to pay a Euro per bag to weigh our luggage before heading to the airport. It´s not about the money, it was more like .... shouldn´t this just be a perk?

A last minute booking due to a missed connecting flight . A good 10 hours stay. Everything was what I could have hoped for. Very efficient process and the whole team were very professional. Very convenient being within 5 minis of the airport and the free shuttle in the morning was very much appreciated .

My only negative comment is that when other guests were walking down the corridor outside the bedroom and opening their bedroom doors it was noisy. Maybe this was simply because they were noisy guests (at 01.30 on a saturday night they were clearly a bit noisier than a normal guest ) , but it did seem like the sound insulation on the door wasn't quite what it should be for a high level newly built hotel.

On our first stay the evening receptionist Antonio was very rude because we questioned the standard room but because I was patient he upgraded us from standard to "better" room and at that time we were very tired from the trip to discuss our booking for EXECUTIVE KING room so went along. Also the card keys he gave us didn't work so the lift didn't move and he treated us as if we have never been in a hotel before. The "upgraded" room was cold no heating available and had to use the hair dryer to warm it up!!! On our second stay another evening receptionist was very polite, cooperative and gave us the Executive King room as booked that was comfortable and warm.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We requested a baby bed for our 1-year old, and we really appreciated that it was already set up when we arrived! We also thought the food (for dinner) at the restaurant was very tasty. The shuttle bus was very punctual (even left a minute eary)

The "hot" food at the breakfast was room temperature at best. Considering the breakfast cost $15/adult, it seems like they could have done a better job keeping it warm, since the breakfast is open for 4 hours. I suppose it was hot at 6am, but by the time we were there it was cold. Also, the walls seemed quite thin, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors.

This hotel is an excellent choice when requiring a hotel near the airport. The pool area is a good area to relax and soak up the sun. The meal I had in the restaurant was very good and the same can be said of the buffet breakfast. The hotel is very modern with spacious rooms, which are tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and provided me with a good nights sleep. The shuttle service was prompt with departure times between 2 to 3 times per hour, depending on the time of day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious and well appointed and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room thermostat was easy to set at a comfortable temperature which remained consistent. The airport shuttle was efficient and on time. The reception staff were friendly and professional.

The bedroom and the bathroom had subdued lighting, with no overhead lighting in the bedroom. It was therefore difficult to see sufficiently to unlock cases or look for things in cases without using a flashlight or bringing the cases closer to the light source (which was pod lighting throughout). This darkness was also experienced in the lobby, with just a couple of reading areas having sufficient lighting.
