he private villa was beautiful, with a fantastic private pool, outdoor bath, and a very comfortable bed. Everything looked great and felt well maintained. I especially want to thank Aea, the private concierge, who was wonderful - very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The pool and poolside food were absolutely amazing, and I really enjoyed spending time there. The only downside was breakfast - it was very limited, and I ended up needing to take a taxi to eat elsewhere or order to the room. Also, I didn’t see a proper beach nearby, only a rocky step into the water, though I wasn’t actively looking for a beach. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the villa experience and the excellent service from Aea.

Service excellent. I have to remark on the food: this has been the only property so far in Krabi where every dish on the menu has been a HIT. Good food in every single restaurant and bar. Room was beautiful and carefully designed. Service from our butler Sun was exceptional, he carefully provided for our every need and was always a text message away. I have to greatly commend his outstanding and warm service. Buggies were always quick and convenient. Staff were always welcoming, greeting us with a smile where ever we went. Spa was also really really good with amazing spa facilities including a sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge.

Just the location. Rocky beaches, not convenient for kayaking. Some rooms are indicated to have 2 double beds but when we arrived we found that it was one very huge bed instead of 2 double beds. So hope the hotel can rectify this, and make sure to check the hotel website before booking rooms!

Everything was more than perfect. Our days spent at Phulay Bay were like a dream. Every wish and request was catered to, the staff was beyond attentive, friendly and aproachable. Our butler was marvelous, very professional, yet still humanic and easily approachable. Our deepest gratitude to Angela, who made us feel like home and made our stay unforgettable. The property itself is anabsolute oasis, where little to no flaws could be detected. Despite the humid climate of Krabi, the property was in meticulous condition with very minor signs of wear. Lots of nature and good amount of wildlife, beautiful water streams with ponds across the property. The housekeeping did a very good job by noticing everything what was going on in the room. Every time the room was spotless, just perfect. Every evening, a good-night snack was left at our bedside varying each nigt. Dining was great, including the poolside menu. Pricey, but worth it.

Staying at Phulay Bay has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had reserved a few nights for my fiancé and our family for our engagement proposal. Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.

I genuinely could not find anything to dislike about the experience. If there was even a slight error or mistake (which rarely occurred), the hotel staff would immediately go the extra mile to make us feel valued, heard, and respected. This is a perfect example of how exceptional customer service can elevate a brand.

Beautiful esthetics of the hotel, high service standards, great butler who looked after us called Yid (Thank you Yid ❤️). Nice and spacious rooms with beautiful decor and very clean. The hotel put a lot of effort into organizing the room for our arrival with 3 kids, they arranged baby bottles, sterilizer, toilet and bath accessories for kids, It was really great, thank you. Breakfast is exceptional, the food in restaurants is very good. The hotel has a great agenda of events for guests - cocktail evenings, dance shows, complimentary trips to Hong island. The pool is very nice and there are kids friends. The gym was perfect.

No beach, as the location of the hotel is on the rocky edge, however the hotel compensates with free trips to amazing hong island. Moving around the hotel was a bit challenging with 3 kids and waiting for a buddy takes time, we ended up walking up and down the hills.

The atmosphere of Phulay Bay was serene and meditative—you feel transported into a sanctuary of peace the moment you step in. The personalized butler service was exceptional, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect and stress-free. The food was phenomenal, with a wide variety of dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our villa was incredibly spacious, featuring high ceilings, the largest bathroom area we’ve ever had, and a design that exuded luxury and comfort. The sunset bar was a true highlight, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing ambiance.

Some plants near the entrance of our villa gave off an odd smell, which detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect setting. Mosquito control could have been better, as they were a noticeable inconvenience in certain areas. During our first visit to the sunset bar, there were ants on some of the lounge beds, and the staff response to the issue could have been more proactive.

Service exemplary, all of the meals and drinks we had were outstanding, spa and facilities gorgeous, villas just beautiful! Really a faultless stay and having now moved to another highly rated 5* hotel further south we are extremely sad. Khun Sabai was exceptional and very attentive. Khun Nut made some very tasty spicy margs by the pool. Check in/out in the villa is amazing as is the welcome and farewell that you get to experience if you go!

Need more daybeds by the pool instead of sunloungers. Our sound system didn’t work in the room as required but as we were only there for a short time we weren’t too upset-maybe a small speaker to use outside by the villa pool would be lovely.

If I’m being picky I’ve had better restaurant experiences. This could be that I just made wrong choices. The breakfast choice and quality however was phenomenal. The above will not stop me from returning though

It's hard to find fault with Phulay Bay. The attention to detail, the unparalleled service, the luxurious amenities, and the outstanding cuisine - everything was meticulously crafted to provide an experience of the highest caliber. My partner and I spent a blissful month here for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Phulay Bay exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Best breakfast buffet ever! Beautiful location surrounded by old trees, tropical forest, the grounds with the decorative ponds and gardens are just amazing!

The air condition in Jampoon is a bit too cold when we’re wearing summer clothes. A wide sandy beach is missing, so maybe you could offer daily transport to Tub Kaek beach, especially for kids. I love the sand bar by the bar though!
