New construction + super clean + great location.

Parking - getting there, actually finding where exactly to park, and inconvenience of passengers drop-off and then park on the garage. Hallways - too dark and dungy. Who thought that painting everything black was a good idea? It’s a new building and the hallways look like the hotel was built in the 60’s! Entrance - the remnants of a building in progress next to the hotel are an eye sore. The plaza could be used as a nice cafè/outside seating area but the view of rusting rebars is not pleasant.

the facilities are very limited - no coffee maker or kettle in the room, does not feel very inviting. Access to the hotel is extremely confusing. Do not rely on address , if you are driving, Goggle map will bring you to the entrance of another business.

Beds and showers were quite comfortable, clean and modern. Good wifi. Quite a good value.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Scrambled eggs were very dry. Staff somewhat abrupt at breakfast. Hotel was a bit difficult to find when you came walking from city centre. It could be better sign posted and a button in the lift from the street with a label for the Hotel Nuvó. On the second day my room was not cleaned, although I left the sign to clean the room. Not really sure it felt like a 4 star hotel, more a 3 star hotel. Curtains did not cover the full window so light came into the room in the morning.

The hotel is new, with very comfortable beds and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Our room had a good view over the countryside surrounding Oviedo, and windows that opened, which is always a plus. The bathroom was large enough, well lit, comfortable. There is a breakfast included. Correct, not exceptional, but practical before setting off for the day. Good value.

It is outside of the old town, and could be considered far from the action in Oviedo. It can be difficult to find / access the first time because of its location above a shopping centre. A bit impersonal. Correct service, not warm.

Clean room with large, comfortable bed. Location is very good, in walking distance from the city center. The staff was very nice. We would definitely recommend the hotel and stay here again.

We did not have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Parking is a bit expensive, but because the hotel has an agreement with the parking space, it is cheaper than just taking any random parking. Our room had views to a construction site, but that didn't really bother us. In our room, we could hear noise every time the sewage system got used, which took some getting used to. Otherwise, the room was very quiet.

Big and clean rooms and everywhere smelled great! The reception staff were very helpful and always friendly.

There was no gym included in the hotel (there is one below the hotel but you have to pay for it separately). The location is both good and bad. On the one hand, it is right next to Calle Gascona which is full of typical Asturian restaurants and is very lively. On the other hand, it was originally really difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and our taxi driver struggled to find it too. Eventually, we found the entrance but some signage offering directions to the hotel would be a really good change and I’m sure will help others guests in the future.

This hotel is fairly spartan and simple. One highlight is its gym, which I did not use. The serious plus is the location. It is a very short walk from the old city, the highlight of the city. It is also sitting on top of a shopping plaza with a supermarket and a very large ikea-like dollar store. Once you get your bearings, you find it pleasant to get anywhere and get back to hotel. While it does not sound impressive, convenience and simplicity makes the whole stay lower pressure, relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel

We got lost going to the parking as we hit rush hour and it is accessed off the very large traffic circle. Ensure that you exit to the mall, in fact put that in your gps to be sure. Note that there is heavy construction and thus finding the entrance is a challenge...it is off the promenade above the car park and can (I think) be accessed via the elevator serving the gym (which is much easier to see from the street level).

My wife loved the room and the toileteries - so that was a relief and weight off my shoulders!!

the instructions and address from Booking.com were inaccurate - we had tremendous problems in finding the place even when using the SatNav on a Ford Puma rental car with 4000 Km on the odometer. also, our request for a room on the higher floors was refused by the svc agent (NOT the one with spectacles who was actually nice!) but a stroppy lady who claimed that all rooms were fully booked ...we arrived on the 12th Sept and stayed 3 nights, so I would be interested in the occupancy report.

Feels brand new, spotless clean. Bed was comfortable and room is modern and tasteful. Had amenities and two complementary water which was a nice touch. AC working perfectly. Location was really good 10mins walk to the old town center. The Gascona street is 5 mins walk with plenty of restaurants.

It was a bit hard to find at first. It’s tricky to access by car. We place our car in the “public” parking lot that the hotel has affiliation with, it cost 12,5€ per night. The gym and breakfast had to pay extra so we didn’t try. Staff could be a bit more friendly…

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is convenient to enter by car. Warn the hotel staff in advance that you need parking and they will enter the car number into the system - so you can immediately enter the parking. The staff is polite. It is an 8-minute walk to the center. There are shops nearby. The room is clean, the linen and towels are fresh, there are no odors. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. The ventilation works well, the windows in the room open. The bathroom has excellent shampoo, conditioner and packs of wipes.

It would not hurt to have a coffee machine or a kettle with accessories in the room.
