This is my 4th visit to this lovely hotel.. location is spot on..next to the beach..terrace outdoor pool and indoor heated pools are excellent..room was very clean.. especially the first floor sea facing rooms..also there was BRUT champagne complimentary in my room..

Bathroom door wasn't working.. technician told he will repair next day..but nobody turned up..since I was a solo traveller..it didn't really bother me..

HM Gran Fiesta is a fantastic hotel located right on the beach, offering beautiful sea views and a relaxing atmosphere. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean — the sunsets were incredible. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights, perfect for enjoying drinks and panoramic views. Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, with both local and international options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. A perfect stay for a relaxing beach holiday in Mallorca.

I loved the location by the sea. The beach promenade is beautiful especially at sunset. Plenty of cafes and restaurants along the beach. Mini-supermarkets as well. Bus to Palma city opposite the hotel car park (very cheap: 2 Euros for a 25 minutes drive). Hotel has a comfortable elegant lobby with a terrace opposite a great and clean swim pool where cafe and food is served. Breakfast is great with quite a large variety of dishes. Fresh fruit every day. Room cleaning is very good as well.

It is a very busy hotel and consequently you have to queue everywhere : 3 lifts only (and very small for such a big hotel) But an extra panoramic one is bigger and less busy. Not enough coffee machines in the big breakfast area, not enough chairs around the swimming pool. Also for a hotel of this standard the bed linens should be of a better quality. Rooms are clean with a modern shower room and a terrace. Don’t expect luxury though.

Hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was lovely. Room although small was totally adequate. Views fantastic and watching sunsets amazing Really short distance to airport Good location although don't have to walk too far to areas which get really rowdy at night

Constant queueing for lifts and size of lifts. Smoking area being immediately by doors leading out meaning having to walk through clouds of smoke Lights positioned in front of mirrors - hard to get full length view Area ( not the hotel) very much geared to German tourists and would say during our stay 99% of guests and holidaymakers were German

Stunning rooftop, friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet options, great location if you're looking to stay near the beach, within walking distance to surrounding bars & restaurants, it's very easy to book taxis from reception and they come within minutes. The beach has lots of places where you can stop for drinks and food as you're walking along too. It's a bustling area during the day but it quietens down at night, with the party places a bit further up the road by walking or taxi which is good.

Personally, after exploring Palma, I think I would've enjoyed staying in the old town. That being said, this hotel is a fantastic choice for this location and we'd certainly book this property again if we came back to the same place.

We arrived to celebrate and were very pleased with our stay. Every request we made was promptly fulfilled. The hotel has two pools: one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop, both with great views of the sea. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel is just 50 meters from the sea. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed every day. They also brought us vases upon request and congratulated us with a bottle of champagne. The lobby features a large and beautiful bar with a sea view, where they serve delicious olives as a snack, and there is live music in the evenings.

The only downside was that our bed was not clean upon arrival, but the staff quickly changed the linens at our request. :)

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice & friendly and the food is delicious. The receptionist also helped with ordering a taxi for us for which I was very thankful! You can relax by the pool downstairs or enjoy the rooftop pool and its bar. The beach is right across the road. It wasn’t packed during our stay. The water is crystal clear in the morning and the sun sets are beyond beautiful. If you wish to travel around a bit by public transport, the bus stop is right behind the hotel.

Everything perfect. I had issue with amount paid for my stay and this issue was resolved by Manager Francesco. He is the Hotel’s greatest asset. So professional in the way he looked after me and my problem. A pleasure to deal and the main reason I’ll be happy to come here again. Thank you again Francesco.

The hotel matched my expectations, it was exactly as shown in the images on website/Booking/TripAdvisor. Since the island is quite small, I would recommend renting a car for sightseeing since you can reach each side of the island in less than an hour. Plus side is you can make as much stops as you want and enjoy the magnificent scenery of Mallorca. Car rentals are as cheep as 90€\day and gas prices are 1.7€\l which is quite affordable. So instead of paying bus fares for each visit to the city centre, or going for a stroll nearby, you can use the rental as a cheaper option overall. Parking is quite easy, you can find them almost everywhere, are quite visible, and if you spot parking places marked in white, you can park for free everywhere on the island. Blue parking placed are coming with an extra fee, whereas yellow places are bot for parking and bus exclusively. The location of the hotel was great, 10-15 minutes away from the Airport, bus stops in front of the next hotel just 2 minutes away. The bus line to the city centre also is in a 2 minute walk, quite frequent (every 5 minutes) and costs 2€. The hotel is located in the middle of Playa de Palma which is close to bars and little shops. The premises were always clean, staff was more than pleasant, always in a good mood and assisting in whatever need you might have. Rooms were spacious, well decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. Towels were changed and room was cleaned every day. Each room is equipped with basic toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), but you can ask at reception for additional inquiries. The food was delicious and amazing, both breakfast and dinner buffet were with wide selection of food for distinct tastes, even for vegetarians. For dinners we had a themed cuisine each night. The lobby, beach and sky bars have a selection of drinks for refreshment, with edible straws which adds to the hotel's sustainability policy.

Only downside is the beach 'closes' at 18:30 so the umbrellas are locked and you can't really enjoy longer, but I didn't mind sitting on my towel until sunset.

Very clean, staff so lovely and great facilities! Easy location and the sky bar area is such a great lounging spot.

You have to pay for certain sunbeds on the rooftop which doesn’t seem necessary if you’re already paying for the hotel. Deposit required for towels at the pool, these are not freely handed out and you can’t swap them everyday.
