The staff is so friendly and attentive. As a family we liked to have a private villa pool, so when the kids are exhausted you don't need to go to beach. We also liked that the hotel provides free shuttle service to Center and to the beach even with pickup from beach back to hotel, which is awesome.

There is a lot of space in the villa but very little storage space. When you're there as a family for two weeks, you have quite a lot of stuff. There are no practical hooks on the walls where you could hang clothes. Or small shelves, especially in the hallway. Small things that would greatly enhance the villa.

The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. The food was lovely. Great choice for breakfast, something for everyone. The hotel was basic but clean.

The location suited us, a group of eight, as the cost of taxis was split between us. However, if you were just in a couple, it could work out expensive over two weeks to get out and about to the more lively places e.g. shops, restaurants and bars.

First of all the staff are INCREDIBLE!! I can’t thank them enough for all the help they provided. The place has pretty much everything you could want - a pool where you can also tan as the sun isn’t blocked, there is laundry and room service!! There is daily room cleaning too. The location is very good, if you drive then it’s pretty perfect; I can’t drive but the Villa offers free transfers to the nearest beaches (10-15min drive depending on traffic) throughout the day - they also pick you up if you arrange a time. I had such a nice time here, the bath was a definite bonus and looked beautiful! Thank you for such an easy and pleasant stay and special thank you to the staff for being so kind and amazing!

As it is on the main road, it can be a little noisy on the balcony or the pool area from traffic, but this is to be expected in Samui. The room itself is completely quiet!

The tub 🛀 was unfortunately not clean, there were some dirt pieces and when I tried to clean it with water the water was flowing very slowly away from the tub Probably could be solved with the personnel but I was staying just 1 night so I didn’t bother

Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and kind the room was always very clean, the bathroom was big and clean also, the location of the Chaweng Noi Villa is very comfortable and they have also parking.It’s a place that you have to chooses if you want to stay in Kho Samui

Very clean and tidy the staff was exceptional couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was good. Nice pool

No walk in shower in the rooms so if you have a problem with your legs you have to climb into the bath for the shower which could be a problem as the side of the bath is high

the location isn’t the best unless you motorbike around however it is beautiful. water warm but not hot.

We really did have a great time here. We had a Villa with a pool we was really chilled out there. It was So good that we decided we will be coming back for 2 weeks In February.

The bed was a bit hard for me apart from that it was all good

Incredible place! Let us check in early and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink! The staff are amazing and so helpful. The room is incredible and the pool is huge! We also loved the free shuttle to the beach / town. Wonderful stay!
