Loved the beach location, the friendly helpful staff, tha atmosphere. Loved the family room with 2 Queen bed layout, super cleanliness, and thoughtful touches such as umbrellas, carry bag,, toothbrushes, tissues, mosquito screens, plentiful sockets. Good breakfast choice, beautiful views across Andaman sea. On site spa (good but expensive).

No procedures to deal with rowdy guests, restaurant service haphazard with long waits for some items onthe same order. Room cleaning was unpredictable and between 3 and 6,just when one wanted to be in the room. Lots of stairs, no lifts. TV not working. Extension lead not working. Villas need maintenance.

What can I say! This place is amazing! I have been here three times. My most recent trip I brought a friend and when she got sick, they took care of her like she was family. They took her temperature, brought her medicine, and gave her a dark room to rest in while we waited to go to the airport later in the evening. The breakfast is excellent, and the views are unbelievable. They have a great selection in their restaurant for food. Another great thing is that you can hop on a long tail down on the beach and go to another many islands, or you can arrange a guided trip with the hotel themselves. This is a perfect place if you’re looking to unwind and relax and be away from the crowds and many tourists you’ll find closer to the city 10/10!

Staff was great, restaurant had high Quality, the spa really great, rooms were fantastic. I loved the smell at the hotel. Tupkaek beach is a real paradise as not so much people as for instance Ao Nang.

Only thing lacking were more and better sunbeds, bean bags etc on the beach. The places nearby had better there. I also got really tired of the music selection at the hotel and the live music

The beach is AMAZING. It is really a paradise feeling. The staff is so nice and helpful. My parents got a room without a balcony and when we talked to them about this they changed room immediatly. The rooms are wonderful. It's quiet and calm. Child friendly, everyone were so nice to us and our kids.

The pillows are way too high and very uncomfortable. Not very handicap friendly. My mother uses a rollator and she had quite a hard time making her way around. There are possibilities to avoid stairs but you need to walk further and no elevators.

The location on Tubkaak Beach is excellent for visiting Hong Island and Lao Lading Island. Meeting your long tail boat on the beach at 8am makes you one of the first to arrive and enjoy some peaceful time before the crowds.

Although the breakfast selection was big and many choices looked delicious we found bugs in the pineapple juice from the juice machine making us wonder how thoroughly equipment is cleaned and how long food is sitting around. We had a spa tub on the balcony that doesn't really work. The water is a bit green and not very warm from the spa tub tap.

Accommodation in the hotel was very nice, nice staff always ready to answer your questions, breakfast standard hot and cold buffet, excellent fruit especially watermelon and dragon fruit. I was very pleased with the pleasant live music in the evening at the restaurant on the beach. A quiet beach with a wonderful view. I recommend renting a scooter and driving around the neighboring villages. The perfect destination for Dragon Crest National Park.

Overall buildings and facilities are a bit too old/requiring maintenance, food at the beach restaurant is highly priced for what it delivers. The type and quality of the music around the pool/restaurant area could also be improved. Overall we feel the hotel is overpriced

Very nice quite luxurious resort located far away from the crowd and city, by the Beach side and mountains amazing view,. Everything was good at the property, even we had free breakfast

Shattle from hotel to the city not always available, as well u have to pay for it. The neighborhood construction of other hotel going on from 8am till 5pm so much noisy and the smell of disel. The main swiming pool was closed..

I really liked the hotel, with its proximity to the sea, nice rooms, fully equipped bathrooms, a great restaurant, a good breakfast buffet, an efficient AC system, and a fantastic view of the limestone islands.

We had booked two rooms with two infants, but they placed one of the rooms on the top floor of the hotel, which was the third floor. They apologized and arranged a new room for us the following day.
