Our Grand Deluxe Beach Bungalow was amazing just a couple steps away from the ocean! Very modern, spacious, very comfortable bed and big bathroom. Staff was very nice and a well equipped gym on side as well. Great breakfast and beach massages available for a very good price just a few steps away. Beautiful sunsets! Something to consider - this beach area is very busy with people and lots of kids hanging out all day. We wished it would have been more private like at the pool villa area on other side of this resort. The only comfortable sun beds are only available at the pool and in front of it on the beach (they were all reserved early in the morning) - this beach area however had lots of beach chairs available.

Too expensive at high season, other comparable options for less than half of the price available. Huge modern bathroom but not ONE hook to hang towels on which could be fixed easily.

The pool villa was amazing, excellent size and depth of pool. Staff were superb, Chon and Sam in particular were both great with us and went out there way to help.

The water park is dangerous, or at least some slides, the wide pink and orange one. Both my son and I came away with cuts and bruises, please be careful of the park.

We booked a deluxe villa on the seafront, which we managed to get in the new part (A11) of the house. Huge room with a central bed, large wardrobe, safe, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and a wonderful bathroom, with the sea about 10 steps from the room door. After check-in, a small hotel car picked us up and dropped us off at the check-out between our room and the reception. I think this is the Resort where every little detail is taken care of. Pool bar with fine drinks, huge choice at breakfast buffet, travel desk on site. Thank you very much it was a really super holiday

This is probably only in our room (A11) because in consultation with the rest of the family no one experienced a similar inconvenience, but when we showered the water under the glass flowed into the toilet and the whole bathroom was swimming. The maids responded very sweetly and quickly , they put 1-1 towels there , it was a temporary solution but we just need a long term solution.

The hotel is nice on infrastructure. Very nice and helpful staff with many talents and very accomodating. 5/5 for the staff. Check in was easy and smooth. The room had all amenities. The restaurant was big and nice and not to pricey. Cleaning was there everyday with nice and very good staff. Place is safe and the guards are excellent. We also got to use the facilities of two more hotel including their waterpark pool which was a nice change of pace. Evening dinners on the beach with lights and music and fireshow was romantic. We wanted for nothing hotel wise in this place

I loved everything but there was a bit difficulty getting to other nearby beaches. A shuttle transport system from the hotel would been great but its not mandatory. Overall a 5 star experience!

Our pool villa was pretty amazing with a really private feeling. Bed was on the harder side and the AC was blowing right on it. Very comfortable sun beds right at your own pool area. The beach right in front of the pool villas is also very quiet and private compared to the beach bungalow side where we stayed later, we much more preferred this area. Breakfast was also very nice with many options for everyone and the restaurant/bar on beach had good dinner options. Lots of shops & restaurants within short walking distance. Well equipped gym on site as well and all the staff was friendly and welcoming!

Price too expensive during high season. Towels need to be replaced.

It was our 3rd time at this beautiful place while term brake at kid's school. The hotel and all services met our expectations. Everybody was happy to spend here 4 days together. Bungalows, morning buffet, happy hour in the beach bar, fire show, water park and overall territory were really good. Also English-speaking staff here is very helpful.

The location of the resort is great, quite on the beach, but a walking distance to the local restaurants and shops. We stayed in the villa with a pool. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The nice addition was a patio with sun beds in front of the pool, which is big enough to relax and do a couple of strokes. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good selection of food and fruits. Gym is on the smaller side, but it is well equiped. The staff was very helpful with finding the solution for our problem with the first villa, and we are really thankful for that. The beach is sandy, it is easy to go in and out of the sea. It is not shallow for too long.

There were not really a lot of sun beds at the beach

They give only 2 bottles of 500 ml each / day as drinking water which is not appropriate as compared to what they charge room per night which was 240 USD per night. If you want more then they charge 40 baht per bottle. There was no water in the bathroom for more than 5 hours on 31st Dec which was not good. We opted for breakfast included. If they are charging for breakfast, they should have options for vegetarian food also. Which we clearly mentioned at the time of booking and also at the time of check in at the resort. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate Garlic bread and fried rice in 3 breakfasts and the same in the New Year Gala dinner as this was the only option for us. The only thing we liked was the location of our villa which was in front of the beach.

one minute walk from the amazing beach, lovely decoration of the room, many lifeguards in the water park premises, clean, nice Gymboree for the kids, very nice staff

we slept in the bungalow and the light entered from every window. the curtains didn't meet and from the bathroom entered light via the semitransparent window. although i used eye cover, I still woke up from the light. however, my mom who slept in the other bungalow didn't feel the same so maybe I'm sensitive. we were also very upset not to be told in advance that the main pool is under constructions. eventually it hardly mattered because they supplied great solutions for the situation, but they should have send us a message before.

The beach is beautiful, the hotel is by far the most beautiful, the best.

There were no mosquito nets on the bungalows. And there were a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, there were rats in the hotel area and they were making noise in the attic and on the roof at night. But the most important thing: no one at the hotel told me to watch out for the sand fly. We have hundreds of bites that itch and keep getting bigger for days. The hotel could draw attention to this! And the breakfast: so boring.
