Nice and modern, I would say quite recently modernized and definitely looked better than the surrounding hotels. The food was very attractively presented with a variety of different foods at each time during the day, every day. The pool area was really attractive with lovely bar and restaurant area. Our room was spacious and modern. I cross referenced this hotel with many similar others in the area and i think overall this is the best value for it's modern looks, food and facilities.

It was our very first time trying out all inclusive resort style accomodation ( we usually prefer Airbnb style rustic properties) and I'm not sure we've been converted, but that's just our personal choice not a negative! I would say the only negative is - be prepared to put up with ( or join in with) the nightly noisy entertainment, but we did notice that this ends at a decent time , usually around 11.30 ..the parking is a bit tricky but not too bad . There are about 20 odd spaces directly outside the hotel but you need to be lucky to get one. If not there are other sites just over the road near the little shopping precinct, all free.

A Perfect Stay for a Solo Paddleboarding Getaway I had an incredible stay here as a solo traveller and professional paddleboarder. The hotel was spotless, the room well-maintained, and the food consistently good with a great variety to choose from. The location couldn’t have been better – easy access to the beach made getting out on the water each day a breeze. The staff were genuinely lovely and always happy to help, and I was pleasantly surprised by how interested the animation team was in my sport – it made the whole experience feel very welcoming and personal. All the staff were amazing, especially Jenni and Steff who always checked in on my adventures in the big sea. The entertainment was brilliant - different acts every night that didn’t go on for too long. Just over an hour, which allowed people to then wind down and relax. Overall, this was the perfect base for my paddleboarding escape, and I’ll definitely be back!

The only thing that could have been better was that I had booked for longer than a week!

Absolutely everything, lovely place, luxurious feeling, feels more like 5 stars! Great breakfast with huge varieties, very nice pool area, everything is well-thought and well functioning. Staff is great! Free parking nearby. Extra points for gorgeous and friendly cats hanging around and their professionalism in the field of hospitality services: I had good view to their favourite corner from my balcony and everybody cuddled or had a pleasant moment with them, it’s just so adorable! It may be funny but it actually creates warm and special feeling so please keep taking good care of them :)

I’m not a fan of that toilet solution where nothing is private and flush doesn’t work very well, but you can always switch on the TV :)

The staff was very friendly especially Enzo the French guy! The food is amazing. And location is beautifully with the sea view.

The bed (two seperate beds collide) in the junior suit, we're moving apart so its not steady. The shower is not that great, shower head was with a lot of calcium..

We liked the Hotel, it was all very well kept and clean, the view from the balcony was perfect and overlooked a nice big pool. The room had plenty of room and the half board breakfast and dinner was better than expected. All round really excellent.

nothing. The environment around there is very sparce and there is little vegitation on what are steep cliffs. The beaches were nice but the sand is quite dark.

Went for the all inclusive, the food and drinks were decent, not gross at all like i saw in the reviews. The quietness in the surrounding area, definitely a place to RELAX! Clean EVERYWHERE! The amenities were good! entertainment everyday! 20 minutes bus travel away from costal town (Mórgan) and a shopping complex (Puerto Rico)! 50 minute travel from airport! A literal STEP from the beach!

(I didn’t ask about this, though do ask, not really a complaint cause there was a GOOD amount of space for everyone at the pool) There was another pool though i don’t know who has access to it but some people were there on my stay so do ask cause the pool can be a little bit crowded! The food could’ve (especially the hashbrowns and calamari) could be cooked more.

Hotel is French biased, the entertainment was centred around the French guests and the entertainment only spoke French in a Spanish country with predominantly English speaking guests Consequently the entertainment had low participation, disorganised and rubbish The bars at busy times was slow, only one member of staff. Drinks, particularly cocktails, were diluted and poor quality The day time snacks at the pool bar were disappointing, dried up cheese sandwich the best they had

To start with, the location of the hotel was just perfect with a scenic wonderful view of the sea and the clean pools right from the balcony. We could easily switch from the pools to the beach for a refreshing soft and the sea water. It was totally a relaxing vacation with a hygienic clean hotel, room, pools, sun beds. The staff was friendly and courteous with always a pleasant smile. If you need more quiet and personal space, there's also a private space for the Jacuzzi and a bunch of sun beds which you can book for the day everyday that includes drinks and refreshments. I am also a chef so I can say that pleasing me with food is not easy, however the variety of different options coming out from the kitchen has definitely managed to fulfill me and my lady's taste palette, giving us selected picks from local and international cuisine. Transport options are the nearest bus stop and taxi stop at a walking distance of 2-3 min from the hotel. The cruise to see dolphins and the water sports like jet ski, para sailing and water sports was the cherry on the top. Easy connectivity from the hotel location to other beaches and cities like Puerto Rico, maspalomas and Amadores. You can ask locals about the market locations and visit the local market which has amazing things to offer like clothes, food, handcrafted items and souvenirs. The closest supermarket is Spar which is 2 min walk from the hotel. Overall great experience and we will definitely have this location in our options for our next holidays.

Sadly but the only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was when we realized that the bottled water in the room was not included and the only way of getting it was by paying at the bar within their opening times . So make sure you stock up before midnight when they close the bar. Also consider that the only bus that brings you to and from the airport is with 1 hour frequency. Consider grabbing a cab for a faster alternative

STAFF - ALL the staff were really pleasant and it seemed to be a very well managed hotel - the staff in the restaurant worked so hard - it was relentless in there - I think they do an amazing job. The daily clean of the room was appreciated and the ladies were always smiling and would always say "hola" to you ROOM - the room was large with plenty of storage space. Having the sink and shower separate from the toilet was useful. Plenty of plug sockets and there was a kettle and a fridge which were really good to have. POOL - the pool was lovely and was regularly cleaned. The area around the pool was kept tidy every night and morning and also regularly cleaned. MEALS - we were on an all inclusive and the food was lovely. Plenty of choice for all meal times.

ROOM - The shower did leak a bit onto the floor outside the cubicle and had to be mopped up with a towel. For 2 people the sofa area was a little bit of a wasted space but can see that it would be useful if the sofa bed was in use for a 3rd person. MEALS -The down side is that the restaurant is in the basement of the hotel. Whilst it has windows and you are looking up to the palm tree tops, you can't see anything else. It would be nice to have a view whilst you are eating. POOL - on occasion there was a smell of sewage in the air when you were sitting at the far end of the pool area - not sure where it was coming from - may have been the sea - it may be that sewage is released to the sea at certain points of the day - couldn't work it out - this did not spoil our stay though

*Wonderful staff: always kind, helpful, professional!! *Varied buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner + tasty snacks and cocktails at the pool. *New rooftop bar + terrace is a nice alternative when the pool area is crowded. *Location: near the beach in a quiet bay, easily reachable by bus.

Having to leave… ;-) Toilets at the pool could use an update.
