The staffs are really polite and easy to talk to. They helped me check in smoothly. The lady who assisted me first let me in early like 1hr before my supposedly check-in time and she helped me on how to use the locker for storing my luggage since I arrived there really early. The common room on the 21st floor is huge and there's really a lot of things to do plus the view up there is great. There's also a weighing scale there which really is a great help for me to manage my luggage allowance. My room is also spacious and the bathroom are on point for me. Though there's no cabinet, there's a wide open one where I can hang up my clothes and they even provided few hangers. The housekeeping ladies are really warm and always smiling. They often asks me what I need whenever I meet them on the hallway. The check out process was also smooth, I didn't even wait for 2 minutes. On the fifth floor, the laundry room is also spacious and they even provided us with 2 option for ironing my clothes, free of use. The highlight of my stay is the location. It is near the bus and subway station plus the shopping street is just a few minutes away as well. There's also a direct connection to Lotteria and ANGEL IN US which is convenient enough for me.

The rooms are not sound proof since my room has a street view and I was on the 7th floor, raging motorcycles during the wee hour are common not the mention the accidental wall banging from both my next door neighbors. The rooms are always clean though not gonna lie, the comforter was a bit uncomfortable and it's always a struggle for me since it's a bit heavy and it kept on slipping out of the cover. Though there are 3 lifts available plus 1 going directly on the 21st floor only, the wait for each lifts are a bit long.

This hotel was the perfect place to look around Hongdae. The room was super comfortable(especially bedding) and the check-in was easy. My room had a gorgeous city view and Wi-Fi was fast. There was no spa and gym, but famous aesthetic clinic in Korea was on the 3rd floor. It was a great place to relax while having skin treatment

There was a little street noise, but it wasn't that uncomfortable.

Great location, easily accessible from Incheon via AREX. Room was clean and amenities were good. Hongdae is a great spot for reasonably price food and services. check in and luggage storage was seamless

Next to the street- gets quite noisy at night. If you are sharing with a friend it can get awkward as their twin bed room has a single shower room and toilet room separate with an open concept. Would need to come out naked to change/grab a towel after the shower! Staff were helpful but comprehension of english can vary so be sure to repeat and clarify instructions. Dont bother to get the breakfast option, very limited options and food was not warm when we went at 9am and the buffet was not refilled.

The room is not very clean. There was hair in the sink when we checked in.

Location is perfect for travelling the city by the subway and bus, and travelling to and from the airport (airport line). Great restaurants and cafes which cater for all tastes. Some great shops and things to see and do locally including parks and walks (Forsest Line walk). Lotte hire car was at the rear of the hotel, so it was so easy to pick up a car and then park it in the hotel car park. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff who we met every day. The cleaning staff did a great job every day making sure the room was kept clean, towels were fresh and changed daily, and the beds were always made up snd sheets changed on a regular basis. Water and coffee were always stocked up daily. The roof top bar staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentative. Other facilities including the swimming pool, gym, lounge breakout area and laundry facilities were perfect.

The rooms could do with a wardrobe/cupboard space/shelves for longer stay residents, so not living out of a suit case. The room is a tiny bit small for three people (longer stay residents with many large suit cases - we stayed for 4 weeks). Make suites available for families/long term guests and at a more affordable rate. Create a sheet explaining the car parking process and make it part of the welcome pack on arrival.

In the heart of Hongdae, pinpointed by a large rabbit statue on ground floor, the hotel is conveniently positioned just one crossing from the main strips of boutiques and night market vendors. There was a second entrance that allowed easy access to uber and taxis. The hotel had a beautiful lounge area next to breakfast restaurant on level 21 to relax and also a chic cafe called Angel In Us in the same building on level 2, open from early hours so you can grab a breakfast roll and coffee or friands if you wanted a change from the hotel breakfast buffet which was also a great option. Check-in was a breeze, offered to stow luggage before check-in and after check-put, rooms were clean, offered Malin+Goetz products in the bathroom, complimentary mini bar of water, two types of juices and traditional Korean Yakgwa flower cookies. There was also a tips and guide book for tourists introducing some highlights of Hongdae in the room which is worth checking out. The Floating Bar on level 22 had a great range of cocktails and amazing view.

Our rooms were beautiful with an amazing view over the city plus close to a bus stop to get around and within walking distance of main attractions. Also good gym facilities.

The bar/restaurant area was disjointed. The downstairs restaurant serves limited food/drinks in the night so your only option is upstairs which is far less casual. You are allowed to socialise in the downstairs common area with the pool table but not eat and drink. And in the morning when we wanted a coffee and to sit, the only option was to pay for the buffet or get it takeaway despite the restaurant being empty.

The best part about this hotel is its location. The location was really convenient as it’s right along Hongdae’s Main Street and close to Exit 1 of Hongik University Train Starion. All of the popular streets and areas were less than a ten minute walk away, with plenty of shopping and food available nearby. The hotel was indeed luxury and extremely nice. The staff were super nice and helpful. The lobby staff spoke excellent English which made it easy to check in and out.

If you like more firm pillows, they do not have any. We asked a staff member if there were any firmer pillows and they said they didn’t have any :( So if you need good neck support, consider either your own pillow or putting in a specific request when booking. In summer, the hotel can be warm at night. The aircon did not seem to work properly at night. During the day it was fine.

Location!!!! Just 1 corner of the red road of Hongdae. Great place for restaurants, shops and lots of people. The hotel is very confortable and the staff is pretty nice.

For a hotel of this size with 21 floors and probably more than 10 apartments per floor, 3 elevators are not enough with fairly long queues sometimes. Nothing that damages the experience. Also , this is not really a cheap place to stay and the fact that everything else in the hotel you have to pay for is a little bummer. Certain facilities should be available to the guests without paying extra. The breakfast, compared to places right next door is almost 3 times the price.

The location is perfect. Direct connection with the airport by the hongdae university train station stop. And next to the entrance 1 of tube/train line 2 which gets you everywhere. Not too big hotel, very clean and quiet while in a busy/vibrant location. Very friendly staff and great cleaning of my room daily by a lovely woman.

Roof top prices are 2-3 times as high as in the cafes and restaurants around. And to use the pool there’s a high entrance fee. That’s not very appealing for a hotel guest.
