We are just home from a wonderful 6 night stay and we had the most amazing time at your hotel. The hotel itself was really clean and just a short walk from the beach and plenty of restuarants. The brunch had a great selection and everything seemed really fresh, with a few different variations of things each day. But what really made our stay, was the staff, every single person was so friendly and helpful. We were on our first holiday with our 8 month old baby and everyone made us feel right at home. Have to make a special mention to Dina in the restuarant, who in particular made such an effort with him, and is the nicest lady! The gentleman on reception also (so sorry i can't remember your name) who bought him a bannana whilst we were sitting at the pool really made our day, and the lady from accomodation on our floor would always have a few minutes for a chat with us, even though our Spanish is unfortunatly very limited (apologies). Would also reccomend el patio just across the road for food, quick service and lovely staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel – definitely favourable for a three-star category. The beds were clean and fresh, and while the bathrooms were a bit basic, they were in decent condition. Overall, the hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the buffet – a great variety of food every morning. From sweet croissants and chocolate doughnuts to fresh salads with tomatoes and olive oil, plus hot options like hashbrowns, sausages, and beans. There was also a good selection of breads, a well-working toaster, and a coffee machine that grinds fresh beans – a really nice touch! They also had refreshing infused water available, one with oranges and another with cucumber, which was perfect in the heat. It would be even better if water was available 24 hours a day. The small swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip in the hot weather. The hotel is in a quiet little spot, close to the beach and surrounded by good restaurants – we especially enjoyed El Pato opposite the hotel, and The Ginger Bar near the beach. Transport was convenient too – just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop where Bus 25 runs to Palma every 10–15 minutes. It took around 40 minutes to get there, depending on traffic. All in all, great value for a 3-star stay, with some really nice extras and a convenient location.

We had a wonderful time. We had the bathtub on the balcony, room 401 which was amazing for my husband and I, It was a lovely hotel and the staff were amazing. Silvia behind the desk and bar, was so kind and helpful as well as the other employees. Brunch was good every day, nice clean open spaces .

The pool area was a little small and very crowded with German Party goers! Was nice to see them but a little intimidating and made us refrain from using the facilities. It very much felt like the ‘cool kids’ hotel. Very young adult friendly and not at all a family friendly place. There were few families with children, personally if that was me- I would have left .. needs to be listed as an adults only hotel

Great location near the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms small but adequate for the amount of time we spent in it. The walls aren’t very thick so noise from your neighbours can be an issue. I’m not sure if there is air conditioning as the temperature control panel just blew out hot air whatever temperature I had it on! The breakfast/brunch however is excellent with plenty of choices and good quality. My only real complaint would be the number of beds available around the pool. There was only 7 sunbeds which was ok for our stay out of season but could be a problem in the summer months.

Location was perfect. 2 min walk to the bus stop, 2 min walk.to the beach, restaurants on our doorstep. Quiet area Night life within 10 min walk Palma - buses to Palma every 10 minutes Unlimited brunch - fantastic concept. Great choice if cooked and continental breakfast, pastries and bread. Pool area - great little bar, reasonable prices, really nice and comfortable sun loungers and sitting area. Small gym accessible 24 hours. Self service loundry - accessible 24 hours. Vending machines in the reception area - soft drinks, sanwiches. Staff - perfect

It is such a relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel!

•check in was all automated but quite complicated and took a long time •double room had single beds which kept moving apart during the night •balcony had a poor view- not anyones fault but if you are wanting a seaside view this hotel doesn’t have it

Kitchen staff very super friendly. Unlimited food until 1pm - great option! Delicious cappuccino, croissants, bread, fruit. Price wasn’t too bad for the hotel. Little gym but did the job for a little workout. Location is great. We were able to check in 2/3 hours before it says on booking - amazing !! Thank uou!

Unless we were not told, no ramp to enter with a pushchair to the hotel. (There is a lift to get to hotel rooms) Rooms could do with double bed rather than two single ones joined together to look like double. Our room didn’t have any type of drawers, which could be handy as everything was on show because even wardrobe didn’t have door to it.

The staff was wonderful. The overnight gentleman was great. Our flight arrived around 2 am and we still got exceptional service when we arrived. Breakfast had a good selection. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere.

The beds and bedsheets felt old. The rooms aren't well insulated for sound, especially the balcony door, so you do hear a decent amount of street noise at night. Same with the hallway door. Parking in the area can be a nightmare. You can find yourself parking 5 to 10 mins away from the hotel sometimes.

Just amazing! Staff, location, cleanliness- all perfect. The rooms on the 4th floor have their own jacuzzi on the big terraces with the partial view on the sea. The brunch is provided till 1 pm with the great selection of ham, eggs, cheese, fruits and vegetables. The swimming pool area is not big but very clean and with very comfortable sun loungers. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the hotel: line A2 to/from the airport (5€) and line A25 to/from Palma (2€) - both distances 20 minutes ride. Please note that you need to pay cash for the tickets. The beach is just 2 minutes from the hotel and again it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff is always helpful, kind and smiling. It was an overall good stay, obviously quite far from the city, with mostly touristic attractions around, but close to the sea and close enough to the airport with regular buses. The room was smallish but had a balcony, and facilities downstairs allowed us to work a couple of days with relative comfort. The room was clean and neat although in some need of renovation - we severely lacked a proper shower curtain (it had one but there was still water on the floor every time).
