Staff very good & happy , always helpful. Good choice of food , throughout the day . Very good with large groups of people that they had arrive ,staff kept both happily separated .so it wasn’t too manic at meal times or around pool . Very good with disabled party’s that stayed at hotel .lovely room & outlook to sea .

Could have cooked fried eggs every day or when requested, not hard to do .couldn’t get one if they were cooking pancakes . Could have more live music at night . Also didn’t start sometimes till very late .

The location is great. View from the balcony was very nice. The staff definitely exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and helpful, and they did care about their guests to stay happy. Everyone on reception was able to understand English and did their very best to understand guest's needs. The buffet-breakfast was delicious.

The room has a safe. But you have to rent it from reception before you start using it. My room did not have a microwave or a kettle. But it has a small fridge.

overall for my 4 night stay the food was fine, with a changing menu every day, also bar staff very helpful.Parking was fine mainly due to the time of year.Would recommend hotel to friends as place to stay on a fixed budget.

two small issue,s in the bathroom, first the toilet seat was loose on one side and second the hand rail in the bath was also loose.Needs someone to do check,s on a regular basis to fitting,s in each room to prevent any small issue,s becoming a large problem.

The location of the hotel is good if you have a car, a little less if you don't. Close to the beaches, I didn't use the services because my wife is in a wheelchair. However, I think positively that it's good

Maybe the staff should improve their English. And don't lower their heads when they see the customer pass by knowing that he is not Spanish

On 8th floor the room was lovely but unfortunately my husband couldn't use lift with vertigo.We asked if we could change but the room offered to us was not good it had no balcony and other room beside it had very unpleasant smell in the shower and was noisy was beside the lift on the corridor to the dining room. This was 1st day of holiday.We were told this was all that was available I asked if they would let us know if a room on a lower floor from 5 down became available at anytime if they would contact us and we could change but nothing happened and he had to walk up and down 127 steps for 10 days.Luckily he is fit otherwise don't know what we could have done.We would have paid for upgrade We were there for 10 days so this was not acceptable. We are both seniors

Excellent location, great view, level walks to sandy beach in 5 mins, large room cleaned daily, comfy bed, 2 televisions, fridge, air con included,plenty of lifts, good food choice at breakfast, reasonably priced drinks at bar, also meals could be purchased daily and were reasonably priced, deep pool for swimming, kids water play area with slide, sunbed reservation not allowed till 10am when pool opened. Lovely weather for late october!

No tea making facilities in room. Had to pay for safe. Hot Food could be hotter. Evening entertainment not great, singer was poor. Better entertainment would keep more people in bar at night. Pool bar closed so food n ðrink from hotel bar/cafeteria. Not big issue but up steep steps or roundabout journey via internal hotel lift.

We had a lovely stay from the beginning till the end. The reception team, restaurant staff, cleaning ladies and other people working at this hotel do great jobs. Everyone was very kind, informative, and with a big smile on their faces. The rooms are big and very clean and have a lovely view on the ocean. The food was great and lots of it, every day was added something new. You could either eat inside or outside, which was great too. The swimming pool area was perfect for my children's age. They have had a lot of fun on the slide. There was a little todler pool and a big pool, which was also suitable for my older daughter as it has areas where was not very deep. There was enough sun bed for everyone.. The animation team, including Pulpi was great. They have added so much laughter to our stay. My daughters had so much fun with them. I would only suggest you add more english, we'll known songs to your disco play list since you have guests from whole Europe. Special, big thank you to Moha, for your kindness, great big smile, and love towards my little daughter. She adores You and keep asking about you ❤️.

I didn't like the fact that having a full board I had to pay extra for my drinks at the restaurant ( lunch and dinner), which was surprising and odd. You had to carry money with you. I have never seen anything like that. Other guests were also commenting and were not very happy about it.

The pool area for children. Staff were helpful. Bus right outside hotel that takes you to Torrevieja central and La Mata for €1.60. Walking distance to playas de la mata. Self service laundry for €5.50 and done within an hour. Food was varied and expected for price paid. I read the beds were hard, but it was fine for me. We had 8 floor room facing the sea.

Given the price, it met expectations.

Friendly staff, clean, room was spacious, clean, clean towels everyday, view was beautiful, location excellent. Everything we need was there and more, bar staff friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay, thank you all at Playa de Torrevieja.

Just a small thing, the room ready at 16.00 hour and must leave at 10. It's spoile the holiday, every where we visit rooms ready at 2pm and leaving by 11 am. Thus the lady at the reception told us room was ready on our arrival. So thank you so much young lady.

The view and the sounds waves of the sea. AC works great. We stayed in October. Excellent mattress, the shower works great. Fair enough big room, but very small fridge. There is hung dryer on wall on balcony, very useful. The hotel has 9 floors. Very good and diversity breakfast and dinner if you want to buy for good price. Nice staff. Good price for drinks. The pool is small but very clean. The beach is 5 min away by car with large stepping into water.
