Conveniently located close to airport - 12 min shuttle bus ride - which was the purpose of our stay having returned from a cruise and flying out the next day. They gave us a room right away which was greatly appreciated. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, really nice fully loaded hot & cold buffet. Also the meal we had in the bar lounge was very good. No need to go elsewhere.

There’s not much around the hotel, but then again it’s an airport hotel. The bars & lounges could have had TV screens with sports playing like in a roadhouse restaurant; this could have made for better entertainment during our short stay.

Great facilities. The swimming pool was the main reason for booking this hotel. Small gym was an added bonus. Tasteful room, clean and beautiful bathroom. It's a pity we only stayed 1 night and departed at 4am so couldn't enjoy it more. Shuttle arrived on time for airport drop off and this process worked smoothly.

The check-in process took 1 hour. We tried to check-in in advance but this didn't work and on arrival the computer the staff member we had did not scan and load the passports. a number of other guests checked in beside on another PC but I was told we couldn't be moved to another. This was difficult with 2 young children to entertain. It appeared the staff member was new and didn't take my suggestions of using another machine, but was apologetic at the end.

Very modern facilities and comfortable beds.

No airport shuttle alternatives for guests travelling with bicycles or any explanation why they couldn’t make an exception. We were the only guests on the shuttle, which could have easily carried our bikes, luggage and passengers. We selected a nearby airport hotel to simplify the transport of our bikes. We didn’t learn until closer to the travel day that their shuttle would not allow bikes. This caused us further complications dealing with dishonest Uber/Bolt drivers trying to force us to take separate rides to transport our bikes. Only the local taxi services seemed willing to help us with our bikes.

Room was very comfortable, and had many unexpected amenities, like the stocked, complementary juice & soda mini bar.

Complementary airport shuttle, outside of the early morning (4am -10am) period, needs the schedule to be posted, other than the "every 40 minutes" listed. Unable to reach the hotel at 10pm, and having waited 40 minutes, we hailed a cab to get us to the hotel ($35), only to see the shuttle arriving at the airport as we left. Room was designed with perimeter "uplighting" which we never found a switch for. In-room coffee maker had no instructions, no bottled water, and only one serving of coffee in room. No coffee anywhere else in common areas, outside of restaurant.

The Staff is great Ivandro and Andrea at the restaurants were so helpful and attentive. They have 3 restaurants if I’m not mistaken, a gym, a pool and plenty areas to hang out. As soon as you walk in, the lobby is grand and breathtaking. Something you wouldn’t expect from the outside looking in. The hotel is very aesthetic, the lighting is perfect, subtle yet bright. The colors match very well. The beds are so comfortable and big for Europe. (2 full beds, not twin) bathroom is spacious. I felt like I was at the W hotel. We spend 2 weeks in Europe and this was just an overnight stay to take our flight back home and it was the best hotel we stayed.

Room was clean, bed and linens were very good and comfortable. Everything was in good repair and Shower was excellent. Evening restaurant was good standard and large portions. The breakfast (although frenetic) had high standard for a buffet and a lot of options.

Room temperature was 26 degrees when we arrived and air con was very slow to cool the room. For the price I would have expected soundproofing. I could hear the corridor very clearly and the night activities of other guests. It is not clear from the website transfer page that they can't take bike boxes on the aiport transfer so don't get caught put like we did. The luggage area of the bus is very small to any large suitcase is a struggle.

We got a big doble bed, the location was convenient because of the shuttle bus although we had a hard time finding it and when we saw the bus coming, the driver didnt even wait for a minute while the other bus there were waiting for their passengers. In the morning we had an early flight, so having a shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. If you want to go to the city center, you can walk around 10-12 minutes to the metro. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fine. The stuff were all friendly. We were able to check in early as we arrived around 12:00. We were very relived about it because we were exhausted from the flight.

The driver of the shuttle bus in the airport didnt even wait. We saw the bus coming and we were already running to catch to where it is parking but then we were surprised it drove quickly and didnt wait for passengers.

This was one of the quietest airport hotels I've ever stayed in both in terms of airplane noise and hallway/adjoining room noise. Front desk was very helpful and gracious .... and the dinner was good and surprisingly affordable. As a traveler I often am irritated by the inflated prices in airport hotels ... not here. Also .... the shuttle bus a 3:20 AM was right on time and the driver was very gracious and professional.

The only little gripe I had was having to pay a Euro per bag to weigh our luggage before heading to the airport. It´s not about the money, it was more like .... shouldn´t this just be a perk?

A last minute booking due to a missed connecting flight . A good 10 hours stay. Everything was what I could have hoped for. Very efficient process and the whole team were very professional. Very convenient being within 5 minis of the airport and the free shuttle in the morning was very much appreciated .

My only negative comment is that when other guests were walking down the corridor outside the bedroom and opening their bedroom doors it was noisy. Maybe this was simply because they were noisy guests (at 01.30 on a saturday night they were clearly a bit noisier than a normal guest ) , but it did seem like the sound insulation on the door wasn't quite what it should be for a high level newly built hotel.
