Everything was faultless: housekeeping every day at the same time done thoroughly, room and swimming pool in great condition, more privacy than a hotel, very quiet and yet a few minutes walk from either the food market or the main bars and restaurants of Soi 94, walkable to Market Village or very short ride to Blu Port. Would come here again

First thing in the morning if you walk through the area next to the resort it's a bit daunting to navigate the big groups of soi dogs. They are not aggressive but well grown and well fed

Well located in the locality of bars, restaurants and the local open air food court but nice and quiet at night. We stayed in a pool-facing bungalow which was very spacious with a comfortable bed, good air con, TV, fridge and a safe box. The bathroom had a good hot shower and toiletries were provided. The resort itself is very attractive with a very nice pool area in the centre and lots of trees and vegetation surrounding it. The little cafe area by the reception is an added bonus where we could make toast and coffee at breakfast time, and the staff were welcoming and friendly

The only issue we had was with mosquitoes. As to be expected with surrounding vegetation they do get in the room, especially after cleaning when the door has been open for a while.

Lovely friendly staff who were more than happy to help with anything. Lovely pool and surrounding area although the artificial grass was unexpected. Didn't quite realise the area it was in when I booked it, but apart from our 15 year getting a bit excited when walking past a bar it wasn't intrusive at all. There is a great food court just down the road and only a 5 minute ride to the night market.

Very nice, quiet little complex. The team was very friendly and helpful. The staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was basic (marmalade, tea, coffee, butter, sugar) but good enough to start the day. The pool and the entire complex are beautiful and well maintained. The poolside villas are exceptionally beautiful and well equipped. The outdoor area is landscaped with palm trees. Not very far from the Baan Khun Por night market. Good value for money!

We stayed in the two-bedroom bungalow and it was obviously more than adequate in size. The resort is clean and the housekeeping entered every day. The staff were always polite, friendly and efficient. The pool was nice and there is coffee, cereal and toast offered each morning for breakfast. We really liked the location, which was close to eateries, laundry, bars and stores. It is very reasonably priced and I would certainly recommend the smaller bungalows for solo travellers and couples. There are a number of gyms and massage shops nearby which were handy, and the town centre and beach were only a 50 baht rise away. The local bars had free pool, bands and very cheap beer (60 baht), which made us extend our stay by a few days after the conspicuous price rises in Bangkok this year. Please note that you will hear the muffled noise from the nearby bars each night but it was not a problem for us. Finally, my daughter loved the little girl and the Pet guard dog on site - she cried when we left, I have to say.

For the price, there is certainly nothing not to like. Just one issue was that I was bitten by bugs and insects. This is more of a personal thing as my wife and daughter did not get bitten at all - insects in Thailand seem to be attracted to me for some reason! Anyway, if you're prone to insect bites, it might be worth taking the necessary precautions.

The owners and all staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was excellent with easy access to the evening food court and concert stage. Very clean and comfortable rooms, spacious and access to the lovely clean and well designed pool. In the morning there are numerous hot drinks, cakes, biscuits and even toast & jams, all FREE! We will definitely be booking here on our future trips to Hua Hin. Oh and….. free on-site parking and great WiFi.

The only very small dislike was that the air conditioning was not cool enough.

The rooms were a decent size, and the pool was fantastic. The setting was amazing—quiet, villa-style. The staff were very helpful. The resort was no frills, and we got what we expected. We would go back there at any time.

I think it might be a generic Thai custom, but the bed was hard.

Rooms were great. Bed was comfortable. Cleaned everyday. Great location, many restaurants walking distance. Great friendly vibe. I will be staying there again. Highly recommended.
